The present invention relates to a pipe proportional pipetting device for adding small amounts of functional liquid into large fluids.

Background

In industrial and agricultural production, it is often necessary to add a small amount of liquid to a large flow of liquid or gas, for example, to fertilize and apply pesticide while irrigating a field, to suck liquid by using negative pressure generated by a jet flow, to inject the liquid by a driving device, or to gradually drop the liquid into a flowing liquid. The common jet flow mode has a large influence on the suction volume due to the jet flow speed, and the injection driving mode and the dropping driving mode need to acquire the flow data of large fluid for proportional addition because the addition amount of liquid has no correlation with the fluid, and the modes either have difficulty in accurately controlling the proportional relation between the added liquid and the main fluid to cause large fluctuation of the mixture concentration or need a complex control system to realize the control. For example, in the case of proportional fertilization in farmland irrigation, the movable proportional fertilization device disclosed in patent CN201820015057.2 requires an electric control and mechanical actuator. The patent CN201510771913.8 discloses a hydraulic drive's ration fertilization pump, does not need automatically controlled and drive, but the structure is complicated, and the cost is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pipeline proportion liquid suction device, which solves the defects that the proportion of small amount of liquid added into a fluid is difficult to accurately master or the structure is complex at present.

The object of the invention is achieved in the following way: the pipeline proportion imbibition device comprises a pipeline for outputting fluid, a liquid pump is arranged in the pipeline, a propeller is fixed on a power input shaft of the liquid pump, a liquid inlet of the liquid pump is connected with a liquid inlet pipe, the liquid inlet pipe is led out to the outer side of the pipeline, and a liquid outlet of the liquid pump conforms to the flowing direction of the pipeline fluid. The propeller may also be replaced by a turbine.

The liquid pump is a diaphragm pump.

The liquid pump is provided with a pump body, the pump body is provided with a cylindrical inner cavity, and the front part of the pump body is sealed with an end cover with a central hole; the front part of the power input shaft penetrates through a central hole of the end cover and extends out of the end cover, a spiral sheet is arranged on the part, located in the inner cavity of the pump body, of the power input shaft, the spiral edge on the outer side of the spiral sheet is matched with the inner cavity surface of the pump body, a rear cover is fixed at the rear end of the pump body, a liquid outlet is formed in the rear cover, and the power input shaft is supported on bearing holes of the rear cover and the end cover through a bearing; the front end part of the pump body is provided with a liquid inlet which is connected with a liquid inlet pipe; the front end of the power input shaft is fixed with a propeller. The spiral sheet may be replaced by a blade.

The liquid pump can also be other pump bodies for conveying liquid, such as a centrifugal pump, a plunger pump, a gear pump, an axial-flow pump and the like.

The liquid inlet pipe is connected with a hose, and a regulating valve is arranged in a pipeline formed by the liquid inlet pipe and the hose and used for regulating the liquid flow.

The bottom end of the hose is provided with a filter screen and a liquid barrel, and the bottom end of the hose is inserted into the bottom of the liquid barrel.

The liquid inlet pipe is a pipe body provided with external threads and an expanding boss at the rear end, a sealing ring is sleeved on the threaded part of the liquid inlet pipe and penetrates through a through hole on the pipeline to be fixed on the outer wall of the pipeline through a nut, and the liquid pump is supported by the liquid inlet pipe to be positioned at the central position of an inner hole of the pipeline.

The pipeline is a water outlet pipe of the hydrant, the liquid pump device is arranged in an inner hole of the water outlet pipe, and the liquid pump and the hydrant are combined into a proportional imbibition hydrant.

The pipeline is a connecting pipe connected to the water outlet of the hydrant, the liquid pump is arranged in the inner hole of the connecting pipe, and the liquid pump and the hydrant are combined into a proportional imbibition hydrant.

The invention uses the fluid in the pipeline to push the propeller as the power of the liquid pump, the liquid pumped by the liquid pump enters the pipeline to be mixed with the fluid in the pipeline, when the speed of the fluid is lower, enough power still can push the liquid pump to work, the liquid pumped by the liquid pump is specially set up to supply liquid, the speed of the fluid in the pipeline is in proportion to the rotating speed of the propeller, the flow of the fluid in the pipeline is in proportion to the liquid pumping amount of the liquid pump, the liquid supply amount is easy to control, and the proportional liquid supply can be better realized.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pipeline proportional imbibing device comprises a pipeline 1 for outputting fluid, a liquid pump 3 is arranged in the pipeline 1, a propeller 4 is fixed on a power input shaft 11 of the liquid pump 3, a liquid inlet pipe 6 is connected with a liquid inlet 2 of the liquid pump 3, the liquid inlet pipe 6 is led out of the pipeline 1, and a liquid outlet 2 of the liquid pump 3 conforms to the flowing direction of the pipeline fluid. The liquid inlet pipe 6 is connected with a hose 8, and a regulating valve 7 is arranged in a pipeline formed by the liquid inlet pipe 6 and the hose 8. The bottom end of the hose 8 is provided with a filter screen 9 and a liquid barrel 10, and the bottom end of the hose 8 is inserted into the bottom of the liquid barrel 10. Referring to fig. 3, the liquid pump 3 has a pump body 13, the pump body 13 has a cylindrical cavity, and the front part of the pump body 13 is closed by an end cover with a central hole; the power input shaft 11 is arranged, the front part of the power input shaft 11 penetrates through a center hole of an end cover and extends out of the end cover, a spiral sheet 14 is arranged on the part, located in an inner cavity of a pump body 13, of the power input shaft 11, the spiral edge on the outer side of the spiral sheet 14 is matched with the inner cavity surface of the pump body 13, a rear cover 15 is fixed at the rear end of the pump body 13, a liquid outlet 2 is formed in the rear cover 15, and the power input shaft 11 is supported on bearing holes of the rear cover 15 and the end cover through a bearing 12; the front end part of the pump body 13 is provided with a liquid inlet 5, and the liquid inlet 5 is connected with a liquid inlet pipe 6; the front end of the power input shaft 11 is fixed with a propeller 4.

Referring to fig. 4, the liquid pump 3 is a diaphragm pump, which is commercially available from Shandong Sessie Hydraulic engineering Co. The power input shaft 11 end fixing of diaphragm pump has screw 4, and there are liquid outlet 2 and liquid inlet 5 in the upper end of diaphragm pump, is connected with feed liquor pipe 6 on the liquid inlet 5.

Referring to fig. 5, the pipeline 1 is a water outlet pipe 17 of the hydrant 16, the liquid pump 3 is arranged in an inner hole of the water outlet pipe 17, and the liquid pump 3 and the hydrant are combined into a proportional imbibition hydrant. For example, when applying fertilizer while irrigating a farmland, as shown in fig. 2, fertilizer is poured into the liquid barrel 10, and then diluted with water, the hose 8 is inserted into the liquid barrel, the hydrant is opened, and when water passes through the water outlet pipe 17, the water flow pushes the propeller to rotate, the liquid pump 3 is driven to rotate to pump the fertilizer liquid in the liquid barrel 10, the fertilizer liquid is discharged through the liquid outlet 2 of the liquid pump 3, and after being mixed with irrigation water, the fertilizer is sent into the farmland through the water delivery pipe, and the application amount of the fertilizer solution can be adjusted through the adjusting valve 7.

Referring to fig. 6, a connection pipe 18 is connected to the water outlet of the hydrant 16, and the liquid pump 3 is installed in the inner hole of the connection pipe 18. The connection mode of the propeller 4 and the liquid pump 3, and the arrangement of the liquid outlet 2, the liquid inlet pipe 6 and the hose 8 are the same as those of other embodiments.
