Further, the fixing piece comprises a fixing plate, a concave cavity is formed in the fixing plate, the first mounting hole is formed in the bottom of the concave cavity, and one end of the connecting piece is mounted in the concave cavity.

The wall body 2 is provided with second mounting holes 21 penetrating through two sides of the wall body 2, and the connecting piece 3 is used for passing through the first mounting hole 11 of the fixing piece 1 and the second mounting hole 21 of the wall body 2 and connecting with a mounting part 41 of the washing machine 4. The fixing member 1 and the second mounting hole 21 are matched with the mounting structure of the mounting part 41 of the washing machine 4.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the fixing member 1 includes a fixing plate 12, the fixing plate 12 has a cavity 14, the first mounting hole 11 is disposed at the bottom of the cavity 14, and one end of the connecting member 3 is mounted in the cavity 14. The shape of the fixing plate 12 may match the shape of the back plate of the washing machine 4, and the larger the area of the fixing plate 12 is, the greater the strength that can be provided for the installation of the washing machine 4.

Specifically, the mounting portion 41 of the washing machine 4 includes a fourth mounting hole 42, the screw 31 passes through the first mounting hole 11, the second mounting hole 21 and the fourth mounting hole 42, and one end of the screw 31 protrudes out of the first mounting hole 11 on one side of the wall 2 and is connected to the first nut 321; the other end of the screw rod 31 protrudes out of the fourth mounting hole 42 on the other side of the wall body 2, and is connected with the second nut 322.

The mounting portion 41 of the washing machine 4 of the present invention may be a structure configured in the washing machine itself, for example, a rear panel constituting a rear wall of an outer tub of the washing machine, or a mounting member such as a lug provided on a peripheral wall of a rear end of the outer tub, or may be an additional component such as a mounting bracket.

The first nut 321 may be integrated with the screw 31, and the first nut 321 is a nut connected with the screw 31. The length of the screw 31 is greater than the depth of the second mounting hole 21. A pad 34 is arranged between the first nut 321 and one side of the wall 2. And a pad piece 34 and a damping piece 33 are sequentially arranged between the second nut 322 and the mounting part 41. The cushion member 34 is a gasket, and is sleeved on the screw rod 31. The depth of the cavity 14 is 3-4 times the thickness of the first nut 321.

The nut 32 further includes a third nut 323 located between the first nut 321 and the second nut 322, and configured to cooperate with the first nut 321 to fix the screw 31 on the wall 2. The third nut 323 is located between the other side of the wall 2 and the washing machine 4.

The two ends of the screw 31 can be fixed on the wall 2 by matching the first nut 321 and the third nut 323, the fixing piece 1 is fixed on one side of the wall 2 through the connecting piece 3, the stability and the connection strength of the connecting piece 3 on the wall 2 are ensured, the washing machine 4 is installed on the screw 31 protruding from the other side of the wall 2, and the second nut 322 is used for fixing, so that the strength of the whole installation structure can be improved, and the installation stability of the washing machine 4 is ensured.

The first nut 321 is mounted in the cavity 14. One side of the mounting part 41 of the washing machine 4 close to the wall 2 is provided with a groove 411 communicated with the fourth mounting hole 42, and the third nut 323, the vibration damping part 33 and the pad part 34 are positioned in the groove 411 of the mounting part 41, so that the mounting stability of the washing machine 4 can be kept. According to the invention, the fixing piece 1 and the washing machine 4 are respectively installed at two ends of the connecting piece 3, and the connecting piece 3 needs to penetrate through the wall body 2, so that the production and processing can be facilitated by adopting the screw 31, the universality is high, and the installation is convenient.

The connection member 3 further includes a vibration damper 33 for damping vibration between the wall body 2 and the washing machine 4, and is disposed between the third nut 323 and the washing machine 4. A pad 34 is provided between the damper 33 and the washing machine 4. The vibration damping member 33 is matched with the groove 411 of the mounting part 41, and the vibration damping member 33 is a vibration damping cushion pad and is sleeved on the peripheral wall of the third nut 323.

Preferably, the second mounting hole 21 is a reducing through hole. The protruding portion 13 and the screw 31 are respectively matched with the second mounting hole 21, the outer diameter of the protruding portion 13 is larger than that of the screw 31, and preferably, the outer diameter of the protruding portion 13 is 4-5 times that of the screw 31.

The invention also provides an installation method of the wall installation structure of the washing machine, which comprises the following steps,

s1, forming second mounting holes 21 communicating two sides of the wall 2 by drilling holes on the wall 2;

s2, the fixing piece 1 is fixed on one side of the wall 2 by the connecting piece passing through the first mounting hole 11 of the fixing piece 1 and the second mounting hole 21 of the wall 2;

and S3, mounting the washing machine 4 on the connecting piece 3 on the other side of the wall body 2.

The wall mounting method of the wall-mounted washing machine improves the bearing capacity of the wall 2, can mount the washing machine 4 on a coal ash wall, a wall with an interlayer and a non-bearing wall, and has the advantages of simple method and high mounting strength.

According to the invention, the second mounting holes 21 penetrating through the two sides of the wall body 2 are formed in the wall body 2, the fixing piece 1 is mounted on one side of the wall body 2, the strength of the wall body 2 capable of supporting is increased, the connecting piece 3 penetrates through the first mounting hole 11 of the fixing piece 1 and the wall body 2, the washing machine 4 is mounted on the other side of the wall body 2, the washing machine 4 can improve the mounting stability and mounting strength by means of the fixing piece 1 on the other side, the washing machine 4 can be mounted on the interlayer wall body, and the installation is safe and reliable. In the step S1, a third installation hole 22 (see fig. 5) communicating both sides of the wall 2 is formed in the wall 2, and then a portion of the third installation hole 22 on one side of the wall 2 is reamed and trimmed to match the protrusion 13 of the fixing member 1 to form a second installation hole 21 (see fig. 6). The depth of the counterbore portion of the second mounting hole 21 matches the height of the projection of the boss 13.

Specifically, in step S2, the protruding portion 13 of the fixing member 1 is mounted in the second mounting hole 21 on the wall 2 side; the screw 31 is inserted through the first and second mounting holes 11 and 21, and the screw 31 and the fixing member 1 are fixed to the wall 2 by mounting nuts 32 on both sides of the wall 2 of the screw 31.

The specific method comprises the following steps: the screw 31 passes through the first mounting hole 11 and the second mounting hole 21, the pad 34, the vibration damping member 33 and the first nut 321 are sequentially mounted on the screw 31 on one side of the wall 2, the pad 34, the vibration damping member 33 and the second nut 322 are sequentially mounted on the screw 31 on the other side of the wall 2, and the screw 31 and the fixing member 1 are fixed on the wall 2.

After the step S2 or the step S3 is completed, the blocking cover 15 is installed in the cavity 14 of the fixing member 1.

The invention also provides a wall-mounted washing machine, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the washing machine 4 is mounted on the wall 2 by using the wall mounting structure of the washing machine or the mounting method. The washing machine has high installation strength, and solves the problem that the washing machine cannot be installed on a coal ash wall, a wall body with an interlayer and a non-bearing wall.
