Background

Optical microscopes have long been used in various medical diagnostics and scientific experimental research as a powerful tool for exploring the micro world. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer processing technology and image processing technology, technologies such as online control of a microscope and automatic acquisition of microscopic images have been implemented. Digital pathological section scanners have come to the fore.

The digital pathological section scanner has high requirements on the accurate measurement of the thickness of the slide, and the slight deviation can possibly cause the pathological section to be unclear. When the digital pathological section scanner scans, the number of scanning layers needs to be continuously changed according to the thickness of the slide. Therefore, accurate measurement of the thickness of the slide is particularly important.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, a first aspect of the present invention provides a slide alignment height measurement device, including a base, a support, an alignment camera, and a height measurement device; the base is arranged below the bracket and is connected with the bracket; the camera mounting frame is arranged on the support, and the top of the camera mounting frame is connected with an alignment camera through a fixing frame; and a height measuring device is arranged in the middle of the camera mounting frame.

Preferably, the height measuring device is provided with a telescopic moving member at the bottom thereof, and the telescopic moving member can move up and down in the vertical direction.

As a preferable technical scheme, the camera mounting frame is further provided with an air cylinder, and the air cylinder is ventilated through a first air pipe connecting port and a second air pipe connecting port which are arranged on the air cylinder to control the speed of the air cylinder.

As a preferable technical scheme, a metal reinforcing member is arranged below the cylinder, and the metal reinforcing member is fixedly arranged on a bracket.

As a preferred technical scheme, a pushing mechanism is further arranged on the support.

The technical features of the technical solutions provided by the present invention are further clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments.

In order to solve the technical problem, the first aspect of the invention provides a slide alignment height measuring device, which comprises a base 1, a support 2, an alignment camera 3 and a height measuring device 4; the base 1 is arranged below the bracket 2 and is connected with the bracket 2; the support 2 is provided with a camera mounting frame 5, and the top of the camera mounting frame 5 is connected with an alignment camera 3 through a fixing frame 6; and a height measuring device 4 is arranged in the middle of the camera mounting frame 5.

The height measuring device 4 is internally integrated with a high-precision digital sensor to realize a high-precision measuring function, and the measuring precision can reach 1 mu m.

In a preferred embodiment, the height measuring device 4 is provided with a telescopic moving part 7 at the bottom, and the telescopic moving part 7 can move up and down in the vertical direction.

The telescopic moving part 7 is made of aluminum alloy and is fixedly connected with the height measuring device 4.

In a preferred embodiment, the camera mounting frame 5 is further provided with a cylinder 8, and the cylinder 8 is ventilated through a first air pipe connecting port 9 and a second air pipe connecting port 10 which are arranged on the cylinder 8 to control the cylinder speed.

After ventilation, the force generated by the pressure difference inside the cylinder 8 acting on the piston pushes the piston to move, thus causing the cylinder 8 to move, and the cylinder and the height measuring device 8 4 are essentially integrated into a whole, so that the movement of the cylinder 8 causes the movement of the height measuring device 4, thereby realizing the function of measuring the height.

The height measuring device 4 can move up and down in the vertical direction through the movement of the motor 12, so that the thickness of the slide is measured. The limit switch 14 controls the motor travel so that it does not exceed physical limits that are met to ensure that it stops moving.

The motor 12 is connected with the height measuring device 4 through the push rod, the motion of the motor 12 can drive the push rod to move back and forth, so that the height measuring device 4 fixedly connected with the push rod moves horizontally under the action of the push rod, and then the vertical movement is realized under the control of the cylinder, and therefore the accurate measurement of the height of a specific space can be realized.

When the device is used, the position of the slice on the platform is fixed by an alignment device (not marked in the figure), and then the slice thickness is measured by the height measuring device. The method specifically comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the height measuring device extends forwards from the horizontal direction under the action of the motor, stops after extending to a point A, then extends downwards under the action of the air cylinder in the vertical direction until the height measuring device touches the slide glass to stop, at the moment, the height H1 is recorded, and the height measuring device returns to the original position; the height measuring device continues to extend forwards in the horizontal direction to reach a point B to stop, then extends downwards in the vertical direction under the action of an air cylinder point until the height measuring device touches a cover glass to stop, and then the height H2 is recorded; the difference between H1 and H2 is the height difference obtained by the altimeter.

In a preferred embodiment, the cylinder 8 is fixed to the support 2 by welding.

In a preferred embodiment, the electric motor 12 is fixedly mounted above the support 2, and the limit switch 13 and the electromechanical component 14 are respectively fixedly mounted below the support 2.

In a preferred embodiment, the base 1, the support 2 and the camera mounting bracket 5 are made of metal.
