The pressure sensing paper testing method mainly comprises the steps that two layers of pressure sensing test paper coated with chemical agents are oppositely attached to the coating surface of the pressure sensing test paper, the pressure sensing test paper is cut into a proper shape size according to the external outline of a display module and a whole machine middle frame, the whole machine unit is rotated to finish and is placed between the display module and the whole machine middle frame, the weight on the front side of the display module is pressed for a certain time, the pressure sensing paper is taken out to observe whether erythema occurs, the cost of the pressure sensing paper testing method is high, the price of a roll of pressure sensing paper is up to thousands of yuan, in the testing process, the phenomenon of erythema is easily caused by cutting, picking and placing actions of a tester, and the judgment of interference positions and the final testing result are influenced. And the height gauge point inspection mainly utilizes the height gauge to measure the thickness dimension of the display module and the groove depth of the corresponding position of the middle frame respectively, and the gap or interference exists when the matching position of the display module and the middle frame of the whole machine is determined by comparison.

The height gauge test has higher requirement on the levelness of the test platform, the plane of the rear frame is required to be consistent, a local convex structure cannot appear, the test operation difficulty is high, the test error is larger, and the distortion of the test result is caused.
