Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a dyeing needle head.

Background

Percutaneous endoscopic techniques have become a common surgical procedure for treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion due to their advantages of small injury, less bleeding, short recovery time, etc. In order to more quickly find the annular rupture, the target site of compression, and the nucleus pulposus and the nerve root under the microscope, doctors inject an intervertebral disc contrast agent and add methylene blue staining solution to stain the intervertebral disc.

At present, the dyeing needle used clinically is similar to a common syringe needle, and the sharp inclined cut is formed at the tip of the dyeing needle, so that after the dyeing needle penetrates into a fiber ring, a wound which is difficult to recover is formed on the surface of the fiber ring, the surface tension of the fiber ring is changed by the wound, and the postoperative healing of the fiber ring is not facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a dyeing needle head which is high in safety and cannot cause serious damage to fiber rings.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a dyeing needle head comprising:

the needle comprises a needle body, the needle body comprises a needle stem, the interior of the needle stem is provided with a pore canal penetrating through two ends of the needle stem, and the front end of the needle stem is provided with an orifice communicated with the pore canal;

the needle core comprises a needle rod, the needle rod is slidably arranged in the pore channel in a penetrating mode, the front end of the needle rod extends out of the pore channel from the orifice, and the front end of the needle rod is provided with a conical needle point.

In some embodiments of the present application, the needle body further includes a pintle, a front end of the pintle is connected to a rear end of the needle stem, a cavity communicated with the pore passage is formed inside the pintle, and an opening communicated with the cavity is formed at a rear end of the pintle.

The invention provides a dyeing needle head, which has the following beneficial effects compared with the prior art:

when in use, the needle tip of the needle rod is firstly penetrated into the fibrous ring of the target intervertebral disc, but the needle peduncle is not penetrated; then the needle core is pulled out, a small hole which is opened by the needle point is left on the fiber ring at the moment, and the small hole is opposite to the pore canal of the needle stalk; then, injecting an intervertebral disc contrast agent and adding methylene blue staining solution into the target intervertebral disc through the pore canal of the needle stalk and the small hole to realize staining; and finally, pulling out the needle head body to finish the dyeing operation. Based on this, the dyeing needle provided by the invention only props up a tiny hole on the fiber ring through the needle point of the needle core and does not cut the fiber ring, so that the surface tension of the fiber ring is not changed, and the damage to the fiber ring is very small; and because the fibrous ring is an elastic soft tissue, after the needle head body is pulled out, the small hole propped by the needle point of the needle core can be gradually contracted, which is beneficial to the postoperative healing of the fibrous ring. In addition, the dyeing needle head provided by the invention can also avoid damage to other tissues caused by improper operation.

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention provides a dyeing needle, which includes a needle body 1 and a core 2; the needle head body 1 comprises a needle stem 11, a pore canal penetrating through two ends of the needle stem 11 is arranged inside the needle stem 11, and an orifice communicated with the pore canal is arranged at the front end of the needle stem 11; the needle core 2 comprises a needle rod 21, the needle rod 21 is slidably arranged in the hole, the front end of the needle rod 21 extends out of the hole from the hole, and the front end of the needle rod 21 is provided with a conical needle point 211.

Compared with the prior art, the dyeing needle provided by the invention has the advantages that the dyeing needle only props up a tiny hole on the fiber ring through the needle point 211 of the needle core 2 and does not cut the fiber ring, so that the surface tension of the fiber ring cannot be changed, and the damage to the fiber ring is tiny; and because the fibrous ring is an elastic soft tissue, after the needle head body 1 is pulled out, the small hole propped by the needle point 211 of the needle core 2 can be gradually contracted, which is beneficial to the postoperative healing of the fibrous ring. In addition, the dyeing needle head provided by the invention can also avoid damage to other tissues caused by improper operation.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the needle body 1 further comprises a pintle 12, a front end of the pintle 12 is connected to a rear end of the needle stem 11, the inside of the pintle 12 has a cavity communicated with the duct, and a rear end of the pintle 12 has an opening communicated with the cavity. As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the stylet 2 further comprises a needle cap 22, a front end of the needle cap 22 is connected to a rear end of the needle shaft 21, and the needle cap 22 is fixed at an opening of the pintle 12, that is, the needle shaft 21 passes through a cavity of the pintle 12. Based on this, the needle core 2 and the needle body 1 are relatively fixed, so that the needle body 1 can be prevented from sliding forwards when the needle tip 211 of the needle rod 21 penetrates into a fiber ring, and the fiber ring is protected from being damaged by the needle stalk 11; in addition, when the needle core 2 needs to be pulled out, only the needle cap 22 needs to be pulled, and the operation is more convenient.

As shown in FIG. 1, in some embodiments, the tip angle of the needle 211 is 30-60 °; the length of the needle rod 21 extending out of the pore channel from the orifice is 2-5 mm, and the length of the needle stem 11 is 330-360 mm; the outer diameter of the needle bar 21 is 0.6-1.2 mm, and the outer diameter of the needle stem 11 is 1.0-1.6 mm. The application method of the dyeing needle provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:

s1, extending the dyeing needle into the responsible intervertebral space by using the guide sleeve;

s2, finding the target intervertebral disc to be treated under the mirror, and pricking the dyeing needle to the fibrous ring to make the needle point 211 of the needle rod 21 prick into the fibrous ring, but not the needle stalk 11;

s3, pulling out the needle core 2, wherein a small hole propped by the needle point 211 is left on the fiber ring;

s4, connecting an external pipeline to the opening of the pintle 12 by using a luer connector, and enabling the intervertebral disc contrast agent and the methylene blue staining solution to enter the target intervertebral disc through the pore canal of the needle stalk 11 and the small hole to achieve staining;

s5, pulling out the needle body 1.

To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a dyeing needle head, which includes a needle head body 1 and a needle core 2, wherein the needle stem 11 of the needle head body 1 has a hole penetrating through both ends thereof, the front end of the needle stem 11 has a hole communicated with the hole, the needle rod 21 of the needle core 2 slidably penetrates through the hole, the front end of the needle rod 21 extends out of the hole from the hole, and the front end of the needle rod 21 also has a conical needle point 211. Compared with the prior art, the dyeing needle has high safety, can not cause serious damage to the fiber ring, is favorable for postoperative healing of the fiber ring, and can also avoid damage to other tissues caused by misoperation.

It should be noted that the staining needle provided by the embodiment of the invention can also be applied to the staining operation of body structure tissues except for intervertebral discs.
