s2: the kitchen waste after preliminary dewatering is heated and extruded by the variable-pitch screw propeller 4 falls into the bottom of the crushing chamber, low-temperature flue gas in the combustion chamber enters the crushing chamber from the flue gas pipeline 21 under the action of the tail end induced draft fan 15, is crushed into garbage particles which are small enough and light enough by the crushing blade 7, can move along with hot air flow, and is fully crushed and heated in complex air flow. The garbage particles enter the cyclone drying chamber 9 tangentially along with hot air flow through the channel 23, so that thorough crushing and full drying are realized. The crushed garbage rotates with the flue gas under the action of a tail end draught fan, is separated from the air flow by means of centrifugal force and is collected on the wall of the container, and then falls into the storage bin 10 under the action of gravity. When the rotating and descending outward rotating airflow reaches the bottom of the cone, the outward rotating airflow is closed to the center of the dust remover due to the conical contraction. When the airflow reaches a certain position at the lower end of the cone, the airflow continuously spirally flows from bottom to top from the middle part of the cyclone dust collector in the same rotating direction, finally, the flue gas is discharged from the exhaust port 11 through the central exhaust pipe, and the product in the storage bin 10 can be continuously heated and dried under the action of low-temperature flue gas during the crushing and drying;

s3: the upper air inlet 17 and the lower air inlet 22 in the combustion chamber are opened in a matching way, so that sufficient oxygen is ensured in the combustion chamber, and combustion cannot be influenced by overlarge air flow rate;

s4: the inlet at the lower end of the condensation pipe 12 is connected with cooling circulating water, and the outlet at the upper end of the condensation pipe 12 outputs heated cooling circulating water; the water vapor removed from the variable pitch screw propeller 4 and the cyclone drying chamber 9 is liquefied by a condensing tube 12 and then is collected in a water tank 13 in a centralized way;

s5: the residual tail gas in the S3 is transmitted to the activated carbon adsorption column 14 under the action of the tail end draught fan 15, and is discharged after being treated;

s6: and turning off the power supply and extinguishing the combustion. And opening the pull button, taking down the storage bin 10, and collecting and recycling the generated solid fuel.

The working principle of the whole device is as follows: placing the kitchen waste into a spiral propeller, and extruding by variable screw pitch and heating by a lower combustion chamber; pushing to a crushing device, and crushing by a high-speed rotating blade; the small enough materials enter the cyclone device along with the low-temperature flue gas in a tangential direction to realize drying and gas-solid separation; the solid product can be used as a fuel heating screw propeller, and the smoke heat of the solid product is used for drying the material; low-temperature negative pressure is formed in the device to form flash evaporation; and tail gas is discharged after condensation and adsorption treatment. The device innovatively provides a high-speed rotational flow flash evaporation process for the kitchen waste, the solid fuel is obtained through the design of self-sufficiency of fuel, gradient utilization of heat and low-temperature negative pressure drying, the problems of long time consumption, high transportation cost, overhigh terminal load and the like in the kitchen waste treatment are solved, the device has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency, device integration and the like, is suitable for various large dining halls or restaurants, and realizes the on-site reduction and resource treatment of the waste.

The device can be popularized and used for treating high-water-content organic wastes such as sludge and mushroom dregs to obtain high-added-value products, can also be combined with devices such as dinner plate cleaning, realizes integration of dinner plate recovery and garbage treatment, has a design idea in accordance with the national concepts of energy conservation and emission reduction and sustainable development, and has a wide application prospect.
