Background

s5, stripping the cushion layer from the base fabric;

The height of the wool of the embroidery badge is generally more than 2mm, so that the embroidery badge can have good shape and hand feeling, the cushion layer can cushion the embroidery pattern to a certain height, then the top of the embroidery pattern is cut off, so that the embroidery thread is in a wool shape with the distributed root, and the embroidery badge can be embroidered in a common mode. The existence of the cushion layer enables the embroidery pattern to be cushioned and not pressed down when the hot melt adhesive on the back of the base fabric is hot pressed. When the cushion layer is finally stripped from the base fabric, the cushion layer can straighten the embroidery threads of the embroidery patterns, so that the embroidery threads are straighter and straighter.
