The mechanism is particularly suitable for combined machining and manufacturing platforms, can be used as a connecting part and an angle adjusting part between two platforms, and realizes relative angle adjustment and fixation between the two platforms.

The use method of the combined machining and manufacturing platform of the angle adjusting mechanism comprises the following steps:

With such an arrangement, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the positioning and clamping wheel 4a and the clamping and positioning disc 2e6 work cooperatively, and the pressure of the positioning and clamping wheel 4a on the clamping and positioning disc 2e6 can be adjusted according to the difference of the rotation angle of the positioning and clamping wheel 4a, so that the circumferential positioning of the guide transmission shaft 2e can be rapidly realized by using the friction force between the positioning and clamping wheel and the clamping and positioning disc.

As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the friction type locking mechanism 1 includes a locking handle 1a, an upper rotating rod 1b, a middle connecting rod 1c, a locking connecting rod 1d, a friction disc adjusting rod 1e, a friction locking disc 1f, a bottom connecting seat 1g, a bottom connecting seat lower connecting shaft 1h, a middle connecting shaft 1i, a bottom connecting seat upper connecting shaft 1j and a top connecting shaft 1 k; as shown in fig. 13, the upper rotating lever 1b is provided with an upper rotating lever end hole 1b1 and an upper rotating lever center hole 1b 2. As shown in FIG. 15, the middle connecting rod 1c is provided with a middle connecting rod left hole 1c1 and a middle connecting rod right hole 1c 2. As shown in fig. 14, the locking link 1d is provided with a locking link end hole 1d1, a locking link center hole 1d2, and a locking link front hole 1d 3. The use method of the angle adjusting module comprises the following steps:

as shown in fig. 19 to 22, a combined machining and manufacturing platform can be constructed based on an angle adjustment module, and the angle adjustment module can be used as a connection adjustment component between two platforms to adjust and fix a relative angle between the two platforms, and the angle adjustment range is ± 90 °. Then, the lock lever 1a is rotated to lock the friction lock mechanism 1, and the lock friction plate 1f is in contact with the friction plate 2a1, and the lock friction plate 1f is coaxial with the friction plate 2a1, as shown in fig. 18. During locking, the locking friction disc 1f gradually contacts the friction disc 2a1, pushing the friction disc 2a1 to slide the friction locking shaft 2a toward the locking shaft holder 5b under the cooperation of the guide structure 2e1 and the guide groove 2a 4. Since the clamping positioning disc 2e6 at the other end of the floating locking shaft 2 has been clamped by the clamping wheel 4a, the guide transmission shaft 2e cannot move axially, so the spring 2b is compressed. The elastic force generated by the spring 2b is used as the positive pressure on the contact surface of the locking friction disc 1f and the friction disc 2a1, and further, the friction force is generated to fix the circumferential rotation position of the floating type locking shaft 2. Because the spline 2e4 is in connection fit with the spline hole 3c through an involute spline, after the floating type locking shaft 2 is fixed, the position of the top end connecting block 3 is also fixed, and thus the fixing of the angle position between the side auxiliary platform M1 and the main platform M2 is realized.

The contact position of the locking friction disc 1f and the friction disc 2a1 when the friction type locking mechanism 1 is in a locking state can be changed by adjusting the length of the friction disc adjusting rod 1e penetrating through the front hole 1d3 of the locking connecting rod, and further the compression amount of the spring 2b is changed, so that the friction force borne by the floating type locking shaft 2 in the locking state can be adjusted.

In addition, the position of the adjusting baffle plate 2d can be adjusted, the spring 2b is further adjusted to provide elastic force, so that the friction force of the contact surface between the locking friction disc 1f and the friction disc 2a1 is in a proper range, and the two friction discs can slide relatively after the side auxiliary platform M1 or the main platform M2 is overloaded due to stress, so that the overload protection effect is achieved, and damage to a machine tool and other equipment is avoided.

After the manufacturing process is completed, the locking handle 1a is rotated downward to separate the locking friction disk 1f from the friction disk 2a1, so that the locking state of the angle adjusting module is released, and then the clamping and positioning mechanism 4 is rotated to release the positioning state of the angle adjusting module.

The clamping and positioning mechanism 4 cannot be rotated first, so that the guide transmission shaft 2e cannot slide axially under the action of the elastic force of the spring 2b under the condition that the locking friction disc 1f is in contact with the friction disc 2a1, and the locking friction disc 1f and the friction disc 2a1 cannot be locked due to insufficient friction force and slip occurs, so that the position of the side auxiliary platform M1 cannot be fixed and move, and further safety accidents are caused.
