(S2) coating the surface of the first anti-folding and anti-wrinkle layer formed in the step (S1) with a water-based polyurethane adhesive, and drying at 50-80 ℃ for 1-5 min;

(S3) blade coating the surface coated with the waterborne polyurethane adhesive in the step (S2), drying to respectively form an adhesive layer and a surface layer, and cleaning the surface to obtain the base material.

10. A wall cloth, its characterized in that: the crease-resistant substrate according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising a patterned layer attached to the upper surface of the facing layer.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of wall cloth, in particular to a folding-resistant and anti-wrinkle base material, a preparation method and the wall cloth.

Background

The wall cloth is an interior decoration material for pasting wall surfaces, and is widely used for interior decoration of houses, offices, hotels and the like because the wall cloth has the characteristics of various colors, rich patterns, luxury style, safety, environmental protection, convenient construction and proper price.

The base material of the wall cloth is generally woven cloth or non-woven cloth, and the wall cloth product is formed by printing and embossing on the base material. Because the existing non-woven fabric has lower price and better stiffness, the non-woven fabric becomes a preferred substrate for producing wall cloth by producers; with the increasing pursuit of consumers for wall cloth products, the wall cloth directly printed on the substrate is monotonous, and even the printed patterns are not harmonious on the substrate. At present, in order to solve the problems, manufacturers apply slurry on the substrate and perform surface treatment to enrich the form of the wall cloth, correspondingly, patterns which are matched with the substrate and the patterns can be obtained by printing on the substrate which is subjected to the slurry application treatment, the patterns have certain touch feeling and are deeply favored by consumers, but at the position of feeding, storing or conveying and checking in the production process of the wall cloth, the substrate or the wall cloth can be bent and stacked in a wave shape, so that the surface of the substrate is easy to crease or wrinkle when being pressed, particularly at the side of the substrate which is coated with the slurry, the slurry is internally stressed and broken, the generated crease is left on the surface of the substrate and the wall cloth and can not be recovered, and the produced wall cloth can generate flaws.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a crease-resistant substrate, wherein a first crease-resistant layer made of crease-resistant slurry enhances the toughness of the substrate as a whole, and prevents the surface of the substrate from being pressed to cause that creases or wrinkles cannot be recovered, thereby preventing the pattern layer subsequently attached to the surface layer from causing unerasable creases and wrinkles; on the basis of the cloth layer, the first folding-resistant anti-wrinkle layer is added on the cloth layer for priming, so that adverse effects on the presentation effect of a subsequent pattern layer on the base material due to standing of surface fibers of the cloth layer caused by static electricity are reduced, the poor presentation effect of the subsequently printed pattern on the base material is avoided, and the adhesive layer and the surface layer are adhered on the first folding-resistant anti-wrinkle layer, so that the base material is more abundant in form.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the folding-resistant and anti-wrinkle base material, which has the advantages of simple operation, convenient control, high production efficiency and low production cost and can be used for large-scale production.

The adoption of the dearomatization solvent oil can dissolve the film-forming resin, the plasticizer, the organic titanium chelate, the film-forming additive and the mildew-proof antibacterial agent, promote the mutual dissolution and dispersion of the raw materials, improve the stability, reduce corrosive substances and reduce the toxicity; more preferably, the dearomatization solvent oil is D80 solvent oil, D110 solvent oil or D130 solvent oil, so that the toxicity is low, and the environmental protection and safety of the base material are improved. Preferably, the surface layer is a coarse effect surface layer, and the coarse effect surface layer comprises a plurality of particles distributed on the adhesive layer.

(S3) blade coating the surface coated with the waterborne polyurethane adhesive in the step (S2), drying to respectively form an adhesive layer and a surface layer, and cleaning the surface to obtain the base material.

The preparation method of the base material is simple to operate, convenient to control, high in production efficiency and low in production cost, and can be used for large-scale production. The third purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the wall cloth comprises a pattern layer and the base material, wherein the pattern layer is attached to the surface layer of the base material.

Preferably, the pattern layer is at least one of a digital printing layer, a cylinder printing layer, a gravure printing layer, a flexographic printing layer, a hand-drawing layer and an embroidery layer.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the folding-resistant and anti-wrinkle base material, the first folding-resistant and anti-wrinkle layer made of the folding-resistant and anti-wrinkle slurry enhances the overall toughness of the base material, and prevents the surface of the base material from being pressed to generate creases or wrinkles which cannot be recovered, so that the situation that the crease and the wrinkles cannot be eliminated are generated in the subsequent pattern layer attached to the surface layer is avoided; on the basis of the cloth layer, the first folding-resistant anti-wrinkle layer is added on the cloth layer for priming, so that adverse effects on the presentation effect of a subsequent pattern layer on the base material due to standing of surface fibers of the cloth layer caused by static electricity are reduced, the poor presentation effect of the subsequently printed pattern on the base material is avoided, and the adhesive layer and the surface layer are adhered on the first folding-resistant anti-wrinkle layer, so that the base material is more abundant in form.

The preparation method of the folding-resistant and anti-wrinkle base material is simple to operate, convenient to control, high in production efficiency and low in production cost, and can be used for large-scale production.
