In the practical application of the remote tower, the following three problems are frequently encountered:

1. when a panoramic video picture meets the weather, particularly in coastal areas, the picture of the conventional camera monitoring device shakes greatly, so that a controller is influenced to remotely observe an aircraft;

2. under extreme weather conditions and the like, the lens pictures can be shielded by factors such as fog, dust, insects, birds and the like, and the remote command is seriously influenced;

3. the conventional equipment is difficult to install and debug and long in maintenance time.

Compared with a common camera, the panoramic camera can independently realize large-scale shooting, so that the panoramic camera is widely applied to places such as prisons, government offices, banks, social security, public places and the like. Outdoor panoramic cameras are mostly exposed in the air and need to accept tests of natural conditions, such as: wind blows, is exposed to the sun, drenches, in order to protect the panoramic camera, prolongs panoramic camera's life, need install the protective housing additional to it. The current common methods are: 8-12 cameras forming the panoramic camera are fixed on a camera support disc, each camera is independently installed inside a camera shield, and each camera is connected through a power line and a network cable. the fixed disk is arranged on the lower shell through the supporting rod, the supporting rod increases the installation and fixation strength of the camera, and the stability of the internal structure is ensured when collision occurs.

After the upper housing 1 and the lower housing 2 are mounted, the first lens mount 121 of the upper housing 1 and the second lens mount of the lower housing 2, which correspond vertically, form a lens mount together, and the lens mount is used for accommodating a camera lens. The lens cover 3 is mounted on the end surface of the lens mounting portion, and the lens 4 is fitted in the lens cover 3. In this embodiment, the first lens mount 121 and the second lens mount are both semicircular structures, and the lens cover 3 is a circular ring structure and is fixed to the outer end surface of the lens mount by bolts. The lens 4 preferably has a large window, so that the lens angle of the camera 100 can be adjusted by panoramic stitching without dead angles. Furthermore, a rain shielding plate 122 is further disposed on the top surface of the first lens mounting portion 121, so as to further prevent rain from affecting or blocking the real-time video view of the camera lens.

Inside the protective structure, a support rod 7 is installed in the lower case 2 for supporting a fixed disk 6, the fixed disk 6 for supporting a fixed bracket 5, and the fixed bracket 5 for installing the camera 100. The number of the fixed brackets 5 and the lens covers 3 depends on the number of installed cameras, and a person skilled in the art can select to install 8-12 cameras according to conditions, so that 8-12 fixed brackets 5 and lens covers 3 are correspondingly arranged; in this embodiment, 8 fixing brackets 5 and lens covers 3 are provided, and 8 cameras 100 can be installed in the protective structure.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the supporting rod 7 is provided with extending fixing arms 71 for supporting the fixing plate 6 (in this embodiment, four extending fixing arms 71 are provided on the supporting rod 7). The supporting rod 7 is arranged, so that the installation and fixation strength of the camera is improved, and the stability of the internal structure is ensured when collision occurs. The bottom of the support rod 7 is mounted on the lower housing 2, and in the case of the split lower housing 2, is mounted on the inner bottom surface of the lower main housing 22.

Further, the support rod 7 includes:

a branch pipe 72 in which a plurality of the extension fixing arms 71 are uniformly provided in the circumferential direction; a plurality of wire clamping grooves are uniformly formed in the top end of the branch pipe 72 along the circumferential direction;

a bottom plate 73 welded to the bottom surface of the branch pipe 72; the chassis 73 is screwed in the lower shell 2;

and the reinforcing ribs are welded between the branch pipes 72 and the annular bottom plate 73.

In this bracing piece 7 structure: the bottom plate 73 serves to support the branch pipes 72 and also serves to be fixed in the lower case 2 by bolts. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, for the lower case 2 of the split structure, the bottom plate 73 is screwed to the lower main case 22. The reinforcing ribs are used for enhancing the connection strength of the bottom plate 73 and the branch pipe 72, thereby improving the overall mechanical performance of the support rod 7. In addition, a plurality of wire clamping grooves 721 are formed in the branch pipe 72, the wire clamping grooves 721 are used for clamping power lines and network cables, the camera wire harnesses are conveniently arranged together and fixed, and the maintenance difficulty is reduced.

Further, the chassis 73 is a circular chassis, the branch pipe 72 is welded to the inner circle of the circular chassis, the bottom of the lower shell 2 is provided with a mounting hole, and the circular chassis is screwed in the mounting hole; a plurality of heat dissipation holes are formed in the bottom surface of the base 8, and heat dissipation channels are formed between the heat dissipation holes and the mounting holes; outdoor panorama camera device's of remote tower protective structure still includes: a plurality of heat sinks 10; referring to fig. 6, a plurality of circular holes 61 are uniformly formed in the fixed disk 6 along the circumferential direction, and the heat sink 10 is mounted at the circular holes 61. The supporting rod 7 with the structure can support the fixed disc 6, and can form a heat dissipation channel with the mounting hole and the base 8, and meanwhile, the heat radiator 10 additionally arranged in the protective structure can prevent the camera from being influenced by extreme weather in a severe weather area to normally work, so that the camera is prevented from being halted due to overhigh or overlow temperature or influenced by service life; and, the louvre sets up in the bottom of base 8 for inside impurity such as external rainwater can not enter into protective structure basically, guarantee the reliability of work when realizing the heat dissipation. Further, the protection structure preferably further comprises a temperature control device, connected to the heat sink 10, for controlling the heat sink 10 to start working when the temperature of the camera accommodating space exceeds a preset value. The temperature control device may specifically include: the temperature sensor is arranged in the upper shell 1 and used for detecting the temperature of the camera accommodating space; a controller, the signal input end of which is connected with the temperature sensor, and the signal output end of which is connected with the radiator 10; the controller is used for controlling the working state of the radiator 10 according to the temperature signal sent by the temperature sensor. For example: when the temperature signal is greater than the preset value, the radiator 10 is controlled to start working, and when the temperature signal is less than the preset value, the radiator 10 is controlled to stop working.

The cameras 100 are installed on the fixed disc 6 through the fixed support 5, the optimal splicing angle of each camera can be designed in advance, after the cameras are fixed through bolts, angle debugging is not needed, and the workload and the debugging difficulty are greatly reduced. Referring to fig. 6 to 8, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention:

the fixed disk 6 is uniformly provided with a plurality of guide strip-shaped holes 62 along the circumferential direction, and each guide strip-shaped hole 62 is arranged along the radial direction of the fixed disk 6;

the fixing bracket 5 includes a fixing portion 51 and an adjusting portion 52; wherein, the fixed part 51 is screwed with the fixed disk 6; the fixing part 51 is provided with two guide sliding chutes 511 oppositely, and the central lines of the two guide sliding chutes 511 are superposed with the central line of the guide strip-shaped hole 62;

guide convex strips 523 are arranged on two sides of the adjusting part 52, and the guide convex strips 523 are arranged on the guide sliding grooves 511 in a sliding manner along the radial direction of the fixed disc 6; the tail end of the adjusting part 52 is provided with a fixed wing 521, the fixed wing 521 is provided with a positioning strip-shaped hole for being screwed with the fixed disk 6, and the positioning strip-shaped hole is arranged in parallel with the guide strip-shaped hole 62; the adjustment portion 52 is formed with a notch 522 through which a part of the guide strip hole 62 is exposed.

The fixing bracket 5 is a split structure, the fixing portion 51 is screwed to the fixing plate 6, and the adjusting portion 52 adjusts the radial position by the cooperation of the guiding protruding strip 523 and the guiding sliding groove 511, so as to adjust the position of the camera. The notch 522 on the adjusting portion 52 enables an operator to adjust the position of the fixing bracket 5 from the lower side of the fixing plate 6, and the operator only needs to push or pull the fixing bracket 5 through the guide strip-shaped hole 62 and the notch 522 by using fingers or an auxiliary tool during the position adjustment. The fixing wing 521 provided at the rear end of the adjusting portion 52 is used to fix the adjusted positioning portion. The fixing support 5 with the structure can conveniently adjust the front and back positions (the front and back positions along the radial direction) of the camera, and is favorable for completing the splicing of panoramic images. Those skilled in the art will understand that the camera is mounted to the adjusting portion 52 of the fixing bracket 5 having such a structure.

In order to achieve the bird repelling effect, the view field of the camera lens is shielded when the view field is not stopped and perched by birds. The top surface of the first lens mounting part 121 and/or the upper shell 1 are/is provided with a bird repelling needle 9, and the tip end of the bird repelling needle 9 is vertically arranged upwards.

Further, the bird repelling needle 9 includes: a needle base and a needle body mounted on the needle base; the needle base is provided with internal threads;

the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 are correspondingly provided with internal thread holes up and down, and the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 are connected through a first bolt; for the upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 which are in a split structure, the upper main shell 12 and the lower main shell 22 are correspondingly provided with internal threaded holes, and the upper main shell 12 and the lower main shell 22 are connected through a first bolt;

a plurality of second bolts are arranged on the top surface of the first lens mounting part 121;

the needle seat is in threaded connection with the top of the second bolt and/or the top of the first bolt.

The bird repelling needle 9 with the structure is convenient to install, effectively prevents the bolt from contacting with the outside, and prevents old bolts from rusting and corroding and the like to influence the performance of the machine body.

As can be seen from the above, the protection structure of the outdoor panoramic camera of the remote tower provided by the invention has the following advantages:

the arc top surface arranged on the upper shell and the arc bottom surface arranged on the lower shell enable the whole protection structure to be in a shape similar to a flying saucer, and the arrangement of the arc surfaces is beneficial to reducing wind resistance and shaking, so that stable video pictures can be presented even in extreme weather such as strong wind;

the cameras are mounted on the fixed disc through the fixed support, so that the optimal splicing angle of each camera can be designed in advance, angle debugging is not needed after the cameras are fixed through the bolts, and the workload and the debugging difficulty are greatly reduced;

the fixed bracket is adjustable along the radial direction on the fixed disc, so that the front and back positions of the camera can be conveniently adjusted, and the splicing of panoramic images is favorably completed;

the fixed disk is arranged on the lower shell through the supporting rod, the supporting rod increases the installation and fixation strength of the camera, and the stability of the internal structure is ensured when collision occurs.

To sum up, this outdoor panorama camera device of remote tower's protective structure has waterproof dustproof, windage is little, the shake is little, easy to assemble, the debugging degree of difficulty is low, the maintenance is simple and convenient, construction work load is little and use safe and reliable's advantage, can wide application in panorama concatenation video monitoring such as airport terminal tower, remote tower, square control in the airport field. Furthermore, the bird repelling needle can also realize the bird repelling function through the arrangement, and the radiator can also adapt to extreme weather through the arrangement.

Another embodiment of the present invention further provides an outdoor panoramic camera device for a remote tower, including: the system comprises a plurality of cameras and the protection structure of the remote tower outdoor panoramic camera device, wherein the cameras are respectively arranged on a fixed support of the protection structure of the remote tower outdoor panoramic camera device. Because the protective structure of the outdoor panoramic camera device of the remote tower has the advantages, the outdoor panoramic camera device of the remote tower comprising the protective structure of the outdoor panoramic camera device of the remote tower also has the advantages correspondingly.
