s1, weaving, namely weaving into a base fabric (1) fabric through a large circular loom;

s2, performing waterproof finishing, namely performing waterproof treatment on the base cloth (1) by using 30g/L C6 low-temperature waterproof agent to enable the mangle ratio of the base cloth (1) to be 70%;

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to an antistatic waterproof moisture-permeable coated fabric and a preparation method thereof.

Background

At present, a tent is a shed which is supported on the ground to shield wind, rain and sunlight and is used for temporary living, and is widely applied to the aspects of field construction operation, camping training, temporary meeting places, sports and entertainment places, army command posts, field hospitals, emergency rescue and relief work, camping, leisure, tourism and the like.

Tent fabrics on the market are generally formed by coating a polyurethane coating and a woven fabric, and the tent fabric comprises the following specific steps: firstly, obtaining a woven fabric base fabric through warp drafting, warping and weaving; then grinding, stirring and mixing chemical raw materials such as a cross-linking agent, a plasticizer, a stabilizer and the like to prepare a coating; and finally, coating the prepared coating on the surface of the woven fabric base cloth to form a coating, and carrying out embossing, trimming and roll dividing inspection to obtain the fabric.

However, when the waterproof tent is used in a complex outdoor environment, a large amount of water drops are accumulated on the surface of the fabric often to cause a water permeation phenomenon, so that the comfort of users of the tent is affected.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to reduce the phenomenon that the fabric is often permeable to water, the application provides an antistatic waterproof moisture-permeable coated fabric and a preparation method thereof.

In a first aspect, the application provides an antistatic waterproof moisture-permeable coated fabric, which adopts the following technical scheme:

an antistatic waterproof moisture permeable coated fabric comprises a base cloth and a coating coated on the base cloth; the base cloth is a polypropylene fabric; the coating comprises 80-100g/L of water-based polyacrylate soft rubber, 2-3g/L of thickening agent, 1-1.2g/L of fastness reinforcing agent and 1.5-2.5g/L of crosslinking agent; and a conductive fiber layer is embedded in one side of the base fabric, which is far away from the coating.

By adopting the technical scheme, the polypropylene fiber fabric is polypropylene fiber, the polypropylene fiber fabric has high strength, light weight and good wear resistance, and the density and the chemical resistance of the polypropylene fiber fabric are both due to terylene, so the polypropylene fiber fabric is a good material for outdoor products. The coating is coated on the base cloth, and the waterproof performance of the base cloth can be enhanced. Because the base cloth is a polypropylene fabric, the high-temperature resistance is avoided, the water-based polyacrylate soft glue can be solidified into a film at a low temperature, the film forming speed of the soft glue is high, and the adhesive force between the coating and the base cloth can be improved. The thickening agent can improve the viscosity of the coating, so that the coating is kept in a uniform and stable suspension state or an emulsion state, or gel is formed, the coating work of the coating is facilitated, and the coating can be stably adhered to the base cloth. The fastness reinforcing agent is nano titanium dioxide dispersion liquid, has strong chemical bonding adsorptivity and good film forming property, and can improve the light resistance of the base cloth. The cross-linking agent is used to generate chemical bonds between linear molecules to connect the linear molecules to form a network structure, so that the strength and the adhesion of the coating can be improved. The conductive fibers are embedded and woven, so that the antistatic performance of the base fabric can be improved.

Preferably, the conductive fiber layer is woven by conductive fibers; the conductive fiber is formed by spinning and twisting conductive yarn and terylene.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, dacron crease resistance and shape preserving nature are fine, have higher intensity and elasticity recovery ability, and are firm durable, and it is twisted with conductive fiber through conductive filament and dacron spinning, can improve conductive fiber's weaving intensity, improve conductive fiber's wearability, be favorable to improving the antistatic properties of conductive fiber when using for a long time.

In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of an antistatic waterproof moisture-permeable coated fabric, which adopts the following technical scheme:

s1, weaving, namely weaving into a base fabric through a large circular loom;

s2, performing waterproof finishing, namely performing waterproof treatment on the base cloth by using 30g/L C6 low-temperature waterproof agent to ensure that the mangle reaching rate of the base cloth is 70%;

By adopting the technical scheme, the base cloth is a polypropylene fabric and is not high-temperature resistant, and most of waterproof agents in the market need to be processed under a high-temperature condition, so that the C6 low-temperature waterproof agent is selected for carrying out waterproof treatment on the base cloth. The C6 low-temperature waterproof agent is a fluorocarbon waterproof agent, can form a layer of protective film on the surface layer of the fabric to wrap the fiber, and meanwhile, the functional monomer in the fluorocarbon polymer can be firmly combined with the fiber, so that the finished fabric has excellent waterproof performance. Fluorocarbon waterproofing agents are classified into short chain C6 and long chain C8 types according to the length of fluorocarbon chains. However, the C8 type contains ammonium perfluorooctanoate and perfluorooctane sulfonyl compounds, which are environmentally friendly, and the C6 waterproof agent can avoid the problem. The C6 low-temperature waterproof agent is preferably ZJ-560 waterproof agent, and can be crosslinked with fabric to generate waterproof effect at low temperature of 120 ℃.

Preferably, the coating machine comprises a base, a feeding groove arranged above the base and a coating mechanism arranged on the feeding groove; the coating mechanism comprises two fixing plates respectively arranged at two ends of the feeding tank, a coating roller rotationally connected between the two fixing plates and a feeding roller rotationally connected in the feeding tank and positioned right below the coating roller; a driving roller is rotatably connected between the two fixing plates and is positioned right above the coating roller; one side of the fixing plate, which is far away from the coating roller, is provided with a coating motor, and an output shaft of the coating motor is fixed with the end part of the coating roller; one side of the other fixing plate is rotatably connected with a first gear and a second gear; the first gear and the second gear are meshed with each other, the first gear is fixed to the end portion of the coating roller, and the second gear is fixed to the end portion of the feeding roller.

Preferably, a through hole is formed in the base and positioned below the feeding groove; a storage tank is arranged on the base and is positioned right below the through hole; and a material conveying mechanism is connected between the storage tank and the feeding tank.
