The texture of the foot pad and the beauty of the patterns can directly influence the ornamental effect and the comfortable use feeling in the vehicle.

The car foot mat generally adopts a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material as a fabric, and is a polymer formed by polymerizing vinyl chloride monomers under the action of initiators such as peroxides and azo compounds or under the action of light and heat according to a free radical polymerization reaction mechanism. PVC has been the most widely used plastic in the world and is used in a very wide range of applications. The product has wide application in building materials, industrial products, daily necessities, floor leathers, floor tiles, artificial leathers, pipes, wires and cables, packaging films, bottles, foaming materials, sealing materials, fibers and the like. The automobile foot pad made of the PVC material is easy to clean, low in price and widely applied to the automobile interior decoration industry.

The blanking of the automobile foot mat is generally cut into the model by an automatic cutting machine controlled by a computer. A cutting table of the cutting machine is coated with a layer of felt for conveying materials, and the felt is driven to move by the rollers at the two ends of the cutting table, so that the materials on the felt are driven to move on the cutting table.

Because people's demand is different, can select the PVC material of different colours and decorative pattern when making the callus on the sole, will require like this to change the PVC coiled material on the cutter feed mechanism according to the production demand. Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the coiled material discharging frame which can be used for supporting a plurality of coiled materials with different colors or patterns, is convenient for the feeding and the material changing of a cutting machine, can realize the production according to different requirements without frequently changing the coiled materials in the production process, and is beneficial to improving the working efficiency.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

1) according to the invention, through the arrangement of the material placing frame, the support of a plurality of coiled materials can be integrally realized, and the support frame can be rotatably arranged, so that the support frame can be directly rotated according to production requirements, the proper coiled materials can be replaced without frequent replacement, the processing time can be effectively saved, and the problem of high labor intensity caused by frequent replacement of the coiled materials is solved.

2) According to the invention, the support frame is provided with the notch, so that the support rod can be conveniently arranged in the notch, and the support rod can be conveniently positioned.

3) The support rod is supported through the space between two adjacent movable wheels, the coiled material drives the support rod to rotate, and the movable wheels can be rotatably arranged, so that the movement resistance of the support rod in the rotating process is further reduced, and the coiled material is convenient to feed.

In other examples, the support frame may be a cylindrical frame, and a plurality of support rods may be disposed around the cylindrical frame to support the coiled material.

Particularly, the coiled material discharging frame and the use method thereof are suitable for supporting PVC coiled materials in the automobile industry and can also be used for supporting coiled materials in other industries.
