The permeable pavement has many advantages in practical application, but due to the special structure, the porosity of the pavement reaches about 18-25%, and the porosity of the general dense-graded asphalt concrete pavement is only 3-6%, so that higher requirements are provided for the performance of the asphalt cement for paving. The main reasons are as follows: asphalt cement must have higher viscosity to increase the binding power between the cement and the aggregate and prevent the surface aggregate from flying away under the action of wheel load. The main way of harming human health is to attach the fly ash with the particle size of less than 8 mu m and suck the fly ash into human bodies through respiratory tracts. Meanwhile, finished product odorless high-viscosity asphalt needs to be prepared separately, and the addition of the odor purifying agent often damages the heat storage stability of the finished product high-viscosity asphalt and influences the construction quality.
