Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of acupuncture auxiliary equipment, in particular to a smokeless warm acupuncture auxiliary device.

Background

Warm acupuncture and moxibustion is a therapy combining acupuncture and moxibustion and is suitable for diseases requiring both needle retention and moxibustion. The specific operation is that in the process of needle remaining, the moxa segment is placed on the needle handle to be ignited, and the heat is conducted to the acupuncture point through the needle body, so that the therapy has the functions of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, dredging collaterals and relieving pain by common acupuncture, and also has multiple comprehensive functions of warming and warming moxibustion, special medicine property and the like, thereby achieving the functions of warming and dredging the channels and promoting qi and blood circulation.

However, the traditional warm acupuncture mainly has the following four disadvantages in the clinical use process:

firstly, high-temperature moxa ash and sparks in combustion easily fall off to cause skin burn of a patient or ignite a bed sheet;

second, the needle body is inclined or even bent due to the dead weight of the moxa cone;

thirdly, warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is difficult to be carried out on certain positions (such as the face, the head, the neck and the shoulders in a sitting position and the body in a lateral lying position), the needle body is difficult to be fixed, and moxibustion smoke particles can cause discomfort such as choking cough, smoked eye and lacrimation of a patient;

at present, paper sheets are covered on the skin of the acupuncture point of the filiform needle, but moxibustion cannot be directly applied to acupuncture points, so that the utilization rate of moxa energy (moxa heat and moxa property) is low, and the curative effect is influenced.

The invention provides a smokeless warm acupuncture auxiliary device, which comprises: a cart structure, a filtering unit and a smokeless warm acupuncture auxiliary device; wherein, a plurality of filter unit fixing areas are arranged on the cart structure; the filter units are arranged on all filter unit fixing areas or part of the filter unit fixing areas in the plurality of filter unit fixing areas, and the filter units are used for extracting and filtering combustion products generated by the combustion of the moxa segment in the smokeless warm acupuncture auxiliary device; each filter unit is correspondingly and electrically connected with one filter unit fixing area; connect a plurality of smokeless warm acupuncture assistors on the filter unit, can fix the chinese mugwort section in the assistor cavity among a plurality of smokeless warm acupuncture assistors, smokeless warm acupuncture assistor is used for collecting the residue that drops after the chinese mugwort section burns.

In this embodiment, when the smokeless moxibustion assisting device is used to perform moxibustion on a patient to be subjected to moxibustion, the following operations are required:

1) opening the smokeless warm acupuncture assistor 200, fixing the moxa segment in the assistor cavity, igniting, and placing the needle handle and part of the needle body of the filiform needle in the assistor cavity of the smokeless warm acupuncture assistor 200;

2) the closed smokeless warm acupuncture assistor 200 is fixed through a structure connected with the filtering unit 120, and at this time, the filiform needle with a part of the structure in the smokeless warm acupuncture assistor 200 is not limited by the body position of the patient during the needle application (the reason is that the design that the traditional warm acupuncture assistor needs to be designed with a base fixed on the skin surface of the patient is abandoned, and the warm needle cylinder of the smokeless warm acupuncture assistor 200 is supported by a movable bracket on the filtering unit 120);

3) one end of the needle point of the filiform needle is punctured into the acupuncture point of the human body;

4) in the moxibustion process, large and small particles of ashes (which are solid), moxibustion oil, and some smoke particles are generated during the burning process, wherein the generated smoke particles are firstly concentrated in the cavity of the smokeless moxibustion assistor 200 and then absorbed by the smoking pipe in the filter unit 120, and the large and small particles of ashes, and the moxibustion oil are caught by the dust catching net in the smokeless moxibustion assistor 200 to prevent the ash from falling onto the skin of the human body.

an electric box 112 disposed on one side of the upper end surface of the cart body 110 a; the cart body 110a is sequentially divided into a plurality of filter unit fixing areas 111 and an electric box body fixing area 112a in a direction from a position far away from the electric box body 112 to a position close to the electric box body 112, and each filter unit fixing area 111 is provided with a filter unit ventilation opening 111 a; the electrical box 112 is located at the electrical box fixing area 112 a.

In this embodiment, each filter unit fixing region 111 disposed on the cart structure 110 is provided with a filter unit socket, and the filter unit 120 is also provided with a filter unit plug corresponding to the filter unit socket, the filter unit plug is similar to an electrical pin, and the filter unit socket section is similar to an electrical socket, which are in contact with each other to realize electrical connection. When the filter unit 120 is powered on, the device is started to extract and filter combustion products generated by the combustion of the moxa segment in the smokeless acupuncture and moxibustion auxiliary device connected with the filter unit 120 through the smoking pipe. Therefore, smoke particles generated by the burning moxa segment can not be discharged into the current space environment, the patient can not be choked, the eyes of the patient can be prevented from being stimulated to cause lacrimation, and the pollution to the air in the current space is reduced.

The trolley structure 110 is provided in the smokeless acupuncture and moxibustion filtering device to facilitate the user to push to a desired stopping position (the stopping position is limited by the length of the power cord on the power supply provided in the electric box 112). And after the cart structure 110 is parked, the foot brake can be stepped on, so that the cart structure 110 can be stably stopped at the current position. The core components of the filter unit 120 are placed on the filter unit fixing area 111 of the cart structure 110 and are firmly fixed, which is a corresponding structure configuration that fully considers the problem that the filter unit 120 needs to stably stay at the current position rather than easily slide during the use process.

In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 13, a main control board 1121 is disposed inside the electrical box 112; further comprising:

a temperature controller 1122 provided in the electric box 112, the temperature controller 1122 being connected to the main control board 1121;

a power module 1123 disposed in the electrical box 112, wherein the power module 1123 is connected to the main control board 1121, and the power module 1123 is further connected to the temperature controller 1122;

a cart armrest 113 provided on an outer wall of the electric cabinet 112 on a side away from the cart body 110 a; wherein, the cart armrest 113 is a telescopic armrest with a telescopic length;

a filter unit socket section 114 disposed on an upper end surface of the cart body 110a and located on a side of the electrical box body 112 away from the cart armrest 113; the first total number of filter element receptacles 114a provided in the filter element receptacle segment is equal to the second total number of filter element securing areas 111, and each filter element receptacle 114a faces one filter element securing area 111.

In this embodiment, the temperature controller 1122 (also called a temperature control switch, a temperature protector, a temperature controller, or simply a temperature controller) is disposed in the electrical box 112, because the temperature probe is disposed in the moxibustion assisting device connected to the filtering unit 120 through the smoking pipe, and when the temperature parameter collected by the temperature probe is transmitted to the temperature controller 1122, the electromagnetic switch in the smoking pipe can be controlled to be correspondingly turned on and off, so as to control whether the smoking pipe is opened or not.

The power supply module 1123 is arranged in the electric box body 112, so as to supply power to each functional module needing power supply in the smokeless acupuncture and moxibustion filtering device, and the power supply module 1123 is connected with commercial power through a power line. In specific implementation, the power module 1123 may use a power supply of a case of a desktop computer, and functions to convert ac power into dc power of different voltages, stable and reliable, such as +5V, -5V, +12V, -12V, +3.3V, -3.3V, etc., for each functional module requiring power supply in the smokeless warm acupuncture filtering apparatus.

A main control board 1121, which can be understood as the brain of the smokeless acupuncture filtering apparatus, is disposed in the electrical box 112, and is configured to receive parameters correspondingly transmitted by each functional component, such as the temperature controller 1122, perform arithmetic processing, and then send a control instruction to the corresponding functional component, such as the electromagnetic switch. In specific implementation, the main control board 1121 adopts an MCU control chip with a model of freescale MC9S12XS 128.

The stroller handle 113 is provided on the outer wall of the electrical box 112 on the side away from the stroller body 110a, and has a specific structure that the stroller handle can refer to a telescopic umbrella handle of a foldable umbrella, a handle locking ball is provided on the outer wall of a handle part at the upper end of the stroller handle 113, a handle locking ball groove is provided on the outer wall of a connecting rod part at the lower end of the stroller handle 113, and the length of the stroller handle 113 can be adjusted according to the height of a user through the structure.

A filter unit receptacle section 114 is provided on the upper end face of the cart body 110a to facilitate a more rapid pin-type electrical connection of the filter unit 120 to the cart structure 110.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a magnet set (not shown) for magnetically attracting and fixing the filter units is fixed on the lower surfaces of the filter unit fixing areas 111 on the cart body 110a, and a locking slot 111b for fixing the filter unit 120 is formed on the upper surfaces of the filter unit fixing areas 111 on the cart body 110 a.

In this embodiment, the housing of the filtering unit 120 is generally made of metal, so that in order to dispose the filtering unit 120 on the filtering unit fixing region 111, the bottom of the filtering unit 120 is clamped by the clamping groove 111b, and the filtering unit 120 is magnetically fixed by the filtering unit magnetic attraction fixing magnet set fixed on the lower surface of the filtering unit fixing region 111.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, 7a, 7b and 13, the filter unit 120 includes:

a filter unit case 121; wherein the bottom size of the filter unit case 121 is adapted to the size of the filter unit fixing area 111;

a turbo fan 122 disposed on an inner wall of the filter unit case 121 and located at a bottom of the filter unit case 121;

a bottom plate air outlet 123 disposed at the bottom of the filter unit case 121 and located right below the turbo fan 122; the bottom plate air outlet 123 is opposite to the filtering unit ventilation opening 111 a;

a multi-layer filter screen assembly 124 disposed in the filter unit case 121 and above the turbo fan 122;

an auxiliary device connecting assembly 125 disposed on an outer wall of the filter unit case 121 and located at a top of the filter unit case 121; one end of the assistor connecting assembly 125 is connected to the filtering unit case 121, and the other end of the assistor connecting assembly 125 is connected to a plurality of smokeless warm acupuncture assistors.

In the present embodiment, the filtering unit 120 sucks the combustion products of the moxa stage in the moxibustion aid, and the suction is derived from the turbo fan 122. After the combustion products of the moxa cone are sucked, the combustion products of the moxa cone sequentially pass through the auxiliary device connecting assembly 125 and the multi-layer filter screen assembly 124, and finally are adsorbed and filtered by the multi-layer filter screen assembly 124. In practical implementation, the electrical box 112 is further provided with button switches (not shown) having the same number as the total number of the filter units 120, and each filter unit socket 114a is connected to the main control board through one button switch. Thus, when the button switch is pressed to be in the on state, the turbo fan 122 is in the energized state to start rotating to extract the combustion products in the warming acupuncture aid. When the button switch is pressed again to be in the off state, the turbofan 122 stops rotating in the power-off state. The main control board 1121 can control and adjust the wind speed of the turbofan 122, and can also control the on-off state of the electromagnetic switch of each smoking pipe to control the opening and closing of the smoking pipe.

Wherein the filter element receptacle 114a comprises at least the following electrical connections: a1) a temperature probe connector lug; a2) a temperature alarm indicator light connector lug; a3) a magnetic switch connector lug; a4) turbofan motor lug. One end of the temperature probe connector is connected with the temperature controller 1122, and the other end is connected with the temperature probe in the auxiliary device for warm acupuncture; one end of the temperature alarm indicator lamp connector lug is connected with the main control board 1121, and the other end of the temperature alarm indicator lamp connector lug is connected with a temperature alarm indicator lamp on the acupuncture and moxibustion assistor; one end of the electromagnetic switch connector lug is connected with the main control board 1121, and the other end of the electromagnetic switch connector lug is connected with an electromagnetic switch in the smoking pipe; one end of the connector lug of the turbofan motor is connected to the main control board 1121, and the other end is connected to the turbofan 122.
