Background

The tensioning wheel is a belt-driven tensioning device, and can be used for tensioning the belt when the center distance of the belt cannot be adjusted. The method is mainly applied to the power output of the small diesel engine. At present, in general belt transmission, the center distance between two pulleys is fixed, the position of a tension pulley is also fixed, the tension pulley deforms and relaxes along with long-term running of a belt, and then the tension degree of the belt is changed by adjusting the position of the tension pulley. The existing tensioning wheel component generally comprises a tensioning wheel, the tensioning wheel is hinged to a tensioning wheel support through a bearing, the tensioning wheel and the bearing are assembled in an interference fit mode, a direct press-fit mode that the bearing is directly pressed into the tensioning wheel is generally adopted by a heavy press, or the tensioning wheel is heated firstly, and then the bearing is pressed into a hot press-fit mode in the tensioning wheel. Although the bearings and the tensioning wheels are standard products for mass production and have high processing precision and quality, no matter what assembling mode is adopted, the performance of the assembled tensioning wheel component is reduced in the assembling process, the assembling process is complicated, and the requirements on the working environment and operating personnel are high.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the tension pulley component for the diesel engine, which is connected with the tension pulley bracket through the integrated bearing wheel, can reduce the assembly process and improve the running performance of the tension pulley component; meanwhile, the integrated bearing wheel can be effectively prevented from axially shifting through the positioning insert block.

the tensioning wheel support comprises a base plate and a cylindrical boss which are integrally formed, an inner shaft sleeve is sleeved on the cylindrical boss in an inserting mode, the cylindrical boss is formed with a round hole with an opening at the lower side and a plurality of rectangular holes which are circumferentially arrayed by taking the round hole as a center, a positioning insertion block is sleeved in the rectangular holes, an annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the inner shaft sleeve, and the outer end of the positioning insertion block is sleeved in the annular groove in an inserting mode; the bottom plate is formed with a bolt hole and an arc-shaped groove taking the bolt hole as a circle center.

The thickness of the positioning insertion block in the axial direction is equal to the width of the rectangular hole in the axial direction and the groove width of the annular groove in the axial direction.

A threaded hole is formed in the upper bottom surface of the round hole; a fastening plug is sleeved in the round hole; the fastening plug head comprises a positioning circular truncated cone and a frustum stud which are integrally formed; the inner end of the rectangular inserting plate is pressed against the outer wall of the positioning table; the stud is screwed in the threaded hole.

And a guide cone part is formed at the outer end of the positioning insertion block.

A counter bore eccentrically arranged with the threaded hole is formed above the cylindrical boss, a locking round block is sleeved and fixed in the counter bore, and a spline shaft coaxially arranged with the threaded hole is formed on the lower bottom surface of the locking round block; a spline hole matched with the spline shaft is formed in the stud, and the lower end of the spline shaft is inserted and sleeved in the spline hole; and a hexagonal hole with an opening at the lower side is formed on the positioning round platform.

The outer diameter of the positioning round platform is matched with the inner diameter of the round hole.

The central angle of the arc-shaped groove is alpha, 10 degrees < alpha <25 degrees.

The invention has the following outstanding effects: compared with the prior art, the tension wheel bracket is connected with the integrated bearing wheel, so that the assembly process can be reduced, and the running performance of the tension wheel component can be improved; meanwhile, the integrated bearing wheel can be effectively prevented from axially shifting through the positioning insert block.
