The conventional highway repairing device has a single function, is slow in overall repairing process, needs multiple manual work for repairing a road surface, increases the labor intensity of workers, and is not beneficial to rapid traffic, so that the vibrating type repairing and compacting device for the highway is provided.

To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a vibratory repair-compaction apparatus for highways, including:

moving mechanism, it includes supporting part and removal portion, the supporting part includes main tributary fagging and subbackup pad, the main tributary fagging sets up to domes, the subbackup pad with the top of main tributary fagging is parallel, and connect in the below of main tributary fagging, the removal portion is including setting up the rolling wheel of bottom around the main tributary fagging, rolling wheel length with the width of main tributary fagging equals, set up first intermediate layer in the rolling wheel, set up first zone of heating in the first intermediate layer, first zone of heating extremely the distance in the rolling wheel outside is 1-1.5 centimetres.

The intelligent repairing module is arranged in a cab at the front end of the main supporting plate and comprises a controller, a repairing positioning module, a repairing shaping module and a filling analysis module, wherein the repairing positioning module, the repairing shaping module and the filling analysis module are connected to the controller; the repairing positioning module is used for positioning the position of the drill bit relative to the surface to be repaired and transmitting the position to the controller so as to control the rolling wheel to rotate and enable the drill bit to be positioned right above the surface to be repaired; the repairing and shaping module is used for scanning and analyzing the size and the repairing depth of the surface to be repaired to generate a path of the drill bit and transmitting the path to the controller; the filling and analyzing module is used for receiving the size and the depth of the repairing area obtained by analyzing the repairing and shaping module, so that the amount of the repairing material used for filling the repairing surface under the compaction state is generated and transmitted to the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the opening and closing of the first valve body.

In a preferred scheme, the bottom end of the sub-supporting plate 11 is provided with a camera device, the camera device is connected to a display screen, and the display screen is connected to the controller and located in the cab.

In the above scheme, the camera device is arranged at the bottom end of the sub-support plate 11, so that a driver can visually see the repairing process and the repairing effect at the bottom end of the sub-support plate 11, and the driver can check the repairing process and the repairing effect conveniently to perform corresponding subsequent operations.

In a preferred scheme, the intelligent repairing module further comprises an early warning monitoring module, wherein the early warning monitoring module is used for monitoring storage amounts in the box body 20, the water tank 40 and the collecting box 51, and respectively starting different early warning prompts when repairing materials in the box body 20 are insufficient, water in the water tank 40 is insufficient and repairing residues in the collecting box 51 exceed a set threshold value.

In the above scheme, through the in service behavior of early warning monitoring module monitoring box 20, water tank 40 and collecting box 51 respectively, be convenient for in time supply repair material, water to and in time clear up the repair residue in the collecting box 51, avoid causing the repair to break, postpone repair time, the driver of being convenient for is directly perceived to know information, provides repair efficiency, avoids causing long-time blocking for the traffic.
