Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of bottle sealing, in particular to a cap and a sealing structure of a bottle and jar type container with a long neck for containing liquid. The bottle of the invention also comprises a jar or a can-shaped container with a long neck.

Background

Some industries, such as the white spirit industry, have high requirements for packaging bottled products. While ensuring the sealing, the anti-counterfeiting requirement is also met. One requirement is that the sealing structure needs an inner layer and an outer layer, and the outer layer structure needs to be damaged to a certain extent when being opened and cannot be completely restored; the inner layer structure can be provided with (sprayed or etched) anti-counterfeiting marks (such as anti-counterfeiting codes and traceable information). Some bottle caps meeting the anti-counterfeiting requirement exist in the prior art, but various defects exist, or the structure is too complex, or the function of sealing the bottle mouth after the outer layer structure is opened is also damaged, and the like. In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the applicant has already proposed several patent applications of improvement schemes. The invention provides a novel built-in bottle cap comprising a hollow plug component and a plug cover component and a bottle mouth sealing structure utilizing the bottle cap according to market requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a built-in bottle cap comprising a hollow plug component and a plug cap component and a bottle mouth sealing structure using the bottle cap. The following describes the technical contents hierarchically.

Hollow plug assembly

The hollow plug component comprises a hollow plug, a fixing ring hook and a thread fixing ring, wherein the center of the hollow plug is axially provided with a through hole. The lower parts of the fixed ring hooks are a plurality of fixed hooks which are annularly arranged, the upper parts of the fixed ring hooks are combined parts, the upper parts of the thread fixed rings are thread parts with external threads, the middle parts of the fixed ring hooks are middle ring parts, and the lower parts of the fixed ring hooks are combined parts; the thread fixing ring is arranged above the fixing ring hook, the hollow plug is subjected to injection molding, and the combining part of the fixing ring hook and the combining part of the thread fixing ring are wrapped in the combining part of the wall of the hollow plug, and the thread part of the thread fixing ring, the middle ring part and the fixing hook of the fixing ring hook are exposed out of the outer wall of the hollow plug; the outer wall of the lower part of the hollow plug below the middle ring part of the thread fixing ring is an outer sealing part of the hollow plug.

Preferably, the hollow plug is provided with a lip part higher than the thread fixing ring, so that the liquid in the bottle can be poured out conveniently. The outer wall of the lower end of the hollow plug is provided with a chamfer angle, and the chamfer angle plays a role in guiding when being plugged into a bottle opening.

Preferably, the fixing ring hook and the thread fixing ring are integrally formed, and the part between the fixing hook and the middle ring part is a common joint part. The integral body or the split body can be determined according to different materials and processing techniques.

Preferably, the combination part of the fixing ring hook and the thread fixing ring is nested in a cylinder and is respectively provided with an injection molding slotted hole. During processing, the thread fixing ring and the fixing ring hook are assembled and matched, and are placed into a mold cavity for injection molding, so that the thread fixing ring and the fixing ring hook form a whole; the thread fixing ring and the fixing ring hook are provided with corresponding injection molding slotted holes which are integrated for injection molding.

Preferably, the outer side of the middle ring part is provided with anti-slip teeth.

Preferably, the outer sealing part of the hollow plug is divided into an upper section and a lower section by the fixing hook.

Preferably, the fixing hook is made of elastic thin sheet material, and if the fixing hook is forcibly pulled out of the bottle mouth, the fixing hook can be broken and cannot be plugged back for restoration. Thus, the fixing hook can also play an anti-counterfeiting role.

(II) plug cover assembly

The plug cover assembly comprises an inner plug piece and a threaded outer cover, the inner plug piece is nested at the upper part of an inner cavity of the threaded outer cover, and a plug body is arranged at the lower part of the inner plug piece; the lower part of the inner cavity wall of the threaded outer cover is provided with internal threads, and the lower edge of the outer wall is provided with a through or non-through accommodating groove.

Preferably, the inner plug is an inner plug, the upper part of the inner plug is nested on the upper part of the inner cavity of the threaded outer cover, and the lower part of the inner plug is a plug body.

Preferably, the inner plug member is formed by fixedly connecting or integrating an inner plug and an inner cover, and the inner cover is nested at the upper part of the inner cavity of the threaded outer cover. The inner plug and the inner cover are fixedly connected integrally or separately and can be determined according to different materials and processing technologies.

Preferably, the threaded outer cover consists of an inner-layer threaded cover and an outer-layer outer cover which are nested in a close fit manner, the inner cavity of the threaded cover forms the inner cavity of the threaded outer cover, and the lower part of the threaded outer cover is provided with internal threads; the containing groove is arranged at the lower edge of the outer wall of the outer cover. The screw thread enclosing cover is divided into an inner layer screw thread cover and an outer layer enclosing cover, so that the material selection of the outer layer enclosing cover is facilitated, and the practicability and the appearance are both considered. Furthermore, the outer side wall is provided with a pin hole, so that the outer layer outer cover and the inner layer threaded cover can be conveniently fixed by pins to prevent rotation or slippage.

(III) built-in bottle cap

The built-in bottle cap consists of a hollow plug component, an anti-counterfeiting ring and a plug component; the thread part in the hollow plug component is matched with the internal thread in the plug cover component, and the plug body in the plug cover component is plugged into the central through hole of the hollow plug from top to bottom; the anti-counterfeiting ring sleeve is sleeved outside the middle ring part of the thread fixing ring, and the breakable anti-counterfeiting teeth are arranged in the accommodating groove of the outer thread cover.

Preferably, the anti-counterfeiting ring is provided with inner anti-skid teeth which are matched with the anti-skid teeth outside the middle ring part.

As the preferred scheme, the anti-counterfeiting ring and the middle ring part of the thread fixing ring are of an integral structure, and the thread outer cover is composed of an inner layer thread cover and an outer layer outer cover which are nested in a close fit manner. And during assembly, the outer cover is assembled finally, and the accommodating groove of the outer cover is aligned to the anti-counterfeiting teeth of the anti-counterfeiting ring. The outer layer outer cover is pressed down by a strong force and sleeved outside the inner layer threaded cover, and the anti-counterfeiting teeth are just arranged in the accommodating groove.

(IV) bottle mouth sealing structure

The bottle mouth sealing structure comprises a built-in bottle cap and a bottle mouth, wherein an inner ring groove is formed in the inner wall of the bottle mouth, and an inner shrinking surface is arranged at the upper end of the bottle mouth; the outer sealing part of the hollow plug is attached to the inner wall of the bottle mouth, the fixing hook of the built-in bottle cap is clamped in the inner annular groove of the inner wall of the bottle mouth, and the middle annular part and the anti-counterfeiting ring on the built-in bottle cap are clamped in the inner shrinkage surface at the upper end of the bottle mouth.

As a preferred scheme, the outer anti-skid teeth of the anti-counterfeiting ring are matched with the anti-skid teeth on the inner contracting surface at the upper end of the bottle mouth.

Preferably, the inner shrinkage surface at the upper end of the bottle mouth is in a step shape, a conical surface shape or a circular arc shape, and the shapes of the contact surfaces of the middle ring part contacted with the inner shrinkage surface and the anti-counterfeiting ring are matched with the inner shrinkage surface.

The operation of sealing the bottle mouth is that the assembled built-in bottle cap is pressed into the bottle mouth by force until the fixing hook is clamped in the inner ring groove of the inner wall of the bottle mouth, and the middle ring part and the anti-counterfeiting ring on the built-in bottle cap are clamped in the inner shrinking surface at the upper end of the bottle mouth.

When the bottle mouth is opened, the threaded outer cover is unscrewed, and the inner plug part is pulled out. When the screw thread outer cover is unscrewed, the side wall of the accommodating groove breaks the anti-counterfeiting teeth of the anti-counterfeiting ring. Therefore, the opening of the bottle mouth is destructive and can not be recovered until the anti-counterfeiting effect is achieved.

The bottle mouth sealing structure and the used built-in bottle cap have multiple anti-counterfeiting functions: besides the anti-counterfeiting function of the sheet type fixing hook and the anti-counterfeiting tooth, anti-counterfeiting information can be added to the outer part of the inner plug piece, and anti-counterfeiting information can also be added to the outer part of the whole cover body.

The bottle cap of the present invention is called an internal bottle cap because a part of the hollow plug assembly, which is a constituent part thereof, is placed in the mouth of the bottle, and the upper plug assembly does not wrap the outside of the mouth of the bottle as in the case of the conventional bottle cap.

Detailed Description

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, describes four subjects of the present invention in turn.

Hollow plug assembly

As shown in fig. 1-3. A hollow plug component comprises a hollow plug 1 with a through hole in the central axial direction, a fixing ring hook 2 and a thread fixing ring 3; the lower part of the fixed ring hook 2 is a plurality of fixed hooks 21 which are annularly arranged, the upper parts of the fixed hooks are combination parts 22, the upper parts of the thread fixed rings 3 are thread parts 31 with external threads, the middle parts of the thread fixed rings are middle ring parts 34, and the lower parts of the thread fixed rings are combination parts 32; the thread fixing ring 3 is arranged above the fixing ring hook 2, the hollow plug 1 is molded by injection, and the combining part 22 of the fixing ring hook 2 and the combining part 32 of the thread fixing ring 3 are wrapped in the combining part 12 of the wall of the hollow plug 1, and the thread part 31, the middle ring part 34 and the fixing hook 21 are exposed out of the outer wall of the hollow plug 1; the part of the hollow plug 1 higher than the thread fixing ring 3 is a lip part 11, and the outer wall of the part of the hollow plug 1 below the middle ring part 34 of the thread fixing ring 3 is an outer sealing part 13 of the hollow plug 1. The hollow plug 1 is provided with a lip part 11 higher than the thread fixing ring 3, and the outer wall of the lower end of the hollow plug 1 is provided with a chamfer 14. The joints 22, 32 of the fastening ring hook 2 and the threaded fastening ring 3 are nested cylinders and have injection molded slots 23, 33, respectively. The middle ring part 34 is provided with anti-slip teeth 35 on the outer side. The outer seal portion 13 of the hollow plug 1 is divided into upper and lower two sections by the fixing hook 21. Of course, the sealing portion 13 may be present only above the fixing hook 21, and in this case, the fixing portion may be lengthened to increase the length of the sealing portion 13. The fixing hook 21 is made of an elastic sheet material, but other materials may be used.

Figure 4 shows an alternative construction of the hollow plug assembly to that shown in figure 5. The fixing ring hook 2 and the screw fixing ring 3 are integrally formed, and a portion between the fixing hook 21 and the middle ring portion 34 is a common joint portion. The coupling portions in the drawings are a plurality of vertical pieces integral with the fixing hook, and may be cylindrical coupling portions similar to those of the previous example.

(II) plug cover assembly

As in fig. 6-8. The plug cover assembly comprises an inner plug piece and a threaded outer cover, the inner plug piece is nested at the upper part of an inner cavity of the threaded outer cover, and a plug body is arranged at the lower part of the inner plug piece; the lower part of the inner cavity wall of the threaded outer cover is provided with internal threads 61, and the lower edge of the outer wall is provided with a through or non-through accommodating groove 71. The inner plug part is formed by fixedly connecting an inner plug 4 and an inner cover 5, but can also be integrally formed, and the inner cover 5 is nested at the upper part of the inner cavity of the threaded outer cover. The threaded outer cover is composed of an inner threaded cover 6 and an outer cover 7 which are nested in a close fit mode, the inner cavity of the threaded cover 6 forms the inner cavity of the threaded outer cover, and the accommodating groove 71 is formed in the lower edge of the outer wall of the outer cover 7. The side wall of the outer cover 7 is provided with a pin hole 72.

The inner plug may also have only the inner plug 4 and no inner cap 5. The threaded outer cap may also be of unitary construction, i.e. not divided into an inner threaded cap 6 and an outer cap 7, but one piece.

(III) built-in bottle cap

As shown in fig. 9 and 10. The built-in bottle cap comprises a hollow plug component, an anti-counterfeiting ring 9 and a plug component; the thread part 31 in the hollow plug component is matched with the internal thread 61 in the plug cover component, and the plug body in the plug cover component is plugged into the central through hole of the hollow plug component from top to bottom; the anti-counterfeiting ring 9 is sleeved outside the middle ring part 31 of the thread fixing ring 3, and the anti-counterfeiting teeth 91 of the anti-counterfeiting ring are arranged in the accommodating grooves 71. The anti-counterfeiting ring 9 is provided with inner anti-skidding teeth 93 which are matched with the anti-skidding teeth 35 outside the middle ring part 34.

The anti-counterfeiting ring 9 and the middle ring part 34 of the thread fixing ring 3 can also be of an integral structure.

(IV) bottle mouth sealing structure

As in fig. 11-13. The bottle mouth sealing structure comprises the bottle cap and a bottle mouth 10 which are arranged in the bottle cap, wherein an inner ring groove 101 is formed in the inner wall of the bottle mouth, and an inner contracting surface 102 is formed at the upper end of the bottle mouth; the outer sealing part 13 of the hollow plug 1 is attached to the inner wall of the bottle mouth, the fixing hook 21 of the built-in bottle cap is clamped in the inner annular groove 101 of the inner wall of the bottle mouth, and the middle ring part 32 and the anti-counterfeiting ring 9 on the built-in bottle cap are clamped in the inner shrinkage surface 102 at the upper end of the bottle mouth. The outer anti-slip teeth 92 of the anti-counterfeiting ring 9 are matched with the anti-slip teeth 103 on the inner contracting surface 102 at the upper end of the bottle mouth. In the figure, the inner contracting surface 102 at the upper end of the bottle mouth is in a step shape, but can also be in a conical shape or a circular arc shape, and the shapes of the contact surfaces of the middle ring part 32 and the anti-counterfeiting ring 9 which are contacted with the inner contracting surface 102 are matched with the shapes of the contact surfaces.
