The inserting groove 6 is arranged at the periphery of the door cover 1; preferably, the inserting groove 6 is arranged on the front side of the door cover 1, and the inserting groove 6 is provided with an opening along the radial direction of the door cover 1 in advance so as to correspondingly insert and lock the bolt 5 of the door lock 3 installed on the control panel seat 2 after extending out.

Preferably, the opening 15 is arranged at the middle height of the inner peripheral side of the control panel seat 2, and the lock body 4 of the door lock 3 is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the inner mounting chamber 14 of the control panel seat 2, so that the bolt 5 of the door lock 3 which is obliquely arranged can have a certain telescopic allowance, and the locking and unlocking actions of the door lock 3 can be further ensured.

In the embodiment of the invention, the insertion groove 6 is formed along the telescopic direction of the bolt 5, and the insertion groove 6 is obliquely extended from top to bottom. Preferably, in order to ensure that water, detergent additives, etc. separated from the locking tongue 5 do not remain in the insertion groove 6, the insertion groove 6 is provided with a flow passage, an opening, etc. for discharging water. In the embodiment of the invention, the two ends of the insertion groove 6 are respectively an insertion end 11 and an opposite end 12, the insertion end 11 is used for inserting the telescopic end 8 of the bolt 5 correspondingly, and the insertion groove 6 extends from the insertion end 11 to the opposite end 12 in an inclined manner from top to bottom so as to ensure that the bolt 5 which is installed in an inclined manner can be smoothly inserted into the insertion groove 6, thereby realizing locking and unlocking actions between the bolt 5 and the door cover 1.

In the embodiment of the invention, the inserting groove 6 can be directly arranged as a groove with a radial opening on the outer periphery of the door cover 1 by utilizing the thickness of the door cover 1; alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, a separate member may be fixedly mounted on the outer peripheral side of the door 1, and the separate member alone or together with the outer wall surface of the door may define the recess forming the inserting groove 6.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the insertion groove 6 may be configured as follows: the opposite end 12 of the insertion groove 6 is provided with a drainage flow channel, the end part of the drainage flow channel is positioned at the lower side surface of the door cover 1 and the upper side of the clothes putting-in opening 13 surrounded by the inner circumference of the control panel seat 2, so that the water, the washing additives and the like separated from the bolt 5 flow to the clothes putting-in opening 13 of the washing machine along the end part of the drainage flow channel of the insertion groove 6 and then fall into the washing machine barrel or directly flow to the drainage structure of the washing machine, and further the water, the washing additives and the like at the insertion groove 6 are effectively prevented from being remained (not noted in the attached drawing).

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the bolt 5 of the door lock 3 is in a retracted state, the retractable end 8 of the bolt 5 is located at the opening 15 on the inner periphery of the control panel base 2, so that the retracted bolt 5 plugs the opening of the control panel base 2, a protruding portion is prevented from being formed on the inner periphery of the control panel base 2 after the door cover 1 is opened, and the bolt 5 effectively covers the opening to avoid a recessed portion from being formed on the control panel base 2.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the inner peripheral side surface of the control disk seat 2 is a tapered surface gradually narrowing from top to bottom, and the taper of the tapered surface is a; the included angle between the end surface 9 of the telescopic end 8 of the bolt 5 and the plumb line is b, and a is b. Thereby, the slope of the conical inner peripheral side surface of the control panel base 2 is kept consistent with the slope of the inclined end surface 9 of the lock tongue 5; and then make the flexible end 8 of spring bolt 5 shrink the back, the terminal surface 9 of the flexible end 8 of spring bolt 5 is in same conical surface with the interior periphery side of control panel seat 2, makes water, washing additive etc. that flow along control panel seat 2 can freely flow through the terminal surface 9 of the flexible end 8 of spring bolt 5, has prevented effectively that the terminal surface of the flexible end of spring bolt 5 from remaining water, washing additive etc. and has shown the waterproof nature that has promoted lock 3.

The above embodiment is described by taking a pulsator washing machine as an example, but the washing machine in the embodiment of the present invention may be any one of the existing washing machines, for example: drum type washing machines, and the like. The door cover of the drum-type washing machine is generally arranged at the front side, and is turned to the front side of the washing machine to be opened, a door lock 3 is arranged on the front side plate of the washing machine, and a bolt of the door lock is horizontally arranged in a telescopic manner to correspond to the locking door cover; similarly, a lock body 4 of the door lock is fixedly arranged on a front side plate of the washing machine, and a telescopic bolt 5 is arranged on the lock body 4; the end face 9 of the telescopic end 8 of the bolt 5 is an inclined plane which inclines from top to bottom along the extending direction of the bolt 5, so that water sliding from the front side plate, the door cover and the like of the washing machine onto the bolt can still be realized, the washing additive is equal to the bolt phase separation, and the water and the washing additive are prevented from flowing into the lock body 4 along the bolt 5, so that the lock body is prevented from generating faults and the like (not noted in the attached drawings).

Meanwhile, although the above embodiment only describes the technical solution of the door lock 3 as the locking structure of the door cover 1 of the washing machine, it is conceivable for those skilled in the art that the above door lock 3 as the locking structure of other openable and closable cover bodies of the washing machine still belongs to the protection scope of the present application, for example: the door lock 3 is used for locking a box cover of a detergent box of the washing machine, and is used for locking a decorative cover of a thread scrap filter chamber of the washing machine.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
