However, the disadvantage of this method is that the coal material is deposited less at the initial stage of discharging, and a large amount of dust is generated during the process of outputting and depositing the coal material from a high place to the ground, so that the powder in the coal material flies in a mess, especially when there is wind, a large amount of coal powder is carried in the air of the coal blending site, which not only wastes the coal material and affects the health of the workers on the site, but also causes serious pollution to the environment around the coal blending plant.

the conveying mechanism comprises a closed shell, a material conveying belt fixedly arranged in the closed shell and a second driving mechanism for driving the material conveying belt to rotate, and a blockage removing unit which is positioned above the material conveying belt and used for preventing materials from being blocked is further arranged in the closed shell; the blockage removing unit comprises a support fixedly arranged on the closed type shell, a fixed rod rotatably connected to the support, a plurality of movable plates hinged to the fixed rod and a first driving part for controlling the fixed rod to rotate, the other end of each movable plate penetrates through the closed type shell and is positioned inside the closed type shell, and the movable plate penetrates through the closed type shell and is hinged to the closed type shell through a pin shaft;

(2) the rotating device is in rotating connection through the bearing, so that the discharging device is more stable in the rotating process, the discharging device is supported by enough strength, the friction force is smaller in the rotating process, and the rotation is smoother;

(3) the fourth side plate can move up and down along the taper direction of the batching hopper, the gap between the fourth side plate and the bottom plate can be adjusted, so that a discharge port can be timely adjusted according to the proportion of unused coal, the size of coal output is controlled, the working efficiency of the coal batching machine is improved, and the fourth side plate can move more smoothly by the matching of the slide rail and the slide block;

(5) the belt weighing device is provided with the tensioning component for adjusting the tightness of the weighing belt, a certain friction force is always kept between the belt and the driving roller and between the belt and the driven roller in the weighing belt by adjusting the tightness of the weighing belt, the belt is prevented from loosening and deviating to influence the normal work of the weighing belt, the tensioning component is arranged on the first carrier roller on the lower surface of the upper half part of the weighing belt, the weighing belt can be correspondingly supported, the phenomenon that the sag of the belt between the driving roller and the driven roller is out of limit due to the fact that coal on the weighing belt is too heavy is avoided, the running resistance can be properly reduced, and the stable running of the weighing belt is ensured;

(6) according to the invention, the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the first carrier roller and the second carrier roller through the fisheye bearings, so that a weighing belt is smoother in the rotating process, and the adjustment is quicker and more accurate;

(7) rubber sealing elements are arranged at the intersections of the sealing units, the closed shell and other parts, so that the sealing effect of the device can be further ensured, and coal dust can be completely prevented from being generated during coal conveying;

(8) the crushing device is arranged in the mixing bin, and can crush larger coal into small pieces to be discharged, so that the coal meets the mixing standard.
