Technical Field

Background

Nowadays, digital television programs are rich in variety, and watching television programs is an indispensable entertainment mode for daily leisure life of the public, but a normal watching mode is not suitable for children, and the health of the children can be damaged when the children watch the television programs for a long time. Although the prior art also designs a child watching mode aiming at a child group, the function is single and uninteresting because the watching time is generally limited or the television is simply locked through a password.

Thus, there is a need for improvements and enhancements in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a playing control method, an apparatus, a storage medium and a television set to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and aims to solve the problem that the child watching mode in the prior art is single in function and uninteresting.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. With the development of digital television services and multimedia and the improvement of living standard of people, watching television programs becomes a very important entertainment mode in daily leisure activities of people, but some television programs are not suitable for children to watch, and particularly, the television does not set a definite grading system, and in many video resources which look good for people of all ages, some contents which are not suitable for children to watch may exist. Violence, bloody smell and erotic emotion, which are very irritating episodes, too many contacts are necessary to be adverse to the mental health of children. In addition, the health of children can be affected by watching television for a long time, and the diseases of children caused by the television are more and more found by investigation, such as television obesity, television dyspepsia, television ophthalmopathy and television short stature. However, most parents are busy working and cannot control the children to watch the television at any time, the existing watching mode of the children only limits the watching time or the mode of turning on the television, the function is single and uninteresting, and the function does not accord with the characteristics of the children. Therefore, the prior art still lacks a child watching mode which is in line with the characteristics of children, has rich functions and is full of interest.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a playing control method, which enables a child to better utilize a television by setting a plurality of viewing state functions in a child viewing mode. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following:

In one implementation, the user may input an operation instruction in voice to start the child mode. In one implementation, as shown in fig. 2, the entering a child mode launch page according to the operation instruction includes the following steps:

step S102, judging whether the authority to enter the child mode exists or not according to the authority judging program;

if yes, executing step S103, and entering the child mode;

if not, executing the step S104, and enabling the television to enter a screen protection control state, wherein in the screen protection control state, the functions of the keys of the television and the remote controller are invalid.

Specifically, in order to increase interest and knowledge of the child mode, the permission determination program may be an answer point mode. When the television enters a child mode to start a page, the title content is displayed on the screen, and the title content can be set by a user. In one implementation, when the television is in the child mode for playing, the display amplification function in the viewing state functions is automatically invoked, as shown in fig. 3, the invoking of the display amplification function in the viewing state functions includes the following steps:

s201, when the television is played in a child mode, calling a display amplification function in the watching state functions;

s202, amplifying fonts displayed in a screen according to the display amplification function;

and S203, displaying the enlarged font again.

Specifically, the display amplification function can be combined with an eye protection mode, and the font size, brightness and color of the television screen can be adjusted in a targeted manner aiming at the condition that the vision of the minors is not developed to be mature, so that the vision of children is effectively protected.

However, the children often drown in the television programs and cannot make the television programs, so measures need to be taken to force the children to get out of the television programs, and the damage to eyesight and health caused by too long watching time is avoided. In one implementation, after the television enters the child mode, the user may call a duration obtaining function in the watching function, the television obtains a video playing duration according to the duration obtaining function, compares the playing duration with a preset duration threshold, and when the playing duration reaches the duration threshold, controls the television to enter the screen protection control state, that is, executes steps S211, S212, and S213 in fig. 4. That is, when the duration of watching the television program reaches the preset value, the child needs to enter the answering integral mode again, and the accumulated integral reaches the set value, so that the next watching can be performed. In one implementation, when a child watches a television program in a child mode, and after the child enters a next watching process through a completion permission judgment program, the television directly enters a screen protection control state when the playing time of the television program reaches a preset time threshold. Namely, after the children watch the television programs twice continuously, the television directly enters a screen saver control state, the screen saver control state is set to a countdown mode, and the children can watch the television again through the answer integration mode after waiting for the countdown and zero clearing.

In one implementation, the television may enter the screen saver control state periodically according to a time period preset by a user. For example, the user can set learning time, eating time, playing time, entertainment time, resting time, and the like according to the work and rest time of the child. In the study time, the dining time, the playing time and the rest time, the television automatically enters a screen protection control state as soon as the set time is reached, and the television can watch television programs only when the keys and the remote controller of the television recover to work in the entertainment time period, so that the children can watch the television at the proper time, and the normal study and life of the children are prevented from being influenced by the enthusiasm of the television.

In the process of watching television programs by children, in order to achieve better protection of the mental health of the children, the content of the television programs watched by the children needs to be monitored. In one implementation, whether the currently played content belongs to the child viewing content may be determined by an image of the content being played by the television. Specifically, a content judgment device is preset in the television, and the content judgment device is connected with the processor. The television transmits the content of the program which is played currently to the content judgment device in a large screen capture mode in a real-time screen capture mode, the content judgment device transmits image information to the picture judgment model, and the picture judgment model judges whether the content of the program which is played currently is suitable or not. In one implementation, the content determination device is further provided with a text determination model, and when the content determination device obtains a screen shot of the current program content, text information is obtained from the screen shot and sent to the text determination model, and the text determination model determines whether the currently played program content is suitable according to a keyword comparison principle. And if the content of the program which is played currently is suitable, the television carries out inappropriate reminding on the played content so as to remind the user to adjust the played content. Whether the content of the program played currently is suitable or not is judged by the text method and the image method, so that the reliability and the accuracy of the content judgment result can be effectively improved.

In the process of watching television programs by children, in order to realize better protection on the physical health of the children, the sitting posture of the television programs watched by the children needs to be monitored. In one implementation, as shown in fig. 6, the invoking the viewing state function according to the child mode and playing a video based on the viewing state function includes the following steps:

s231, calling a sitting posture judgment function in the watching state function when the television is played in a child mode;

s232, acquiring the current sitting posture of the user according to the sitting posture judging function, and judging whether the current sitting posture judgment of the user is standard or not;

Specifically, the processor in the television is connected with a first camera device through a local area network in advance, the first camera device is placed on the side of the child viewing position, for example, the child viewing position is on a sofa, and then the first camera device can be placed on a solid object on the left side or the right side of the sofa. In one implementation mode, the television is provided with a time judgment module for accurately limiting the watching duration of the children, and the time judgment module can guarantee that the television is accurate in travel time in the child mode. The television comprises a processor, a memory, a network interface and a display screen which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the television is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the television comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the television is used for connecting and communicating with an external terminal through a network. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a playback control method. The display screen of the television can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the block diagram shown in fig. 8 is only a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the inventive arrangements and does not constitute a limitation on the television set to which the inventive arrangements are applied, and that a particular television set may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, a television set is provided comprising a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by one or more processors the one or more programs comprising instructions for:
