the outer sealing ring (4-1) comprises an outer sealing ring annular part (4-1-1) with an integral structure, an outer sealing ring inner ring flanging (4-1-2) and an outer sealing ring outer ring flanging (4-1-3) which are bent at two sides;

the outer sealing ring (4-1) is fixedly connected with the bearing inner ring (3-1);

the inner sealing ring (4-3) comprises an inner sealing ring annular part (4-3-1) with an integral structure, and an inner sealing ring inner ring flanging (4-3-2) and an inner sealing ring outer ring flanging (4-3-3) which are bent at two sides;

the inner sealing ring (4-3) is fixedly clamped with the bearing outer ring (3-2);

the elastic middle sealing ring (4-2) comprises a middle sealing ring annular part (4-2-1) with an integral structure, middle sealing ring outer ring sealing lips (4-2-2) with two bent sides and middle sealing ring inner ring extension parts (4-2-3);

the middle sealing ring (4-2) is positioned between the outer sealing ring (4-1) and the inner sealing ring (4-3) and is fixedly connected with the inner sealing ring (4-3);

the outer ring sealing lip (4-2-2) of the middle sealing ring extends towards the inlet of the labyrinth sealing structure (4) to form an inlet reverse sealing structure (12);

the extension part (4-2-3) of the inner ring of the middle sealing ring extends to the outlet of the labyrinth sealing structure (4) to form an outlet reverse sealing structure (6).

Technical Field

Background

Idler rollers are one of the important components in belt conveyors, particularly large belt conveyors used in coal mines. The carrier roller has the functions of supporting the weight of the conveying belt and materials, the carrier roller is flexible and reliable in operation, the friction force between the conveying belt and the carrier roller is reduced, the service life of the conveying belt accounting for more than 25% of the total cost of the conveyor is played as a key role, when the carrier roller operates, the outer ring of the bearing rotates, the inner ring is relatively static, the rotating speed of the belt conveyor is low, and the bearing capacity of the bearing and the carrier roller is high.

The prior carrier roller and original seal bearing 23 comprises as shown in fig. 1 and 2:

when the bearing is sealed, a plurality of sealing elements (a plurality of sealing elements such as the isolating ring 22, the original sealing bearing 23, the retainer ring 24, the outer sealing ring 25, the inner sealing ring 26, the end cover, the shaft cover and the like and combination forms thereof) are needed, the manufacturing cost is high, the assembly is complex, the weight is heavy, and much labor is consumed.

When a plurality of sealing elements are used, the original bearing seat 27 is in a long straight cylindrical shape, and the original sealing bearing 23 is positioned in the depth of the original bearing seat 27, so that the bearing supporting roller has poor bearing capacity.

The original sealing bearing 28 is of a rubber and framework sealing structure (single-layer rubber contact type sealing structure 8), the sealing lip is simple in structure and easy to lift up water, silt, air, impurities and the like, and the sealing lip is easy to lift up to leak oil.

The metal retainer of the bearing is easy to generate heat and generate noise, and the end face of the bearing is easy to rust.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the full-effect sealed energy-saving mute carrier roller provided with the mute energy-saving bearing is provided for overcoming the defects in the prior art, and has the advantages of mute energy conservation, light weight and better sealing effect.

The technical scheme is as follows:

a full-effect sealed energy-saving silent carrier roller is composed of a carrier roller and bearing blocks fixed to both sides of carrier roller. And a full-effect sealed energy-saving mute bearing is arranged in each bearing seat.

The reverse sealing structure of the outlet is V-shaped, one extends to reversely block the inlet of the labyrinth sealing structure, and the other reversely blocks a connecting port at the labyrinth sealing structure and the retainer.

The outer seal ring comprises an outer seal ring annular part of an integrated structure, and an outer seal ring inner ring flanging and an outer seal ring outer ring flanging which are bent at two sides.

The outer sealing ring is fixedly connected with the bearing inner ring.

The inner sealing ring comprises an inner sealing ring annular part of an integrated structure, and an inner sealing ring inner ring flanging and an inner sealing ring outer ring flanging which are bent at two sides.

The inner sealing ring is fixedly clamped with the bearing outer ring.

The elastic middle sealing ring comprises a middle sealing ring annular part, a middle sealing ring outer ring sealing lip and a middle sealing ring inner ring extension part, wherein the middle sealing ring annular part and the middle sealing ring outer ring sealing lip are of an integral structure, and the two sides of the middle sealing ring outer ring sealing lip and the two sides of the middle sealing ring inner ring.

The middle sealing ring is positioned between the outer sealing ring and the inner sealing ring and is fixedly connected with the inner sealing ring.

The sealing lip of the outer ring of the middle sealing ring extends towards the inlet of the labyrinth sealing structure to form an inlet reverse sealing structure.

The extension part of the inner ring of the middle sealing ring extends to the outlet of the labyrinth sealing structure to form an outlet reverse sealing structure.

The V-shaped angle of the inlet reverse sealing structure is 45-60 degrees.

An angle S formed between one branch and the other branch of the outlet reverse sealing structure and the two radial sides of the bearing inner ring is 55-60 degrees, and an angle T is 55-60 degrees.

The bearing seat has an outward-expanded shoulder, the sealing cover is arranged at the shoulder and fixed on the supporting shaft, and a gap is reserved between the sealing cover and the shoulder.

The inner side of the middle hole of the sealing cover is integrally provided with a sealing cover bearing inner ring annular rib which corresponds to the position of the bearing inner ring.

The shoulder has an outward expansion angle P of 3-5 degrees.

The advantages are that:

the engineering plastic retainer has low noise, self-lubricating function and smooth operation.

The bearing is not easy to rust after being galvanized and blackened.

The sealing lip has more perfect structure, can not be lifted, can not enter water and can not leak oil.

The bearing is provided with a labyrinth seal structure sealing element, the manufacturing cost is low, the assembly is simple, the labor is saved, and the external seal of the carrier roller is needed. First confined space, second confined space and third confined space are outside reverse barb setting, can prevent that air, water and the impurity in the outside from getting into the bearing, have improved lubricating property and anti-pollution performance.

A plurality of sealing elements outside the bearing are eliminated, the bearing seat is shallower and shorter, and the bearing support roller bearing capacity is improved.

The bearing seat and the bearing assembly are integrated and simplified, the total weight of the carrier roller is reduced, the inertia is reduced, and the energy consumption is greatly reduced.

The installation time is simple, equipment and personnel are reduced, and the enterprise operation cost is reduced.

The bearing seat assembly does not need to be added with lubricating grease, secondary pollution gaps are reduced,

the wide-temperature operation is carried out at the temperature of-45 ℃ to 150 ℃, and the wide-temperature operation is suitable for the operation of various conveying machinery working conditions.

Through detection, the roller meets MT821-2006 standard, GB/T10595-2009 belt conveyor standard requirements and MT821-2006 technical conditions for a coal mine belt conveyor roller, the total damping coefficient of the roller is reduced by about 40%, the running noise is reduced by 20-30%, and the lubricating performance is improved by 20%.
