7. The lightening and whitening moisturizing pressed powder of claim 1, wherein the preservative is phenoxyethanol.

8. The lightening and moisturizing compact powder of claim 1, wherein the coloring agent is one or more selected from the group consisting of coloring agent CI77891, coloring agent CI 77492, coloring agent CI77499, and coloring agent CI 77491.

9. The preparation method of the brightening and whitening moistening pressed powder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:

The plant extract composition B in the following examples and comparative examples was prepared by mixing sunflower seed oil, safflower extract, gardenia extract, chrysanthemum extract, plum blossom extract and caprylic/capric triglyceride, the weight of caprylic/capric triglyceride was 60% of the total weight of the plant extract composition B, and the weight ratio of sunflower seed oil, safflower extract, gardenia extract, chrysanthemum extract and plum blossom extract was 1:1:1:1: 1.

The plant extract composition C in the following examples and comparative examples comprises a mixture of salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, lilac flower bud extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, angelica sinensis root extract, licorice root extract, centella asiatica extract and butylene glycol, wherein the weight of the butylene glycol is 40% of the total weight of the plant extract composition B, and the weight ratio of the salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, lilac flower bud extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, angelica sinensis root extract, licorice root extract and centella asiatica extract is 2:3:1:2:1: 1.

The plant extract composition D in the following examples and comparative examples comprises ganoderma sinensis extract, snow lotus herb extract, ginseng root extract and caprylic/capric triglyceride, the weight of caprylic/capric triglyceride is 50% of the total weight of the plant extract composition B; the weight ratio of the ganoderma sinensis extract to the snow lotus herb extract to the ginseng root extract is 1:1: 1; the plant extracts can effectively lighten skin fine lines.
