An implant is characterized in that the implant is of a columnar structure, a mounting hole extending along the axial direction of the implant is formed in the columnar structure, the mounting hole is provided with an internal thread, the internal thread comprises a first thread part and a second thread part, the first thread part is close to the hole bottom of the mounting hole, and the second thread part is far away from the hole bottom of the mounting hole; and the distance between the crest of the internal thread of the second threaded part and the axis of the mounting hole is gradually reduced from the hole opening of the mounting hole to the hole bottom direction of the mounting hole.

2. The implant of claim 1, wherein the crest of the internal thread of the second threaded portion is pointed;

7. The implant of claim 1 or 2, wherein a twist length of the first threaded portion is greater than a twist length of the second threaded portion.

An implant device comprising an abutment, a central screw, and the implant of any one of claims 1-7; the abutment is provided with a pre-installation through hole extending along the axial direction of the abutment; the central screw penetrates through the preassembly through hole to be matched and connected with the internal thread, and is used for fixedly connecting the abutment with the implant.

The planting device of claim 8, wherein the pre-assembly through hole is a stepped through hole, and an axis of the stepped through hole is not perpendicular to a stepped surface of the stepped through hole, and an axis of the central screw is not perpendicular to a face of the head of the central screw that faces its own tail, such that the face of the head of the central screw that faces its own tail can apply a non-axial force to the stepped surface of the stepped through hole;

or/and one surface of the head of the central screw, which faces to the tail of the head of the central screw, is provided with a diamond-like carbon coating or a tungsten carbide coating;

or/and the step surface of the step through hole is provided with a diamond-like carbon coating or a tungsten carbide coating.

10. An implant comprising a crown and an implant device according to claim 8 or 9; the crown is connected with the implanting device.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dental medical dental implants, in particular to an implant, an implanting device and a dental implant.

Background

After the implant is implanted and healed in the first stage, the implant and the abutment are connected through the pre-tightening stress of the central screw in the second stage of operation, and when the implant and the dental crown supported on the abutment are subjected to millions of times of circulating occlusal force, the abutment and the implant can deform and are transmitted to the central screw. Uneven load distribution can lead to the loosening or the breakage of a central screw for connecting the implant, further cause micro-motion micro-gaps between the implant and a base platform, and the accumulation of a large amount of bacterial plaque leads to the absorption of a large amount of peripheral bones around the implant, thereby failing the implantation operation.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an implant, an implant device and a dental implant, and aims to solve the technical problem that a central screw connected with the implant is loosened or broken due to uneven load distribution in the prior art.

The invention provides an implant which is of a columnar structure, wherein a mounting hole extending along the axial direction of the columnar structure is formed in the columnar structure, the mounting hole is provided with an internal thread, the internal thread comprises a first thread part and a second thread part, the first thread part is close to the hole bottom of the mounting hole, and the second thread part is far away from the hole bottom of the mounting hole; and the distance between the crest of the internal thread of the second threaded part and the axis of the mounting hole is gradually reduced from the hole opening of the mounting hole to the hole bottom direction of the mounting hole.

Further, the crest of the internal thread of the second thread part is pointed;

or the internal thread crest of the second thread part is planar, and the distance between the planar internal thread crest and the axis of the mounting hole is gradually reduced from the orifice of the mounting hole to the hole bottom direction of the mounting hole.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the implant provided by the invention is of a columnar structure, the columnar structure is provided with a mounting hole extending along the axial direction of the columnar structure, the mounting hole is provided with internal threads, the internal threads comprise a first thread part and a second thread part, the first thread part is close to the hole bottom of the mounting hole, and the second thread part is far away from the hole bottom of the mounting hole; and the distance between the crest of the internal thread of the second thread part and the axis of the mounting hole is gradually reduced from the hole opening of the mounting hole to the hole bottom direction of the mounting hole. The distance between the inner thread crest of the second thread part and the axis of the mounting hole is gradually reduced, so that the second thread part is easy to deform when the second thread part receives the occlusion force, and the load can be transferred to the first thread part positioned at the lower part, so that the whole stress of the inner thread tends to be uniform, and the situation that a central screw is loosened or broken is favorably avoided.

The invention also provides an implanting device, which comprises a base station, a central screw and the implant body; the abutment is provided with a pre-installation through hole extending along the axial direction of the abutment; the central screw penetrates through the preassembly through hole to be matched and connected with the internal thread and is used for fixedly connecting the abutment with the implant. Based on the analysis, the planting device is beneficial to avoiding the situation that the central screw is loosened or broken.

The invention also provides a dental implant, which comprises a dental crown and the implant device; the crown is connected with the implanting device. Based on the analysis, the dental implant is beneficial to avoiding the situation that the central screw is loosened or broken.
