1. A water purifier, characterized by, includes:
a housing;
a filter element; and
a water pump, wherein the water pump and the filter element are housed within the housing, the filter element and the water pump being arranged in a vertical direction.

The water purifier of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a main housing having a first compartment and a second compartment, a first side cover and a second side cover covering the first compartment and the second compartment, respectively, wherein the filter element is located in the first compartment and the water pump is located in the second compartment.
3. The water purifier of claim 2, wherein the first compartment and the second compartment are disposed facing away from each other.
4. The water purifier of claim 2, wherein the main housing includes a peripheral wall and a partition wall disposed inside the peripheral wall to form the first compartment and the second compartment.
5. The water purifier as recited in claim 4, wherein said partition wall forms a water pump chamber at a side of said water pump, said water pump portion being received in said water pump chamber.
6. A water purifier as defined in claim 5, wherein the partition wall forms a filter cartridge chamber on a side of the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge portion being received in the filter cartridge chamber.
7. A water purifier according to claim 6, wherein the water pump chamber and the filter cartridge chamber are arranged offset.
8. The water purifier as recited in claim 1, wherein the water purifier includes a pump body support assembly, the pump body support assembly including a base frame and a side wrapping, the base frame being secured to a bottom surface of the perimeter wall, a bottom of the water pump being supported on a top surface of the support member, a side portion of the side wrapping surrounding the water pump, the side wrapping being secured to the partition wall by a set of fasteners.
9. The water purifier as recited in any one of claims 4-7, wherein said water purifier includes a frame assembly, said frame assembly including a base frame, a plurality of upper securing arms and a side wrapping, said base frame being secured to a bottom surface of said perimeter wall, said plurality of upper securing arms being supported and secured to a top surface of said base frame on opposite sides of said water pump, said side wrapping partially surrounding said water pump, said side wrapping being secured to said plurality of upper securing arms by a plurality of securing members.
10. The water purifier as recited in claim 9, wherein the base frame includes a plurality of legs and a support frame, the plurality of legs being pivotally integrally connected to the support frame, the support frame defining a support space below a bottom of the water pump, the plurality of legs being removably secured against a bottom surface of the perimeter wall.

The water purifier as recited in claim 9, wherein the side wrapping element comprises a surrounding portion and a set of fixing ears, the surrounding portion surrounds the outside of the water pump in a semi-circular shape, the set of fixing ears are integrally connected to the surrounding portion in a turning manner, and the set of fixing ears are fixed to the set of upper fixing arms in a surface-to-surface matching manner.
12. The water purifier as recited in claim 9, wherein the surrounding portion has at least one through hole corresponding to a fixing hole of the water pump, and the fixing element is fixed to the water pump through the surrounding portion and the through hole.
13. The water purifier of claim 9, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a peripheral side spacer disposed between the side wrap and the water pump outer side.
14. The water purifier of claim 11, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a peripheral side spacer disposed between the surround of the side wrap and the water pump outer side.
15. The water purifier of claim 9, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a peripheral spacer spaced between the partition wall and an exterior side of the water pump.
16. The water purifier of claim 11, wherein the pump body bracket assembly comprises a set of plate spacers spaced between the set of securing ears and the set of upper securing arms.
17. The water purifier of claim 9, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a bottom spacer spaced between a bottom of the water pump and a top surface of the chassis.
18. The water purifier of claim 11, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a set of bumpers disposed between the stationary element and the embracing portion of the side wrap.
19. The water purifier of claim 11, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a set of bumpers disposed between the stationary element and the set of stationary ears of the side wrap.
20. A water purifier according to any one of claims 13-15, wherein the peripheral side spacer is made of foam cotton material or silicone foam.
21. The water purifier of claim 16, wherein the set of plate spacers are made of foam cotton material or silicone foam.
22. The water purifier of claim 17, wherein the bottom spacer is made of foam cotton material or silicone foam.
23. A water purifier as claimed in claim 18 or 19 wherein said buffer is a trapezoidal shaped rubber pad.
24. A water purification machine as claimed in claim 9 wherein said water purification machine includes a circuit module disposed in said second compartment above said water pump.
25. The water purifier of claim 9, wherein the water purifier comprises multiple stages of filter elements, the multiple stages of filter elements being arranged in a vertical direction, which is the same as the arrangement direction of the water pump.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water purifiers, and further relates to a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the quality of water used by people is higher and higher. Natural water sources are treated many times before being drunk by people. The water purifier is one of the water treatment devices with wide application.
Water purifiers typically include a housing, multiple stages of filter elements, and a water pump. The water pump is used for conveying water sources to the multi-stage filter element, the multi-stage filter element is used for filtering water, and the multi-stage filter element and the pump are fixed in the shell.
The inventors have found that there are some aspects to be improved in the existing manner.
In a common water purifier, the filter element is generally arranged along the vertical direction, so that the purification process is facilitated. The water pump is usually horizontally fixed at the bottom and works in cooperation with the filter element. However, the existing layout mode and the installation mode of the water pump have some problems.
Firstly, the filter core is fixed by vertical, and the water pump is fixed by level, consequently makes the space compatibility of the two littleer, and the space volume that wholly occupies is bigger, that is to say, the holistic volume of purifier is great, and for the space resource in modern life under so precious condition, the size of volume just becomes the key point of a user's selection.
Secondly, based on the different working processes of filter core and water pump, the working process of filter core is a relatively silent working process, and the water pump can vibrate the noise at the in-process of work, and especially when the area of contact of water pump and casing is big more, the vibration sound is big more, influences the stability of complete machine even.
Third, the water pump is usually bolted to the bottom plate of the housing, so that the water pump abuts against the bottom plate of the housing, which makes it easy for vibrations of the pump body during operation to be transmitted to the housing.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein a water pump and a filter element of the water purifier are arranged in the same direction and are arranged along the vertical direction.
One objective of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the filter element and the water pump are respectively disposed in two isolated compartments, so as to reduce the influence of the vibration of the water pump on the filter element.
The invention aims to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein two separate chambers are respectively formed on two sides of each separate chamber, a filter element cavity is formed on one side for accommodating a filter element, a pump body cavity is formed on one side for accommodating a water pump, the filter element cavity is formed by inwards recessing from the filter element side, the pump body cavity is formed by inwards recessing from the water pump side, and the filter element cavity and the water pump cavity are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the space utilization on two sides of each separate chamber is mutually matched, and the whole space is further saved.
One objective of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the water purifier includes a circuit module, and the circuit module is disposed at the same side of the water pump and isolated from the filter element.
One objective of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the circuit module is located above the water pump, so that the circuit module is not affected by the water path.
An object of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, in which a pipe is disposed in a side space below a circuit module, and is away from the circuit module while being engaged with a water pump.
One objective of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the water purifier includes a pump body bracket assembly, and the pump body is vertically and idly fixed to the main housing by the pump body bracket assembly.
An object of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a bottom frame, and the water pump is supported by the bottom frame at a predetermined distance from the bottom surface of the main housing such that the bottom of the water pump does not contact the main housing.
One objective of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the pump body bracket includes a set of upper fixing arms supported and fixed on the bottom frame and a side wrapping member surrounding the side wall of the water pump to fix the water pump.
One objective of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a peripheral spacer spaced between the pump body and the side packing member to buffer the force between the water pump and the peripheral spacer.
One objective of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a plate spacer, and the plate spacer is spaced between the set of upper fixing arms and the side wrapping member to buffer the acting force at the fixing position.
One objective of the present invention is to provide a water purifier and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the pump body bracket assembly includes a bottom spacer, and the bottom spacer is spaced between the bottom of the pump body and the bottom frame to buffer the acting force between the bottom of the pump body and the bottom frame.
An object of the present invention is to provide a water purifying machine and a noise reduction method thereof, wherein the side wrapping member is fixed to the set of upper fixing arms by a fixing member, and a buffer member is disposed at the fixing position of the fixing member, that is, the buffer member is spaced between the fixing member and the side wrapping member.
To achieve at least one of the above objects, one aspect of the present invention provides a water purifier, including:
a housing;
a filter element; and
a water pump, wherein the water pump and the filter element are housed within the housing, the filter element and the water pump being arranged in a vertical direction.
The water purifier according to some embodiments, wherein the housing includes a main housing having a first compartment and a second compartment, a first side cover and a second side cover covering the first compartment and the second compartment, respectively, wherein the filter element is located in the first compartment and the water pump is located in the second compartment.
The water purifier of some embodiments, wherein the first compartment and the second compartment are disposed facing away from each other.
The water purifier according to some embodiments, wherein the main housing includes a peripheral wall and a partition wall disposed inside the peripheral wall to form the first compartment and the second compartment.
The water purifier according to some embodiments, wherein the partition wall forms a water pump chamber at a side of the water pump, the water pump portion being received in the water pump chamber.
In some embodiments, the water purifier includes a housing defining a filter chamber on a side of the filter, the filter chamber being configured to receive the filter portion.
