The invention provides a height-adjustable handle assembly by improving a handle device, wherein the height-adjusting assemblies are additionally arranged at two ends of a holding rod, the height of the holding rod is adjusted and fixed by matching a stepped groove and a limiting block, the traditional connecting mode that the handle is completely fastened is cancelled, the handle assembly is simple to disassemble and assemble and low in cost, and the use requirements of users with different heights can be met.
