As can be seen from the above table, when the open-cell foam has an oxygen transmission rate of 200 to 600mL/m2 & 24h and a carbon dioxide transmission rate of 500 to 1200mL/m2 & 24h, the oxygen content of the mixed fruits and vegetables is as low as 10 to 17%, and the carbon dioxide concentration is less than 5%, so that the fruits and vegetables do not produce anaerobic respiration, thereby being helpful for storing the fruits and vegetables.

The invention also provides a refrigerator which uses the preservation box provided by the invention.
