1. A liquid level measuring device of a slurry circulation tank, comprising:

the device comprises a sound wave emitter and receiver, a mud circulation tank, a measuring pipe and a processor, wherein one end of the measuring pipe extends into the mud circulation tank, one end of the measuring pipe is immersed below the liquid level, and the other end of the measuring pipe is connected with the sound wave emitter and receiver; the acoustic transmitter and receiver measure liquid level data within the measurement tube and send the liquid level data to the processor.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the acoustic transmitter and receiver measure the liquid level in the measurement pipe by transmitting an acoustic signal and receiving a reflected signal of the acoustic signal, wherein the liquid level in the measurement pipe coincides with the liquid level in the mud circulation tank.

3. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a data transmission line for connecting said acoustic transmitter and receiver to said processor; and the sound wave transmitter and the sound wave receiver send the measured liquid level data to the processor through the data transmission line.

4. The device according to claim 1, wherein an injection pipe is further arranged on the main pipeline of the measuring pipe, one end of the injection pipe is communicated with the main pipeline of the measuring pipe, the other end of the injection pipe is an open end, the open end is higher than the liquid level of the slurry circulation tank, and the injection pipe is used for adding an antifoaming agent into the measuring pipe.

7. A method for measuring a liquid level in a slurry circulation tank, characterized by applying the apparatus for measuring a liquid level in a slurry circulation tank according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the method comprising:

the sound wave transmitter and the sound wave receiver send sound wave signals to the measuring pipe and receive reflected signals generated when the sound wave signals contact the liquid level in the measuring pipe;

the sound wave emitter and the sound wave receiver analyze the reflected signals to obtain liquid level data in the measuring pipe;

the sound wave transmitter and the receiver transmit the liquid level data to the processor;

and analyzing the liquid level data by the processor to obtain the liquid level height of the slurry circulating tank.

8. The method of claim 7, further comprising, before the acoustic transmitter and receiver emit the acoustic signal into the measurement tube:

and detecting whether the liquid level of the slurry circulation tank contains bubbles or not, and if so, injecting an antifoaming agent into the measuring pipe.

9. The method of claim 7, further comprising:

measuring the liquid level height of the slurry circulation tank for multiple times within a preset time period;

and calculating the average value of the liquid level heights, and taking the average value as the final liquid level height.

10. The method according to any one of claims 7-9, further comprising:

comparing the current liquid level height with the previous liquid level height, and if the difference value between the current liquid level height and the previous liquid level height is not within a preset threshold range, sending an alarm signal through an alarm;

and if the difference value between the current liquid level height and the last liquid level height is within a preset threshold range, outputting the current liquid level height.

Background

With the technological progress and development, the oil and gas industry gradually becomes an important driving force of global economy and an important pillar for normal operation of modern society, and petroleum and natural gas occupy an important position in the global energy consumption.

At present, the mutual combination and permeation of high technology and oil gas industry promote the improvement of petroleum and petrochemical technology and equipment level, accelerate the updating of petroleum and petrochemical products and the exploration and exploitation of oil gas, wherein, the slurry circulation tank is mainly applied to oil drilling solid control systems and the like, and has the advantages of high corrosion resistance, rust resistance, long service life and the like.

However, factors affecting the measurement accuracy of the mud circulation tank, such as human factors, the measurement accuracy of equipment, drilling fluid bubbles, drilling fluid level fluctuation, measurement specifications, tank bottom sand setting and the like, all limit the accuracy of the liquid level measurement. Along with the increase of the drilling depth and the difficulty, the underground working condition is more complex, and various factors comprehensively influence the measurement of the liquid level of the mud circulation tank, so that the measurement accuracy of the liquid level of the mud circulation tank is poor, and the well control work can be even influenced in serious cases.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a liquid level measuring device and method of a mud circulation tank, which are used for improving the accuracy of liquid level measurement of the mud circulation tank, improving the efficiency of overflow and leakage treatment, effectively reducing the drilling period and the drilling cost and ensuring the safety of drilling construction.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a liquid level measuring device for a mud circulation tank, including:

the device comprises a sound wave emitter and receiver, a mud circulation tank, a measuring pipe and a processor, wherein one end of the measuring pipe extends into the mud circulation tank, one end of the measuring pipe is immersed below the liquid level, and the other end of the measuring pipe is connected with the sound wave emitter and receiver; the acoustic transmitter and receiver measure liquid level data within the measurement tube and send the liquid level data to the processor.

In one possible design, the acoustic transmitter and receiver measure the liquid level in the measurement pipe by transmitting an acoustic signal and receiving a reflected signal of the acoustic signal, wherein the liquid level in the measurement pipe coincides with the liquid level in the mud circulation tank.

In one possible design, the system further comprises a data transmission line for connecting the acoustic transmitter and receiver to the processor; the acoustic transmitter and receiver send the measured fluid level data to the processor via the data transmission.

the sound wave transmitter and the sound wave receiver send sound wave signals to the measuring pipe and receive reflected signals generated when the sound wave signals contact the liquid level in the measuring pipe;

the sound wave emitter and the sound wave receiver analyze the reflected signals to obtain liquid level data in the measuring pipe;

the sound wave transmitter and the receiver transmit the liquid level data to the processor;

and analyzing the liquid level data by the processor to obtain the liquid level height of the slurry circulating tank.

In one possible design, before the acoustic transmitter and the receiver send out the acoustic signal to the measurement pipe, the method further includes:

and detecting whether the liquid level of the slurry circulation tank contains bubbles or not, and if so, injecting an antifoaming agent into the measuring pipe.
