A filter press with filter cloth running vibration function is provided, a plurality of plate frames controlled to move backwards and overlapped are arranged on rails on two sides of a frame, filter cloth is covered on the front and the back of each plate frame respectively, and sludge slurry is squeezed between two adjacent filter cloth of each plate frame for dehydration; the rails on the two sides are respectively provided with a pulling and feeding mechanism so as to sequentially pull the plate frames forward one by one, and then the guide device is utilized to drive the filter cloth to move up and down to vibrate and unload the dewatered sludge; the method is characterized in that:

the tops or the bottoms of the plate frames are oppositely provided with first elastic supporting devices;

the top ends or the bottom ends of the plurality of filter cloths are oppositely connected with cloth supporting rods, the cloth supporting rods are arranged on the first elastic supporting devices corresponding to the plate frames, and the top ends and the bottom ends of the filter cloths and the cloth supporting rods are positioned outside the plate frames;

the guiding device comprises a base frame fixed on two sides of the frame, a plurality of guide wheels are oppositely arranged on two sides of the bottom of the base frame along the front-back direction at intervals, and a vacant site is formed between every two adjacent guide wheels;

The filter press with the filter cloth running vibration function as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the plurality of plate frames are respectively provided with a first elastic supporting device on the top, the top ends of the plurality of filter cloths are respectively connected with a cloth supporting rod, and each first elastic supporting device pushes the cloth supporting rod of the corresponding filter cloth upwards to enable each cloth supporting rod to be abutted against the bottom edge of the guide wheel or enter the vacant position upwards; when the pulling and feeding mechanism sequentially pulls forward each plate frame one by one, and the linked cloth supporting rods sequentially pass through each guide wheel and the vacant positions, the first elastic supporting device pushes the cloth supporting rods relatively to ascend into the vacant positions, the guide wheels relatively abut against the cloth supporting rods to displace downwards, and the cloth supporting rods abut against the first elastic supporting device to form return elastic force, so that the cloth supporting rods and the filter cloth perform up-and-down traveling vibration.

The filter press with filter cloth running vibration function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bottom ends of the plurality of filter cloths are respectively provided with two opposite guide holes, and the two sides of the frame are respectively provided with a steel cable penetrating through each corresponding guide hole.

The filter press with filter cloth running vibration function as claimed in claim 3, wherein each of the plurality of first elastic supporting devices comprises two supports spaced apart from each other and disposed on the top of the plate frame, each of the two supports has a guide rod and a compression spring, each of the two ends of the cloth supporting rod of each filter cloth has a through hole slidably sleeved on the guide rod, and the two ends of the cloth supporting rod are pressed down against the compression spring.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a filter press, in particular to a sludge filter press with a filter cloth traveling vibration function.

Background

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the conventional plate and frame type sludge filter press, a plate frame 91 and a pulling and feeding device 93 which are movably overlapped and abutted are arranged on rails on both sides of a frame 9, and are forcibly positioned by matching a fixed end seat 92 with a movable end seat 921. Sludge ports 911, drain holes 912 and filter cloth 94 are arranged on the filter chambers on both sides of each plate frame 91 to communicate the sludge slurry pipeline 97 and the sewage drainage pipeline 98 of the fixed end seat 92. The frame 9 is provided with a vibration frame 95 and a driver 951, and a plurality of sets of elastic hanging members 96 are slidably disposed on the guide rails 952 of the vibration frame 95 to respectively hang and connect the filter cloths 94.

When the plate frames 91 are driven by the sludge filter press to move and overlap, the sludge slurry is continuously fed and extruded by the pump, so that the sewage is discharged out through the water discharge holes 912, and the sludge 99 is wrapped in the filter chamber by the filter cloth 94, thereby achieving the purpose of extrusion dehydration. Then the sludge filter press clamps and pulls the plate frames 91 and the filter cloth 94 one by the pulling device 93, and the driver 951 drives the vibration frame 95 and the elastic hanging piece 96 to pull and release the filter cloth 94 in a reciprocating manner, so as to drop the dewatered sludge 99.

However, when the vibration rack 95 pulls the elastic hanging member 96 and the filter cloth 94 upward, the elastic hanging member 96 is stressed to generate a stretching displacement, and the stress vibration degree of the filter cloth 94 is relatively reduced, so that the sludge 99 adhered to the surface of the filter cloth 94 cannot be completely removed. Moreover, in order to match the oblique tension mode of the filter cloth 94, each plate frame 91 can only be provided with a sludge port 911 at the lower section of the plate frame 91, which is not favorable for the upward extrusion of high-quality sludge slurry to fill the two side filter chambers and consumes more kinetic energy. Therefore, how to solve the above-mentioned shortcomings and drawbacks of the conventional sludge filter press is a topic to be developed by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The main object of the present invention is that when the filter press pulls open the plate frames, each first elastic support device utilizes the elastic force to push the cloth supporting rod corresponding to the filter cloth outwards, and the guide wheel of the guide device is sequentially pressed against the cloth supporting rod or the first elastic support device to drive the cloth supporting rod to move downwards, so that the cloth supporting rod and the filter cloth perform up-and-down moving vibration to reliably discharge the dewatered sludge, and the filter cloth does not need to use an additional power source for moving vibration, so as to reduce the cost.

In order to achieve the purpose, the filter press with the filter cloth traveling vibration function is characterized in that a plurality of plate frames which are controlled to move backwards and overlapped are arranged on rails on two sides of a frame, and filter cloth is covered on the front and the back of each plate frame so as to squeeze sludge slurry between two adjacent filter cloth of each plate frame for dehydration; the rails on the two sides are respectively provided with a pulling and feeding mechanism so as to sequentially pull the plate frames forward one by one, and then the guide device is utilized to drive the filter cloth to move up and down to vibrate and unload the dewatered sludge; the method is characterized in that: the tops or the bottoms of the plate frames are oppositely provided with first elastic supporting devices; the top ends or the bottom ends of the plurality of filter cloths are oppositely connected with cloth supporting rods, the cloth supporting rods are arranged on the first elastic supporting devices corresponding to the plate frames, and the top ends and the bottom ends of the filter cloths and the cloth supporting rods are positioned outside the plate frames; the guiding device comprises a base frame fixed on two sides of the frame, a plurality of guide wheels are oppositely arranged on two sides of the bottom of the base frame along the front-back direction at intervals, and a vacant site is formed between every two adjacent guide wheels; therefore, each first elastic supporting device pushes and supports the cloth supporting rod corresponding to the filter cloth outwards by utilizing the elastic force, when the pulling and feeding mechanism sequentially pulls and pulls each plate frame forward one by one, the guide wheel of the guide device sequentially butts and presses against the cloth supporting rod or the first elastic supporting device to drive the cloth supporting rod to move downwards, so that the cloth supporting rod and the filter cloth perform up-and-down moving vibration to unload dewatered sludge.

In the filter press with the filter cloth traveling vibration function, the filter chambers are respectively concavely arranged in front of and behind the plurality of plate frames, the communicated sludge ports are arranged between the upper sections of the two filter chambers of the plate frames, and the two opposite filter cloths of each plate frame are connected and pass through the sludge ports.

In the filter press with the filter cloth traveling vibration function, the top of each plate frame is provided with the first elastic supporting device, the top ends of the plurality of filter cloths are connected with the cloth supporting rods respectively, and each first elastic supporting device pushes the cloth supporting rod of the corresponding filter cloth upwards so that each cloth supporting rod is propped against the bottom edge of the guide wheel upwards or enters the vacant position; when the pulling and feeding mechanism sequentially pulls forward each plate frame one by one, and the linked cloth supporting rods sequentially pass through each guide wheel and the vacant positions, the first elastic supporting device pushes the cloth supporting rods relatively to ascend into the vacant positions, the guide wheels relatively abut against the cloth supporting rods to displace downwards, and the cloth supporting rods abut against the first elastic supporting device to form return elastic force, so that the cloth supporting rods and the filter cloth perform up-and-down traveling vibration.

In the filter press with the filter cloth traveling vibration function, the bottom ends of the plurality of filter cloths are respectively provided with the counterweight.

In the filter press with the filter cloth traveling vibration function, the bottom ends of the plurality of filter cloths are respectively provided with the guide holes with two opposite sides, and the two sides of the frame are respectively provided with the steel cable penetrating through the corresponding guide holes.

Detailed Description

To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a technical means and its effects, which are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

firstly, referring to fig. 4 to 9, the main structure and principle of the filter press of the present invention are substantially the same as those of the conventional filter press, the filter press is substantially a rectangular machine body, the rails 11 on both sides of the machine frame 1 are respectively provided with a pulling and conveying mechanism consisting of a pulling and conveying device 18, a chain wheel 181 and a chain 182, and a plurality of plate frames 2 controlled to move backwards (as shown in the right direction in the figure) and overlap and lean against each other are spanned on the two rails 11, so that the plate frames 2 lean against the fixed end base 12, and the movable end base 13 is forcibly positioned by the oil cylinder 14 of the fixed base 15. The two sides of each plate frame 2 are provided with lugs 24 which straddle the track 11, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the front and the back of each plate frame 2 are respectively covered with filter cloth 4, and the front and the back of each plate frame 2 are respectively provided with a filter chamber 21, each plate frame 2 can be provided with a communicating sludge port 22 between the upper section parts or the middle section and the lower section parts of the two filter chambers 21, two opposite filter cloths 4 of each plate frame 2 are connected and pass through the sludge port 22 to form a sludge hole 42, the filter cloth 4 is provided with a plurality of drain holes 43 at the corner positions, and each plate frame 2 is provided with a plurality of opposite drain holes 23 at the corner positions for respectively communicating the sludge slurry pipeline 16 and the drain pipeline 17 of the fixed end seat 12.

When the filter press drives all the plate frames 2 to overlap and press-filter the sludge slurry, the pump is used to continuously feed and extrude the sludge slurry, so that the sewage is discharged through the water discharge port 23 and the water discharge hole 43, and the sludge 7 (see fig. 9) is wrapped in the filter chamber 21 by the filter cloth 4 to be extruded and dehydrated. Then the filter press opens the movable end seat 13 by the hydraulic cylinder 14 (refer to fig. 10), drives the pulling device 18 to move back and forth to sequentially pull the plate frames 2 forward one by one, and uses the guiding device 5 to cooperate with a plurality of first elastic supporting devices 3 to vibrate the filter cloth 4 to drop the dewatered sludge 7 by going up and down.

Referring to fig. 4 to 9, the filter press of the present invention is mainly characterized in that:

the first elastic supporting devices 3 respectively comprise two brackets 31 arranged on the top of the plate frame 2 at intervals, and guide rods 32 and compression springs 33 are respectively vertically arranged on the two brackets 31.

The top ends of the plurality of filter cloths 4 are respectively connected with a cloth supporting rod 41, the bottom ends of the filter cloths 4 are internally provided with a counterweight 45 (see fig. 7), the cloth supporting rods 41 are arranged on the first elastic supporting devices 3 corresponding to the plate frames 2, both ends of the cloth supporting rods 41 of the filter cloths 4 are respectively provided with a through hole 411 sleeved on the guide rod 32, both ends of the cloth supporting rods 41 are downwards abutted against the compression springs 33, the bottom ends of the filter cloths 4 are respectively provided with guide holes 44 with two opposite sides, both sides of the frame 1 are respectively and fixedly provided with a steel cable 6 penetrating through the corresponding guide holes 44, and the top ends, the bottom ends, the cloth supporting rods 41 and the counterweight 45 of the filter cloths 4 are positioned outside the plate frames 2.

The guiding device 5 includes a base frame 51 disposed above the frame 1 by a supporting rod 511, a plurality of guide wheels 52 are disposed on wheel seats 53 on two sides of the bottom of the base frame 51 at intervals along the front-rear direction, and a vacant space 54 is formed between each two adjacent guide wheels 52, each first elastic supporting device 3 pushes the cloth supporting rod 41 corresponding to the filter cloth 4 upwards (outwards) by using elastic force, so that each cloth supporting rod 41 is abutted against the bottom edge of the guide wheel 52 or enters the vacant space 54.

Therefore, the filter press of the invention is connected with the first elastic supporting device 3 and the cloth supporting rod 41 of the filter cloth 4 at the top of each plate frame 2, and is matched with the bottom end of each filter cloth 4 to be connected with the steel cable 6 in a sliding way, so that each plate frame 2 can be provided with the sludge opening 22 at the upper section, high-quality sludge slurry can easily pass through the sludge opening 22, and the filter chamber 21 is extruded and filled by utilizing the gravity of the plate frame 2, and the sludge slurry is extruded and dehydrated between each plate frame 2 and the filter cloth 4. When the filter press pulls the plate frames 2 apart one by one (please refer to fig. 10 to 13), and the cloth supporting rods 41 are sequentially driven to pass through the guide wheels 52 and the vacant sites 54, the first elastic supporting device 3 relatively pushes the cloth supporting rods 41 to ascend into the vacant sites 54, the guide wheels 52 relatively abut against the cloth supporting rods 41 to move downwards, and the cloth supporting rods 41 abut against the first elastic supporting device 3 to descend to form a return elastic force, so that the cloth supporting rods 41 and the filter cloth 4 perform up-and-down running vibration to reliably discharge the dewatered sludge 7.

Referring to fig. 14 to 16, the main difference of the present embodiment is that the plate frames 2 are respectively provided with the first elastic support devices 3 at the bottom, and are respectively provided with the second elastic support devices 30 at the top, and the top ends and the bottom ends of the plurality of filter cloths 4 are respectively connected with the cloth supporting rods 41 to reliably support and stretch the filter cloths 4. Each first elastic supporting device 3 comprises brackets 31 arranged on two sides of the bottom of the opposite plate frame 2, guide rods 32 and compression springs 33 are respectively vertically arranged on the two brackets 31, the top ends 321 of the two adjacent guide rods 32 are bent and connected to form a U shape, through holes 411 fixedly sleeved on the guide rods 32 are respectively arranged at two ends of the cloth supporting rod 41 at the bottom end of each filter cloth 4, and the compression springs 33 are radially locked by matching screws 46 to downwards abut against two ends of the cloth supporting rod 41. Each second elastic supporting device 30 comprises two supports 31 arranged at intervals on the top of the corresponding plate frame 2, each support 31 is vertically provided with a guide rod 32 and a compression spring 33, two ends of a cloth supporting rod 41 at the top end of each filter cloth 4 are respectively provided with a through hole 411 sleeved on the guide rod 32 in a sliding manner, two ends of the cloth supporting rod 41 downwards abut against the compression springs 33, and the compression springs 33 of the second elastic supporting devices 30 push the cloth supporting rods 41 corresponding to the top ends of the filter cloths 4 upwards. The compression spring 33 of each first elastic supporting device 3 pushes the cloth supporting rod 41 corresponding to the bottom end of the filter cloth 4 downward, and the top end 321 of the guide rod 32 of each first elastic supporting device 3 pushes up against the bottom edge of the corresponding guide wheel 52 of the guide device 5 or enters the empty space 54. When the pulling and feeding mechanism sequentially pulls forward the plate frames 2 one by one, and the top 321 of the guide rod 32 of the first elastic supporting device 3 is linked to pass through the guide wheels 52 and the empty position 54 in sequence, each guide wheel 52 relatively abuts against the guide rod 32 of the first elastic supporting device 3 to drive the cloth supporting rod 41 to descend and displace, and the filter cloth 4 downwardly pulls the top cloth supporting rod 41 to downwardly abut against the compression spring 33 of the second elastic supporting device 30 to form a return elastic force, so that the filter cloth 4 can move up and down to vibrate, and the dewatered sludge (not shown) can be more reliably discharged.
