Background

During the papermaking process, the pulp is dewatered and formed in the wire section. The concentration of the paper pulp on the wire is 0.1-1.2%, the dryness of paper sheet is 15-25% when the paper pulp is taken out of the couch roll, and the dryness of the formed paper is 90-95%. It follows that the wire dewatering amount accounts for more than 90% of the total dewatering amount. The vacuum degree of the vacuum couch roll is generally higher than that of the vacuum box, on one hand, the dryness of the wet paper sheet can be greatly improved through the vacuum couch roll, on the other hand, the tightness and the wet strength of the wet paper sheet can be improved, conditions are created for later pressing and dewatering, and broken ends are reduced. The scraper at the vacuum couch roll of the traditional net part is a common scraper, so that meshes of the vacuum couch roll are often blocked, and the improvement of the paper quality is influenced after the vehicle speed is increased. Accordingly, improvements are needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to provide a double blade arrangement for a vacuum couch roll overcoming the drawbacks of the prior art.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a double-blade device for a vacuum couch roll includes a horizontally disposed vacuum couch roll 1, a water collection tank 2 disposed below the vacuum couch roll, and a blade device 3 disposed on one side of the vacuum couch roll, the blade device 3 includes a blade holder 31, and a first blade 32 and a second blade 33 respectively connected to the blade holder 31, the first blade 32 and the second blade 33 are respectively connected to the blade holder 31 through a blade clamp 34, the blade holder 31 is provided with a first installation inclined surface 311 and a second installation inclined surface 312, the first installation inclined surface 311 is disposed on the upper side of the blade holder 31 and used for installing the first blade 32, the second installation inclined surface 312 is disposed on the lower side of the blade holder 31 and used for installing the second blade 33, the second installation inclined surface 312 is concavely provided with a plurality of drainage holes, and the drainage holes are communicated with the water collection tank 2 through drainage pipes 4.

Further, scraper frame 31 is the strip structure of L type, including interconnect's diaphragm and riser, and first installation inclined plane 311 is extended downwards by the diaphragm end, and second installation inclined plane 312 is extended to vacuum couch roll one side by the riser end, and scraper frame 31's both ends are equipped with the connecting plate respectively, and the connecting plate is fixed in between diaphragm and the riser, is connected with the installation axle between two connecting plates.

In the technical scheme, the scraper frame is arranged on the papermaking equipment through an installation shaft matched with an external bearing seat, and the whole scraper device is driven by an external driving device (air cylinder) to swing on the roll surface along the roll shaft.

Further, an arc-shaped plate 21 protrudes upwards from one side of the water collecting tank 2 close to the scraper device, and the top end of the arc-shaped plate 21 exceeds the bottom end of the water discharging pipe 4 and is positioned outside the water discharging pipe 4.

In the technical scheme, the arc-shaped plate is used for guiding the discharge in the drain pipe into the water collecting tank.
