背景技术

现已上市的各种抑菌布，均可不同程度地抑制布本体上细菌、病毒的繁殖，但不能达成对贴近布本体周边的人体肌肤、物体表面细菌、病毒的杀灭或抑制。

发明内容

本发明——一种具有周边扩散抑菌功能的抑菌布，克服了背景技术之局限，不但可以抑制细菌、病毒在本布体上的存活，而且可以灭活或抑制与布体贴近的人体、物体表面上的细菌、病毒，属近场进攻型抑菌产品。可用于制造一次性抑菌衣物、被褥、鞋袜及用于皮肤病的辅助治疗，适于制作贴身防护服供从事传染病工作人员和较长时间无法更换内衣的航天员、战场上的军人及旅游者使用。

具体实施方式

制备本抑菌布的要素包括基布、特定消毒药剂配方与处理方法。其要点在于将符合亲近人体卫生标准的消毒药剂，强化消毒药剂与基布结合的助剂，消毒药剂的缓释剂混合成液，将符合相关卫生标准的基布浸渍其中，取出干燥后即制成抑菌布。具体是：

1、基布处理

选取符合相关卫生标准的基布或先用此类基布制成衣物，洗去其上可能存在的附加物(如定型剂)并做无菌处理。

2、药剂配方及成药制作

琼脂粉1-3‰、聚六亚甲基胍(单胍或双胍)0.3-1％、褐藻硫酸糖加入医用纯水中边搅拌、边加热成汤状。

3、浸渍

将按1处理后的基布浸渍其中，至完全浸透。

4、后处理

将浸透后的抑菌布做无菌干燥处理。

完成以上工序后，抑菌布即告制成。

注：本发明之抑菌布，不适于对芽孢的抑制。
