Background

The existing bridge type sand sucker reciprocating operation channel usually adopts a movable sliding plate type sealing scheme, namely a movable auxiliary plate is paved on the bridge type sand sucker reciprocating operation channel, the auxiliary plate is fixed on a sand sucker hanger and moves along with the movement of the bridge type sand sucker, and the auxiliary plate can be folded and stretched in an overlapped mode. However, in the sealing mode, large gaps exist in the states of folding, stretching, stopping operation and the like, and odor is rapidly expanded to a working space due to high odor concentration in the pool. The sealing device has higher cost, large noise in the working process and relatively complicated production and assembly modes.

The self-coupling sand suction pump is arranged at the bottom of a bridge type sand suction machine, a hanging bracket needs to be led out from a working bridge for installation and maintenance of the sand suction pump, and thus the hanging bracket, a sand suction pipe and a sand suction pump guide rod of the sand suction pump need to penetrate through the pool top for sealing, so that the gap is increased, and the sealing effect is weakened.

In view of the defects of the prior art, a sealing device capable of reducing the gap area between the aeration grit chamber and the working space and further reducing the dissipation of odor is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a reciprocating type sealing device for a channel of a bridge type sand sucker, which solves the problems that the reciprocating type channel is not tightly sealed and odor is dissipated in the running process and the shutdown state of the conventional bridge type sand sucker, further solves the problem of sealing of a sealing cover wellhead of a bridge area for construction, and achieves the integral sealing of a whole channel.

the zipper type sealing unit 1 comprises two flexible sealing tapes 11 which are closed by a zipper 12, two zipper heads 13 which are arranged by the zipper and are divided into two parts, and a magnetic sealing flexible outer lining 14; the side edge of the flexible sealing belt is fixed on the running channel, the magnetic sealing flexible outer lining 14 which is sucked by a magnetic strip is covered on the zipper, the magnetic sealing flexible outer lining is fixed on the flexible sealing belt on one side, and the magnetic sealing flexible outer lining is adsorbed on the flexible sealing belt on the other side corresponding to the fixed magnetic strip 15;

the working bridge 3 is respectively connected with the top ends of the zipper guide rod 23, the sand suction pump hanging bracket 31 and the sand suction pump guide rod 32; the zipper guide rod 23, the connecting rod 22, the sand suction pump hanging bracket 31, the sand suction pump guide rod 32 and the sand outlet pipe 34 extend out of the zipper opening; the zipper opening moves along with the bridge area sealing cover and the working bridge 3.

The invention has the following positive and beneficial effects:

1) the sealing device can be synchronously controlled to be opened and closed along with the reciprocating operation of the bridge type sand sucker, so that channels outside a working area can be sealed at any time while the sand sucker smoothly passes through the channels;

2) the bridge area sealing unit thoroughly seals the construction opening and synchronously seals the construction opening in a movable manner, and channels in a working area are sealed at any time; the gap area between the aeration grit chamber and the working space can be greatly reduced, and the amount of the odor dissipated to the working space is further reduced;

3) the harm of odor to the body of a worker is reduced;

4) reduce the corrosion to the relevant equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment.
