Background

Oil and gas production of petroleum usually requires a drilling machine to drive a drill rod to drill a production well; in the drilling process of the exploitation well, the pressure of drilling fluid in the exploitation well can fluctuate due to the pressure change of the stratum, when the pressure fluctuation of the drilling fluid in the exploitation well is overlarge, the blowout phenomenon easily occurs in the exploitation well, so that the safety problem is caused, meanwhile, a large amount of gas is often overflowed from the exploitation well along with the drilling process of the exploitation well, and the gas is mainly petroleum gas and other greenhouse gases associated with petroleum liquid. The existing oil and gas exploitation device is difficult to solve the problems of petroleum gas leakage and overlarge pressure fluctuation of drilling fluid, so that the existing oil and gas exploitation device has the phenomena of petroleum gas leakage and air pollution in the process of oil exploitation, and is easy to cause blowout to cause safety problems; in order to reduce the problem of air pollution caused by oil exploitation and increase the safety of oil exploitation, an oil exploitation device capable of collecting petroleum gas in an oil exploitation well and balancing pressure fluctuation of drilling fluid in the oil exploitation well needs to be developed.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an oil gas leakage collecting and constant pressure device which comprises a pressure bearing plate, a sealing device, a drilling fluid input box, a drilling fluid recovery box, a drill rod and a constant pressure component, wherein the pressure bearing plate is fixed above a well mouth of a production well, the sealing device is a sealing cover in a hemisphere shape, the sealing cover covers the pressure bearing plate, a containing hole is formed in the sealing cover, the containing hole is positioned at the top of the sealing cover and is opposite to the well mouth of the production well, the drill rod is arranged in the containing hole, the drill rod penetrates through the containing hole and the pressure bearing plate and extends into the production well, a driving turntable is arranged at the top of the drill rod and is used for driving the drill rod to drill in a rotating manner under the driving of a drilling machine, the drilling fluid input box and the drilling fluid recovery box are respectively connected to the sealing cover through connecting pipes, the constant pressure assembly comprises a first constant pressure pump and a second constant pressure pump, the first constant pressure pump is connected between the drilling fluid input box and the sealing cover and used for pressing the drilling fluid in the drilling fluid input box into the sealing cover when the pressure in the mining well is reduced so as to supplement the pressure in the mining well and keep the pressure in the mining well constant, and the second constant pressure pump is connected between the drilling fluid recovery box and the sealing cover and used for pumping the drilling fluid waste liquid in the sealing cover into the drilling fluid recovery box when the pressure in the mining well is increased so as to reduce the pressure in the mining well and keep the pressure in the mining well constant.

The oil gas leakage collecting and constant pressure device has the beneficial effects that: the device and the closing cover are connected with a constant pressure assembly, and two constant pressure pumps of the constant pressure assembly can respectively increase and decrease the drilling fluid pressure in the production well, so that the formation pressure fluctuation of the production well is balanced, the pressure in the production well is kept unchanged, the well blowout danger in the oil and gas production process is prevented, and the oil and gas production process is safer; the closing cap still is connected with two oil gas collecting boxes, can collect the oil gas and other greenhouse gases that the exploitation well spilled over, prevents that it from leaking and polluting the environment in the exploitation well, makes oil gas exploitation process green.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an oil gas leakage collecting and constant pressure device includes a pressure bearing plate 1, a sealing device, a drilling fluid input box 41, a drilling fluid recovery box 42, a drill rod 3, a constant pressure component, an oil gas collecting component, and a plurality of connecting pipes 24, the bearing plate 1 is arranged above a wellhead of the mining well 7, four limiting holes 11 are arranged at the edge of the bearing plate 1, a fixing pile 12 is arranged in each limiting hole 11, the four fixing piles 12 are all anchored on the ground around the mining well 7, so as to anchor the pressure bearing plate 1 above the wellhead of the production well 7, the closing means being a closing cap 2 in the shape of a hemisphere, the sealing cover 2 covers the pressure bearing plate 1, four locking assemblies 13 are arranged at the edge of the sealing cover 2, and the four locking assemblies 13 are respectively and circumferentially and uniformly arranged around the sealing cover 2 and used for locking the sealing cover 2 on the pressure bearing plate 1.

The drilling fluid input box 41 and the drilling fluid recovery box 42 are respectively connected with a connecting hole 24 on the sealing cover through a connecting pipe 24, an input pump is arranged in the drilling fluid input box 41 and used for inputting the drilling fluid in the drilling fluid input box 41 into the sealing cover 2, a liquid pump is arranged in the drilling fluid recovery box 42 and used for pumping the waste drilling fluid in the sealing cover 1 out to the drilling fluid recovery box 42 for storage, the constant pressure component comprises a first constant pressure pump 51 and a second constant pressure pump 52, two ends of the first constant pressure pump 51 are respectively connected with the drilling fluid input box 41 and the sealing cover 2 through the connecting pipe 24, two ends of the second constant pressure pump 52 are respectively connected with the drilling fluid recovery box 42 and the sealing cover 2 through the connecting pipe 24, and the first constant pressure pump 51 is used for pressing the drilling fluid in the drilling fluid input box 41 into the sealing cover 2, to supplement the pressure in the closing cap 2, and the second constant pressure pump 52 is used for pumping the waste liquid in the closing cap 2 to the drilling fluid recovery tank 42 so as to reduce the pressure in the closing cap 2.

The petroleum gas collecting component comprises two petroleum gas collecting boxes 6, the two petroleum gas collecting boxes 6 are respectively positioned at two sides of the sealing cover 2, the two petroleum gas collecting boxes 6 are respectively connected to the sealing cover 2 through connecting pipes 24, and the two petroleum gas collecting boxes 6 are used for collecting petroleum gas and other greenhouse gases overflowing from the exploitation well 7.

Further, the drilling fluid input box 41 and the drilling fluid recovery box are connected through a circulation pipe 42, a filter and a circulation pump (not shown in the figure) are arranged on the circulation pipe, the filter is used for filtering out impurities in waste fluid in the drilling fluid recovery box 42, and the circulation pump is used for inputting the filtered drilling fluid waste fluid in the drilling fluid recovery box 42 into the drilling fluid input box 41, so that the drilling fluid is recycled.

Further, please refer to fig. 2, the pressure bearing plate 1 is provided with a circular positioning boss 17, the bottom of the sealing cover 2 is provided with a positioning groove 25 matched with the positioning boss 17, and the positioning boss 17 is clamped into the positioning groove 25 for positioning and installing the sealing cover 2 on the pressure bearing plate 1 conveniently and quickly.

Further, referring to fig. 3, each of the locking assemblies 13 includes a first locking ring 14, a second locking ring 15 and a locking bolt 16, the first locking ring 14 is fixedly connected to the pressure bearing plate 1, the second locking ring 15 is fixedly connected to the closing cap 2, and the locking bolt 17 penetrates through the first locking ring 14 and the second locking ring 15 and locks them, thereby locking the closing cap 2 to the pressure bearing plate 1.

The working process and principle of the oil gas leakage collecting and constant pressure device are as follows: the drilling machine drives the driving turntable 31 to rotate, so that the drill rod 3 rotates downwards in the production well 7; the drilling fluid input box 41 inputs the drilling fluid into the sealing cover 2, the drilling fluid is filled into the exploitation well 7 from a gap between the drill rod 3 and the exploitation well 7, carries impurities at the bottom of the exploitation well 7 to overflow from the gap between the drill rod 3 and the exploitation well 7, and flows back into the sealing cover 22; the drilling fluid recycling tank 42 pumps the drilling fluid waste liquid with impurities in the sealing cover 2 to the drilling fluid recycling tank 42, and the waste liquid in the drilling fluid recycling tank 42 is input to the drilling fluid input tank 41 through a circulating pipe and a filtering device, so that the cyclic utilization of the drilling fluid is realized; when the pressure in the production well 7 is reduced due to the reduction of the formation pressure, the first constant pressure pump 51 presses the drilling fluid in the drilling fluid input box 41 into the sealing cover 2 to supplement the pressure in the production well 7, so that the pressure of the production well 7 is kept unchanged; when the pressure in the exploitation well 7 is increased due to the increase of the bottom layer pressure, the second constant pressure pump 52 pumps the drilling fluid in the closing cover 2 into the drilling fluid recovery tank 42, so that the pressure of the drilling fluid in the exploitation well 7 is reduced, and the pressure of the exploitation well 7 is kept unchanged; when petroleum gas and other gases overflow from the exploitation well 7, the two petroleum gas collecting boxes 6 are opened to collect the gases overflowing from the exploitation well 7, so as to prevent the petroleum gas and other greenhouse gases overflowing from the exploitation well 7 from leaking to pollute the environment.

The oil gas leakage collecting and constant pressure device has the beneficial effects that: the device and the closing cover 2 are connected with a constant pressure component, and two constant pressure pumps of the constant pressure component can respectively increase and decrease the drilling fluid pressure in the exploitation well 7, so that the pressure fluctuation of the exploitation well 7 is balanced, the pressure in the exploitation well 7 is kept unchanged, the well blowout danger in the oil and gas exploitation process is prevented, and the oil and gas exploitation process is safer; the closing cap 2 is also connected with two oil gas collecting boxes 6 which can collect the oil gas and other greenhouse gases overflowing from the exploitation well 7, prevent the oil gas and other greenhouse gases from leaking and polluting the environment, and ensure that the oil gas exploitation process is green and environment-friendly.
