When the mechanism is electrically (manually) opened, the opening coil is electrified with an internal iron core (opening push rod) to push an opening tripping plate, and an opening half shaft is driven to act to realize opening; when the mechanism is electrically (manually) switched on, the switching-on coil is electrified, and an internal iron core (switching-on push rod) of the switching-on coil pushes a switching-on tripping plate to drive a switching-on half shaft to act to realize switching-on.

In the energy storage process of the closing spring, the travel switch drives the connecting lever to rotate anticlockwise under the driving of the transmission shaft, and when the stored energy is in place, the connecting lever contacts the travel switch, so that the transmission of the stored energy signal is realized.
