(1) weighing oil:

(6) demolding and cutting treatment:

after the temperature of the sodium hydroxide solution prepared in the step (2) is reduced to 50-55 ℃ and the temperature of the oil and fat mixed solution prepared in the step (3) is reduced to 55-60 ℃, slowly pouring the sodium hydroxide solution into the oil and fat mixed solution, continuously stirring for 20-25 min until the whole mixture is in a thick state, adding 9-11 parts of sweet orange essential oil into the mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a soap solution for later use;

(5) molding treatment:

dividing the soap solution prepared in the step (4) into two parts, directly injecting one part into a mold, adding volcanic rock and rubble powder with the mass of 1/30 into the other part, uniformly stirring, injecting into the mold, and standing for 3-5 days;

(6) demolding and cutting treatment:

and (3) standing the die for 3-5 days, then demoulding, cutting the demoulded soap, then putting the soap into an incubator for heat preservation for 2-3 days, finally taking out and airing the soap in a dry and ventilated space, and obtaining the finished handmade soap after 45-90 days.
