5. The hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel of claim 1, wherein said V-shaped grooves have a width of 1-2CM, and said V-shaped grooves are uniformly circumferentially disposed in said annular grinding segment.

6. The hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel of claim 1, wherein said first grinding portion, said second grinding portion and said third step are electrically welded.

7. The hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel of claim 1, wherein the composition of the first grinding portion and the second grinding portion comprises diamond, cubic boron nitride, a resin binder, and copper.

8. The hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel of claim 1, wherein the first grinding portion and the second grinding portion have a composition weight ratio of: 5:3:1:1.

9. The hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel of claim 1, wherein said resin bond is provided with 20% tin powder.

A hot pressing process for manufacturing a hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel according to any of the preceding claims, comprising the steps of: (1) uniformly mixing diamond, cubic boron nitride, resin adhesive and copper which are used as preparation raw materials of a grinding wheel to obtain a mixture;

(2) cold pressing: loading a matrix in a mold in advance, adding the mixed mixture into a mold of cold press molding equipment for integral press molding, and demoulding, wherein the cold press pressure is 2.5-3.5T/cm2, the pressure is maintained for 3-5s, and the pressing time is 8-10 s;

(3) hot-pressing and sintering: sintering the cold-pressed and molded crude product in a dry sintering furnace, wherein the heating temperature T =860-880 ℃, the sintering time is 1.5-2h, and nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas is introduced in the sintering process, and the introduction amount is 0.5-0.8m 3/min;

(4) and (3) cooling: after sintering, removing the finished product, continuously cooling by using the nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas, introducing the nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas with the amount of 0.8-1.0 m3/min, and cooling for 2-2.5h to prepare the grinding part;

(5) and welding the grinding part and the base body into a whole through a brazing process.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of metal grinding processing, in particular to a hot-pressed sintered grinding wheel and a process thereof.

Background

As is well known, the grinding wheel is generally adopted in the grinding process, the existing grinding wheel generally comprises a base body and grinding sheets arranged on the circumference of the base body, the grinding sheets are provided with radial grooves distributed along the circumference of the base body in a circular mode to divide the grinding sheets into a plurality of grinding surfaces, the existing structure can be used for grinding, but the grinding wheel is single in structural design, on one hand, grinding scraps generated in the grinding process are difficult to remove, the grinding precision and the service life are influenced, on the other hand, the heat dissipation performance is poor, the heat is too high, the grinding wheel is easy to lose efficacy, on the other hand, the single structural design ensures that the grinding speed is difficult to guarantee, and the whole grinding efficiency is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The hexagonal grinding sheet is arranged on the first grinding part, the annular grinding sheet is arranged on the second grinding part, the chip removal capacity is greatly improved, the chip removal is smooth, the grinding precision is further improved, the service life is further prolonged, and the durability of the grinding wheel is ensured. In addition, the grinding speed is improved due to the design of the V-shaped groove, so that the grinding efficiency is improved, and the using effect is better.

A hot pressing process for manufacturing a hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel according to any of the preceding claims, comprising the steps of: (1) uniformly mixing diamond, cubic boron nitride, resin adhesive and copper which are used as preparation raw materials of a grinding wheel to obtain a mixture;

(2) cold pressing: loading a matrix in a mold in advance, adding the mixed mixture into a mold of cold press molding equipment for integral press molding, and demoulding, wherein the cold press pressure is 2.5-3.5T/cm2, the pressure is maintained for 3-5s, and the pressing time is 8-10 s;

(3) hot-pressing and sintering: sintering the cold-pressed and molded crude product in a dry sintering furnace, wherein the heating temperature T =860-880 ℃, the sintering time is 1.5-2h, and nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas is introduced in the sintering process, and the introduction amount is 0.5-0.8m 3/min;

(4) and (3) cooling: after sintering, removing the finished product, continuously cooling by using the nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas, introducing the nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas with the amount of 0.8-1.0 m3/min, and cooling for 2-2.5h to prepare a grinding part;

(5) and then the grinding part and the base body are welded into a whole through a brazing process.

Compared with the prior art, the application can obtain the following technical effects:

Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to implement technical means to solve technical problems and achieve technical effects of the present application can be fully understood and implemented.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a top view of a hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in the drawings, a hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel includes a base body 10, the base body 10 having a circular shape, the base body 10 being provided with stepped portions including a first stepped portion 20, a second stepped portion 30 and a third stepped portion 40; a circular mounting hole 21 provided in the first step portion 20; the rhombic chip removal holes 31 are annularly arranged at the top of the second stepped part 30, and the top of the second stepped part 30 is arc-shaped; a first grinding part 50 annularly arranged on the third step part 40, wherein the first grinding part 50 is a hexagonal grinding sheet 51 which is uniformly arranged, and the hexagonal grinding sheet 51 is provided with a corrugated part 52; and a second grinding part 60 arranged outside the first grinding part 50 in a surrounding manner, wherein the second grinding part 60 is an annular grinding sheet 61, and the annular grinding sheet 61 is provided with a V-shaped cutting groove 62.

Furthermore, the width of the V-shaped cutting groove is 1-2CM, and the V-shaped cutting groove 62 is uniformly and annularly arranged on the annular grinding sheet 61. Through the V-shaped cutting groove, the chip removal capacity of the second grinding part 60 is greatly improved.

The first ground portion 50 and the second ground portion 60 are electrically welded to the third step portion 30. The welding connection is simple and convenient.

Preferably, the composition of the first grinding portion 50 and the second grinding portion 60 includes diamond, cubic boron nitride, a resin binder, and copper. The diamond blade is very sharp, and the incorruptibility of cutting edge can improve 1 ~3 times. The cubic boron nitride has high hardness, thermal stability and chemical inertness, and the resin bond grinding wheel has the advantages of good self-sharpening property, difficult blockage, high grinding efficiency, low surface roughness after processing, low grinding temperature and easy trimming. Copper powder is added into the resin bonding agent, and the method is also suitable for electrolytic grinding.

Preferably, the first grinding portion 50 and the second grinding portion 60 have a composition weight ratio of: 5:3:1:1. The four materials are mixed according to the proportion, and the obtained grinding sheet has high temperature resistance, high stability and high grinding efficiency.

Preferably, the resin binder is provided with 20% tin powder. The bonding strength is enhanced, the wear resistance is good, and the consumption of diamond is reduced.

Preferably, a hot pressing process for manufacturing the hot pressed sintered abrasive wheel according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising the steps of: (1) uniformly mixing diamond, cubic boron nitride, resin adhesive and copper which are used as preparation raw materials of a grinding wheel to obtain a mixture;

(2) cold pressing: the matrix 10 is loaded in a mould in advance, the mixed mixture is added into a mould of cold press molding equipment for integral press molding, and finally demoulding is carried out, wherein the cold press pressure is 2.5-3.5T/cm2, the pressure is maintained for 3-5s, and the pressing time is 8-10 s;

(3) hot-pressing and sintering: sintering the cold-pressed and molded crude product in a dry sintering furnace, wherein the heating temperature T =860-880 ℃, the sintering time is 1.5-2h, and nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas is introduced in the sintering process, and the introduction amount is 0.5-0.8m 3/min;

(4) and (3) cooling: after sintering, removing the finished product, continuously cooling by using the nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas, introducing the nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas with the amount of 0.8-1.0 m3/min, and cooling for 2-2.5h to prepare a grinding part;

(5) and then the grinding part and the base body 10 are welded into a whole through a brazing process.
