The invention relates to a photo frame part, in particular to a fixing piece for a back plate of a photo frame.

Background

The photo frame is mainly used for positioning four edges of the photo, is beneficial to protecting the photo from being damaged, and has an attractive effect. The photo frame is usually internally buckled, corresponding photos are placed in a blank position when the photo frame is used, and the positions of the photos are fixed by locking a back plate of the photo frame; the specific locking mode is that the free end of the fixed base body is tightly clamped at the back of the photo frame by rotating the fixed base body (the elastic sheet or the separation blade) on the back plate, so that the back plate is locked, the back plate is prevented from being separated, and the purpose of fixing the photo is achieved. In addition, in the using process of the photo frame, the photo frame is hung up through the hook for appreciation; when the photo frame needs to be hung, the action part of the hook is matched with a hanging piece of a vertical surface (wall) through rotating the hook so as to be hung, and in addition, the purpose of adjusting the photo frame can be achieved through adjusting the rotating angle of the hook. For the photo holder frame can normally use, the elastic sheet and the hook are connected with the photo holder frame back plate through the connecting nail, and the elastic sheet and the hook can rotate to move, so that a user can use the photo holder frame.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the fixing piece for the back plate of the photo frame.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

The working principle of the fixing piece for the back plate of the photo frame is as follows:

The accumulation block is formed by scraping the cutter, the structure is simple, the accumulation block is generated from the material of the binding part, the material and additional parts are not required to be added, and the design is very ingenious; simultaneously, when installing with fixed base member, because all do not have any limit structure on the excircle face of binding portion, consequently, binding portion can freely smoothly pass the mounting hole on the fixed base member, thereby accomplish the preinstallation of fixed base member and connection nail, the piece is piled up to last rethread cutter processing, accomplish whole installation, whole installation is very convenient like this, be favorable to improving the installation effectiveness of connecting nail and fixed base member, and can control the clearance between piece and the installation department of piling up through the scraping distance of control cutter in binding portion, thereby control the mounting hole of fixed base member and the elasticity of being connected of nail, so that realize rotation function.

According to a preferable scheme of the invention, the binding part is arranged in a hollow manner, the binding part comprises a spine section and an expansion section, a plurality of spines are arranged on the spine section, the upper end of the expansion section is connected with the mounting part, the lower end of the expansion section is connected with the upper end of the spine section, and the diameter of the expansion section is larger than that of the spine section; the accumulation block is disposed on the extension section.

In a preferred aspect of the present invention, the mounting portion includes a snap ring disposed at a top of the expanding section, and an outer diameter of the snap ring is larger than an outer diameter of the expanding section; the inner edge of the mounting hole of the fixing base is disposed between the snap ring and the accumulation block.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mounting portion includes a plurality of clamping blocks, and the plurality of clamping blocks are disposed on the top of the expanding section and extend outward; the inner edge of the mounting hole of the fixing base is arranged between the fixture block and the accumulation block.

According to a preferable scheme of the invention, the spine on the spine section is arranged to extend outwards gradually from top to bottom along the direction that the spine section is inserted into the photo frame backboard.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the number of the stacking blocks is 2 to 10, and the stacking blocks are axisymmetrically arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the expansion section.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixing substrate is a spring.

Preferably, the elastic sheet comprises an installation section, a clamping section and a protruding section, wherein the clamping section is used for abutting against the edge of the photo frame, two ends of the protruding section are respectively connected with the installation section and the clamping section, the installation hole is formed in the installation section, and the protruding section is arranged in an upward arched manner.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixing base is a hook.

Preferably, the couple includes link and installation piece, one side and the installation piece of link are connected, the mounting hole sets up on the installation piece.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the accumulation block is formed by scraping the cutter, the structure is simple, the accumulation block is generated from the material of the binding part, the material and additional parts are not required to be added, and the processing is convenient.

2. Connect the nail when with the installation of fixed base member, because all do not have any limit structure on the outer disc of binding portion, consequently the binding portion can freely smoothly pass the mounting hole on the fixed base member to accomplish the preinstallation of fixed base member and connection nail, the piece is piled up out in the processing of rethread cutter at last, accomplishes whole installation, and whole installation is very convenient and ingenious like this, is favorable to improving the installation effectiveness and the precision of connecting nail and fixed base member.

3. In the installation process, the clearance between the accumulation block and the installation part can be controlled by controlling the scraping distance of the cutter on the binding part, so that the connection tightness of the installation hole of the fixed base body and the connection nail is controlled, and the rotation function is realized.
