Background

In industrial production, standing and sitting postures are common working postures of pipelining workers, but maintaining one working posture for a long time can cause occupational musculoskeletal diseases. Occupational musculoskeletal disorders account for up to 32% of occupational diseases, causing significant economic losses each year. Therefore, a portable seat is needed to meet the requirements of assembly line workers in work.

The seats currently on the market are mainly classified into conventional seats and portable seats, wherein the portable seats are mainly classified into folding type and inflatable type. Foldable and inflatable can satisfy people's normal demand in daily life, but in the assembly line, when the worker needs frequently to switch the work place, no matter traditional seat or portable seat all seem heavier.
