Background

At present, the concrete mixing transport vehicle generally adopts a chassis gas cylinder to be connected with a water tank of the vehicle through a gas valve component, the air pressure in the water tank is controlled by a gas valve component three-way valve, so that the water tank is filled with water or the vehicle is flushed, the demand of the concrete transportation is more and more along with the implementation of national infrastructure, the performance requirement of customers on the mixing vehicle is higher and higher, many mixing vehicles use a water filling port assembly to fill the water tank in the charging process, if the mixing vehicle is not filled with water after being filled with the water, the charging of subsequent vehicles is influenced, and because the water is not clean enough in some mixing stations, impurities cover a water tank liquid level meter after the mixing vehicles are used for a period of time, so that many customers cannot directly observe whether the water tank is filled with the water or not, if the water filling port assembly cannot be closed in time after the water tank is filled with the water, the excessive water can, causing water accumulation in the chassis air reservoir and finally damaging the chassis.

when water is added, the first three-way valve of the air valve component is opened to a water adding position by the operating handle, the first valve and the second valve are opened, water enters the water tank from the water outlet pipe of the water adding port assembly, one part of air in the water tank is discharged from the first three-way valve of the air valve component through the first air pipe, the other part of air is directly discharged from the overflow pipe assembly, and due to the fact that the exhaust channel is additionally arranged, the air discharging speed is accelerated, the faster the air in the water tank is discharged, the smaller the pressure is, the faster the water adding speed is, and the water adding efficiency of the water tank is improved; because the second air outlet of the water tank is arranged below the first air outlet, after the water tank is filled with water, redundant water can flow out of the overflow pipe assembly to remind that the water tank is filled with water, the water filling port assembly needs to be closed to stop adding water, and the condition that water enters the chassis air storage cylinder from the first three-way valve of the air valve assembly is avoided.

When water is added, the first three-way valve 3-1 of the air valve component 3 is opened to a water adding position by the control handle 3-6, the first valve and the second valve 1-3 are opened, water enters the water tank 2 from the water outlet pipe 1-1 of the water adding port assembly 1, one part of air in the water tank 2 is discharged from the first three-way valve 3-1 of the air valve component 3 through the first air pipe 3-4, the other part of air is directly discharged from the overflow pipe assembly 5, due to the fact that an exhaust passage is additionally arranged, the air discharging speed is accelerated, the faster the air is discharged from the water tank 2, the smaller the pressure is, the faster the water adding speed is, and the water adding efficiency of the water tank 2 is improved; because the second air outlet of the water tank 2 is arranged below the first air outlet, after the water tank is filled with water, redundant water flows out of the overflow pipe assembly 5 to remind that the water tank 2 is filled with water, the water filling port assembly 1 needs to be closed to stop adding water, and the condition that water enters the chassis air storage cylinder 4 from the first three-way valve 3-1 of the air valve assembly 3 is avoided.

When the vehicle is washed, the first three-way valve 3-1 of the air valve assembly 3 is opened to a pressurizing position by the control handle 3-6, air pressure in the chassis air storage cylinder 4 can enter the first three-way valve 3-1 through the second air pipe 3-5, and the pressure limiting valve is arranged to ensure that the pressure meets the requirement, so that the pressure can be used for cleaning the vehicle after entering the water tank.

When the mixer truck is in a normal running process, the first three-way valve 3-1 is closed by the control handle 3-6, and air is not exhausted and pressurized.
