demoulding, namely sleeving a plastic pipe on the bolt 4, wrapping the threaded part at the top end of the bolt 4 with a plastic film, and coating a demoulding agent on the surfaces of the anchor plate 3 and the plastic pipe;

pouring concrete, pouring the concrete into the pouring cavity, and curing and solidifying;

install girder steel 9, place girder steel 9 between bolt 4, clamp plate 5 put 9 tops of girder steel and with bolt 4 sliding connection, with nut 6 and 4 top threaded connection of bolt, nut 6 and 5 upper surface butts of clamp plate, the installation finishes.

pouring concrete, pouring the concrete into the pouring cavity, and curing and solidifying;

installation girder steel 9 places girder steel 9 between bolt 4, and clamp plate 5 is put in girder steel 9 top and with bolt 4 sliding connection, with nut 6 and 4 top threaded connection of bolt, nut 6 and 5 upper surface butts of clamp plate, after clamp plate 5 compresses tightly girder steel 9, twist grip 162, and handle 162 drives spacing portion 15 and supports tight girder steel 9 lateral wall, quick fixed girder steel 9 to reduce the possibility of girder steel 9 skew, simple to operate.
