Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of coatings, and particularly discloses an easily-wiped high-filling water-based glaze main agent.

Background

The glaze is a semitransparent to transparent pigment colorant, is mainly used for antique painting and ground color wiping, is prepared from a glaze main agent and qualified glaze color paste, enables colors to enter pipe holes of wood by wiping, and can adjust the light and shade of the colors by wiping, thereby increasing the layering sense of the whole coating and the definition of wood grains.

Most of the existing glaze main agents are formed by dissolving oily resin in an organic solvent and then are matched with oily glaze color paste for use, so that the glaze product has high VOC content, and the VOC is harmful to human bodies and can cause pollution to the atmosphere. With the progress of water-based coating materials, there are also many applications of water-based glaze base materials, but the balance among three characteristics of transparency, filling property and wiping property of the current water-based glaze base materials is not good, for example, the filling property of the glaze base material with high transparency is poor, and if the filling property of the glaze base material is improved, the wiping property is obviously reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an easily-wiping highly-filled aqueous glaze base material, aiming at solving the problem that the existing glaze base material cannot have both high filling property and easy wiping property.
