3. The rotary smoke tube loading apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a tube cap conveyor, the tube cap conveyor being located adjacent to the automatic capping device, the automatic capping device grasping the tube cap from the tube cap conveyor.

The rotary smoke tube cigarette loading device according to claim 1, wherein the empty tube conveyer has a baffle on both sides thereof, the baffle enables the end of the empty tube conveyer in the traveling direction to be always butted with only one slot of the rotary shaft slot device during the rotation of the rotary shaft slot device.

The rotary smoke tube loading apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said automated cigar loader comprises a cigar conveyor and a cigar outlet mounted at the end of the cigar conveyor, said cigar outlet being capable of accommodating only a single row of cigars advancing side by side, the cigar outlet opening at the bottom to allow the cigars to automatically drop into the empty tube.

6. The rotary smoke tube loading device of claim 1, wherein the robot of the automatic lid loader is connected to a lifting shaft, and the robot of the automatic lid loader is a suction cup type robot.

7. The rotary smoke tube loading device of claim 1 further comprising a console connected to the respective control systems of the empty tube conveyor, the rotary shaft slot device, the automatic loading device, the automatic capping device, and the outlet conveyor.

8. The rotary smoke tube loading apparatus of claim 7 wherein said control station is further connected to a respective control system of said automatic screw-on cap conveyor.

The rotary type tobacco pipe tobacco loading device according to claim 1, wherein a retaining clip is disposed outside the rotating shaft retaining device, and the retaining clip blocks the outer side of the retaining clip at other positions of the non-empty pipe inlet and the non-finished product outlet.

10. The rotary smoke tube loading device of claim 1, wherein the product outlet stop valve is formed by a combination of a vertical rod and a horizontal rod, and the rod is stopped on the slot of the rotary shaft slot device beside the product outlet conveyor belt.

Background

The cigar is a special tobacco product, different from cigarettes, the cigar is composed of a cigar core, a cigar sleeve and a cigar coat (from inside to outside), and the cigar is divided into a whole-leaf-roll cigar, a half-leaf-roll cigar and a cigar-type cigarette according to the material quality of the three parts, and is divided into a manual cigar and a machine-made cigar according to the processing mode. The cigar in the traditional sense is a whole-leaf roll handmade cigar (hereinafter, the handmade cigar is abbreviated as the handmade cigar), namely, the cigar core, the cigar sleeve and the cigar coat are all composed of tobacco leaves, and the whole production process is completed by the whole hand.

The tobacco leaf of the outer layer of the eggplant coat of the manual cigar can wrap the inner eggplant cover and the inner eggplant core tobacco leaf and play a certain role in the fragrance of the whole cigar, and the most important point is to beautify the appearance. The first impression of the consumers on the cigar products is the appearance of cigarettes, and the eggplant-coated tobacco plays an important role, so that the eggplant-coated tobacco of the sold products must be complete, fine and glossy. The eggplant-coated tobacco leaves are usually a layer of tobacco leaves with very thin texture, loose tissue structure and fine and smooth hand feeling. Therefore, in order to ensure that the manual cigars cannot cause damage to the cigarettes in a plurality of links of transportation and sale, the cigarettes can be protected by adopting a certain packaging mode.

At present, cigars are packaged in a plurality of ways, mainly including aluminum tube packaging, plastic cigarette sleeve packaging, iron boxes, paper boxes, wood boxes and the like, and can be packaged in one or two ways. Among them, the mode of using aluminum pipe + wood/iron/carton is the best effect of protecting cigars, and is a combined packaging mode which is used most in the current production.

The smoke tube is a tubular cigarette package made according to the shape of a cigarette, is similar to the shape of the cigarette but has a volume slightly larger than that of the cigarette, usually consists of a tube body and a tube cap, can be effectively closed to form a closed space, and protects the cigarette from being damaged due to jolt and the like in the transportation process. According to different packaging modes of cigars, the cigarette tube can be divided into a transparent tube, an aluminum tube and the like. At present, an automatic device which can meet the requirement that manual cigars are directly loaded into a smoke tube does not exist.

At present, the cigarette is manually loaded into a cigarette tube in production, and the following problems mainly exist: firstly, the labor cost is high, the working efficiency is low, the yield per day is very large for factory production, all the packaging processes need a large amount of manpower to complete, and even for skilled workers, the maximum packaging quantity per hour is only about 600; secondly, the artificial cigarette filling process easily causes the problem of artificial shortage; and thirdly, in the manual operation process, the operation methods of everyone are inconsistent, and the artificial cigarette head is damaged in the process of tube filling of some cigarettes.

In view of the technical problem, under the condition of ensuring that the rolling process is completed manually, the device for loading the cigars is urgently needed to be developed, so that the subsequent manufacturing process flow of the manual cigars is simplified, the production efficiency and the precision are improved, and the processing cost is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art, provides an implementation mode of a rotary type cigarette tube cigarette-packaging device, and aims to solve the problem of low cigarette packaging efficiency of cigars.

In order to solve the technical problem, one embodiment of the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:

The further technical scheme is that the rotary smoke tube tobacco loading device further comprises an automatic cap screwing device, the automatic cap screwing device comprises a mechanical arm and a lifting rotating shaft connected with the mechanical arm, and the lifting rotating shaft drives the mechanical arm to rotate and lift.

According to a further technical scheme, the rotary smoke tube cigarette loading device further comprises a tube cover conveying belt, the tube cover conveying belt is located beside the automatic cap loading device, and the automatic cap loading device grabs the tube cover from the tube cover conveying belt.

According to a further technical scheme, two sides of an empty pipe conveying belt of the rotary smoke tube tobacco loading device are provided with baffles, and the baffles enable the tail end of the advancing direction of the empty pipe conveying belt to be always butted with only one clamping groove of a rotary shaft clamping groove device in the rotating process of the rotary shaft clamping groove device. The baffle keeps the pipe body upright.

The further technical scheme is that the automatic cigar loading device of the rotary type smoke tube cigarette loading device comprises a cigar conveying belt and a cigar outlet arranged at the tail end of the cigar conveying belt, wherein the cigar outlet can only accommodate a single row of cigars to move forwards side by side, and the cigar outlet is opened at the bottom to enable the cigars to automatically fall into an empty pipe. The cigar conveyor belt can also be provided with baffles on both sides like an empty pipe conveyor belt, on one hand to keep the cigars upright and on the other hand to gradually push the cigars into the cigar outlet and form a single row of cigars.

The further technical scheme is that a mechanical arm of an automatic cover mounting device of the rotary type tobacco pipe cigarette mounting device is connected to a lifting rotating shaft, and the mechanical arm of the automatic cover mounting device is a sucker type mechanical arm.

The further technical scheme is that the rotary smoke tube tobacco loading device further comprises a control console, and the control console is connected with corresponding control systems of the hollow tube conveying belt, the rotating shaft clamping groove device, the automatic eggplant loading device and the outlet conveying belt.

Preferably, the control console of the rotary type tobacco pipe tobacco loading device is also connected with the corresponding control systems of the automatic cap screwing device and the pipe cap conveying belt.

The rotary type smoke tube cigarette loading device is characterized in that a clamping groove fixing clamp is arranged on the outer side of a rotary shaft clamping groove device of the rotary type smoke tube cigarette loading device, and the clamping groove fixing clamp blocks the outer sides of clamping grooves in other positions of a non-empty tube inlet and a non-finished product outlet.

The finished product outlet blocking valve of the rotary type smoke tube cigarette loading device is formed by combining a vertical supporting rod and a horizontal blocking rod, and the blocking rod is blocked on a clamping groove of a rotating shaft clamping groove device beside a finished product outlet conveying belt.

The empty tube may be a tube commonly used for packaging cigars, such as an aluminum tube, a transparent tube, etc.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

(1) the cigar packing tubes with different specifications can be met only by replacing aluminum tubes or transparent tubes of various brands; (2) manual operation is only limited to replacing various smoke pipes, and the automation degree is high; (3) quality problems such as missing cigarettes or damaged cigarette heads in the process of tubing caused by manual operation are avoided, and accurate positioning can be realized after the machine is set; (4) the operation is high-efficient, and a machine is operated to alone, and work efficiency is high, and the efficiency improvement than artifical dress cigarette is nearly 5 times.

The operation method of the rotary type smoke tube tobacco loading device comprises the following steps: the aluminum pipe or the transparent pipe body is conveyed to the inlet of the aluminum pipe or the transparent pipe through the empty pipe conveying belt. As can be seen from the table 1, the working efficiency of the method 2, namely the rotary type tobacco pipe loading device, is improved to a higher degree, the device can be operated by 1 person, and the working efficiency of the method 2 is improved by about 5 times compared with the whole process of manual cigarette loading.

2.2 packaging quality comparison

The method comprises the following steps: the cigarettes are packed in tubes by two methods, and the quality qualification rate is recorded, inspected and judged, and the result is shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the method 2 has higher packaging quality of cigarettes filled by using the rotary type cigarette tube filling device, and the precision of the packaging quality is better than that of the whole process of manually filling the cigarettes into the tube.

3. Conclusion

The working efficiency and the packaging quality are compared by comparing two methods of manual operation and rotary smoke tube packaging devices. The rotary type tobacco pipe tobacco loading device has obvious advantages in working efficiency and packaging quality, so that the use of the device has very important significance for industrial production.
