As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the emulsification equipment comprises the following specific steps:

step two: after the raw materials enter the interior of the emulsification tank 1, the driving wheel 9 drives the rotating shaft 3 to rotate, and further drives the mounting shaft 6 and the mounting plate 10 to rotate; after the mounting shaft 6 rotates, the external cutting knife boards 7 and the mounting plate 10 mix and stir the internal raw materials, and various raw materials are fused until the emulsification effect is achieved; in the stirring process, a plurality of rotating rods 8 outside the mounting plate 10 rotate simultaneously, the rotating rods 8 and mixing rods outside the rotating rods mix the raw materials inside, the raw materials are stirred in multiple ways, and the raw materials are subjected to moving force in multiple directions inside the emulsifying box 1;

After the filter screen 27 is blocked by impurities in use, the second electric telescopic column 23 contracts to drive the push ring 22 to separate from the mounting ring 20, after the push ring 22 separates from the inside of the positioning ring 28, the starting motor 21 drives the end plate 25 to rotate, and the filter screens 27 rotate along with the end plate 25. After the clean filter screen 27 is rotated to the end of the discharge port 19, the second electric telescopic column 23 extends to drive the push ring 22 to move towards the discharge port 19, the push ring 22 passes through the positioning ring 28 and contacts with the mounting ring 20, and the mounting ring 20 is pushed to the end of the discharge port 19 to abut against the discharge port 19. After the end of the mounting ring 20 and the discharge port 19 is abutted, the sealing gasket 30 plays a role of sealing, so that the raw material discharged from the discharge port 19 can enter the emulsifying box 1 only by being filtered by the filter screen 27, and the raw material purification effect is better. And the filter screen 27 is changed convenient and fast, need not dismantle filter screen 27, and the direct rotation tip board 25 can be changed filter screen 27 and use, can improve the efficiency of purifying. The internal filter screen 27 does not need to be cleaned for a long time, and the maintenance cost is saved.

After the raw materials enter into the inside of emulsion case 1, outside power machinery is connected with drive wheel 9, and power machinery passes through drive wheel 9 and drives pivot 3 and rotate, and then drives installation axle 6 and mounting panel 10 and rotate.
