The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of vehicle gear shifting ball heads, in particular to a vehicle gear shifting ball head skin and a vehicle with the same.

Background

Now, the car cabin has become another space for people to move about. Meanwhile, the development of economy makes people put higher demands on the space of automotive interior. The safety and non-toxicity of the interior surface are one of the most basic requirements.

The automobile gear shifting ball head is a part which is frequently contacted by hands in a cockpit. The gear-shifting ball head skin is usually real leather, and is mainly obtained by treating cow leather with a chemical raw material additive and then performing processes such as coating on the surface of the cow leather. And then the gear shifting ball is cut, processed and used as a skin to be coated, adhered and assembled on the gear shifting ball head through an adhesive. And finally, assembling other decoration parts to obtain a complete gear shifting ball head.

In the prior art scheme, in order to keep the touch feeling and the touch feeling of the epidermis of the gear shifting ball head, the adopted dermis is usually filled with grease, and the existence of the grease leads the dermis to be easy to breed bacteria and mould. Disclosure of Invention

An object of the first aspect of the present invention is to solve the problem that the skin of the shift knob in the prior art is prone to develop bacteria and mold, provide a sterile interior surface for a driver, and reduce the problem that the skin of the shift knob is prone to aging due to corrosion of bacteria or mold.

A further object of the first aspect of the present invention is to utilize a TPU adhesive film to bond and assemble a shift knob skin and a shift knob substrate, so as to reduce odor, improve the utilization rate of the adhesive film, prevent glue from overflowing along a joint seam due to excessive coating amount in the prior art, and prevent sweat from contacting glue, grease and the like when a driver frequently contacts the shift knob skin, thereby providing a better propagation environment for the growth of bacteria and mold.

An object of the second aspect of the present invention is to provide a vehicle having the shift ball head skin, which effectively prevents the shift ball head skin from breeding bacteria and mold, provides a sterile interior surface for a driver, and simultaneously reduces the problem that the shift ball head skin is easily aged due to corrosion of the shift ball head skin by bacteria or mold.

Particularly, the invention provides a vehicle gear shifting ball head surface skin, which is microfiber PU leather, and the microfiber PU leather comprises:

the microfiber bottom blank layer takes polyester superfine fibers as raw materials;

an adhesive layer made of a polyurethane resin;

the slurry layer is PU resin slurry, and is compounded with the microfiber bottom blank layer through the adhesive layer;

the top coating is water-based polyester type resin, an antibacterial agent is added into the top coating, and the top coating is arranged on the slurry layer to form the microfiber PU leather.

Furthermore, the microfiber bottom blank layer is a microfiber non-woven fabric pre-impregnated with PU resin.

Further, the adhesive layer is a polyurethane resin.

The antibacterial agent is any one of organic antibacterial agents of quaternary ammonium salts, chlorine-containing hydrochloric acid or phenols.

According to the vehicle gear shifting ball head skin, the microfiber PU leather with antibacterial property is used as the skin, the microfiber bottom blank layer in the microfiber PU leather is made of the polyester microfiber, so that the microfiber PU leather has hand feeling similar to leather, and bacteria or mold staying on the gear shifting ball head skin cannot survive and propagate by adding the antibacterial agent into the microfiber PU leather, so that an excellent antibacterial effect is achieved.

Furthermore, the vehicle gear shifting ball head surface is bonded on the gear shifting ball head base material through the TPU glue film, the TPU glue film is odorless, is in a soft film shape at normal temperature, is high in utilization rate, effectively avoids glue overflowing along a clamping joint caused by excessive coating amount in the prior art, prevents sweat stains from contacting glue, grease and the like when a driver frequently contacts the gear shifting ball head surface, and accordingly provides a better breeding environment for growth of bacteria and mold.

Detailed Description

The surface of the vehicle gear shifting ball head can adopt microfiber PU (polyurethane) which is a polyurethane material and has certain antibacterial performance. The adopted microfiber PU leather has a material structure close to genuine leather as the vehicle gear shifting ball head epidermis, so that the material cost is reduced, the perception quality is kept, and the aging or damage speed of the gear shifting ball head epidermis can be further delayed.

The microfiber PU leather mainly comprises a microfiber bottom blank layer, an adhesive layer, a sizing layer and a top material layer, wherein the microfiber bottom blank layer can adopt polyester microfiber as a raw material and mainly provides the hand feeling similar to real leather for the epidermis. In some embodiments of the present invention, the microfiber substrate layer may be a microfiber nonwoven fabric prepared by pre-soaking a PU resin in a polyester microfiber as a raw material, so as to further improve the hand feeling of the skin and enhance the antibacterial performance of the skin.

The adhesive layer may be made of a polyurethane resin, and preferably, the adhesive layer is made of a polyurethane resin, which ensures excellent adhesion performance of the adhesive layer. The sizing layer can adopt PU resin sizing agent, so that the appearance and the surface performance of the surface skin are endowed, and the surface skin has beautiful appearance and comfortable hand feeling. The slurry layer is adhered with the microfiber base stock layer through an adhesive layer. The top coat can be water polyester type resin, which makes the surface skin have excellent touch feeling and surface functions of wear resistance, stain resistance, illumination resistance and the like. In the vehicle gear shifting ball head skin, the antibacterial agent is added to the top coating, and the top coating is compounded on the slurry layer to form the microfiber PU leather. The antibacterial agent is added into the top coating, so that bacteria staying on the surface of the gear shifting ball head cannot survive and propagate, the antibacterial effect of the surface of the gear shifting ball head of the vehicle is further optimized, and the antibacterial effect of the surface of the gear shifting ball head of the vehicle is ensured to reach more than 99%. Meanwhile, the frequency of replacing the vehicle gear shifting ball head skin due to aging or pollution by bacteria, mold and the like can be effectively reduced.

Therefore, the vehicle gear shifting ball head surface adopts the microfiber PU leather with antibacterial property as the surface, and the microfiber bottom blank layer in the microfiber PU leather adopts the polyester microfiber as the raw material, so that the microfiber PU leather can be ensured to have hand feeling similar to leather, and bacteria or mold staying on the gear shifting ball head surface can not survive and propagate by adding the antibacterial agent in the microfiber PU leather, thereby achieving excellent antibacterial effect.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the antibacterial agent may be any organic antibacterial agent selected from quaternary ammonium salts, chlorine-containing hydrochloric acid, and phenols. Quaternary ammonium based antimicrobial agents are preferred herein, wherein the organic antimicrobial agent may comprise 1% to 4% by weight of the top coat.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the antibacterial agent may be an inorganic antibacterial agent, preferably a silver ion antibacterial agent, such as a composite silver powder antibacterial agent. Wherein, the silver ion antibacterial agent accounts for 1 to 2 percent of the mass fraction of the top coating.

In some embodiments of the invention, the thickness of the microfiber primer layer is 0.6mm to 0.9mm, the thickness of the adhesive layer is 0.05 mm to 0.4mm, the thickness of the slurry layer is 0.02mm to 0.04mm, and the thickness of the top coating layer is 0.005mm to 0.01mm, so that the total thickness of the vehicle shift ball leather is about 0.6m to 1 mm.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the shift ball head skin is bonded to the shift ball head base material by a TPU film (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer). The problem of the smell of the genuine leather is a technical difficulty which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field, and the top coating of the vehicle gear shifting ball head skin adopts water-based polyester type resin and does not contain volatile oily solvents such as toluene and the like. Meanwhile, a TPU adhesive film with excellent smell is adopted between the gear shifting ball head surface skin and the gear shifting ball head base material for bonding and assembling, so that the gear shifting ball head of the vehicle is further ensured to have no smell or low smell. The TPU glued membrane is odorless, is in a soft membrane shape at normal temperature, is high in utilization rate, effectively avoids glue from overflowing along a clamping joint due to excessive coating amount in the prior art, prevents sweat stains from contacting glue, grease and the like when a driver frequently contacts the surface of the gear shifting ball head, and accordingly provides a better breeding environment for growth of bacteria and mold.

Referring to fig. 1, the general process flow of the vehicle gear shifting ball head skin of the application is as follows: the slurry layer can be coated on release paper, dried, coated with a binder layer, and then dried and bonded with the microfiber bottom blank layer. And then, fully mixing the antibacterial agent with the sizing agent of the top coating, and printing the mixture on the surface of the microfiber PU leather. And then, assembling and attaching the vehicle gear shifting ball head surface skin with the antibacterial property and the gear shifting ball head base material by using the TPU adhesive film as a binder. And finally, assembling and decorating to obtain the complete gear shifting ball head.

The applicant of the invention also performs an antibacterial performance test on the vehicle gear shifting ball head surface skin.
