Background

According to the regulations of the international lightning protection alarm system standard (IEC 62793 and 2016), a system capable of sending out an alarm signal about 5-30 minutes before a lightning stroke occurs can be called a lightning early warning system. There is a different variation in atmospheric field strength for each phase. The existing lightning early warning system collects the near-ground electric field change information in real time through a sensor and detects and analyzes the electric field intensity and polarity change, so that the local thundercloud change is monitored in real time, the atmospheric electric field change which possibly causes lightning stroke danger is identified and early warned, and the purpose of lightning activity early warning is achieved.

The prior lightning early warning system mainly comprises an outdoor detector, an information processing box, an indoor host and an external power supply. The outdoor detector is responsible for collecting the atmosphere electric field intensity information in the environment; the information processing box is responsible for preprocessing the acquired information and outputting the preprocessed information to the outside; the indoor host is responsible for summarizing and analyzing the data information transmitted by the information processing box and outputting an alarm to the outside. The external power supply is responsible for providing electric energy for the outdoor equipment. After all parts are fixedly installed, the parts are connected with each other through cables, data transmission is carried out, and the lightning early warning function of the whole system is achieved.

The existing lightning early warning system has the advantages that all components are independent, the function is single, and the functions of the whole system can be realized only by performing data communication through cable connection among all the components; for convenience of installation, each part is fixedly installed through corresponding installation accessories; data acquired by the outdoor detector needs to be preprocessed by the information processing box and then needs to be provided to a host or other equipment to be early warned; the power supply of the whole system depends on an external power supply, and a stable power supply is required to ensure the operation of the system.

Therefore, the current lightning early warning system mainly has the following problems:

1. the system layout is complicated, and cables must be erected among all parts to realize the normal work of the system;

2. once the system is installed, the installation position is fixed, and the flexibility of the system layout is very low;

3. lightning activity early warning information of the system can be displayed externally only by means of a host interface or other auxiliary equipment, so that users around the system are inconvenient to acquire relevant information intuitively and in real time;

4. the power supply mode leads the system to be arranged at a place with power supply, and the application scene of the system is limited.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a portable lightning early warning system disclosed by the invention comprises an early warning assembly for detecting the change of an atmospheric electric field and a supporting assembly detachably connected with the early warning assembly and used for supporting the early warning assembly; the early warning assembly comprises a cylindrical mounting base 1, a power supply part 2 detachably connected with the top of the mounting base 1, an audible and visual alarm part 3 detachably connected with the top of the power supply part 2, an atmosphere detection part 4 fixedly connected with the top of the audible and visual alarm part, and detection systems 6 respectively arranged in the power supply part 2, the audible and visual alarm part 3 and the atmosphere detection part 4, wherein a fixing piece 11 is radially arranged at one end of the mounting base 1, which is far away from the power supply part 2, and a plurality of mounting holes 111 for mounting ground nails or bolts are formed in the fixing piece 11; the supporting assembly comprises a fixing ring 51, a sliding ring 52 and a tripod 53 which are coaxially arranged, the fixing ring 51 is fixedly connected with the mounting base 1 through a bolt, the sliding ring 52 is connected with the mounting base 1 in a sliding mode, and a jackscrew 521 is connected to one side of the sliding ring 52 through threads; the sliding ring 52 is hinged with the top of the tripod 53, and the middle of the tripod 53 is hinged with the fixed ring 51 through a connecting rod 531.

In order to ensure the stability of connection between the early warning components, connecting components are arranged between the mounting base 1 and the power supply component 2, and between the power supply component 2 and the audible and visual alarm component 3, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, taking the connecting component between the mounting base 1 and the power supply component 2 as an example, the connecting component comprises a connecting ring 12 which is convexly arranged at the top of the mounting base 1 and is integrally formed with the mounting base 1, and a connector 21 which is axially and convexly arranged at one end of the power supply component 2 close to the mounting base 1 and is in bolted connection with the connecting ring 12, and a sealing ring 13 which prevents external water vapor from entering the power supply component 2 is clamped at one end of the connecting ring; the outer side wall of the connector 21 is provided with an insertion groove, and the inner side wall of the connecting ring 12 is convexly provided with a limit screw 121 inserted with the insertion groove;

Referring to fig. 4, the detection system 6 includes:

the atmosphere electric field detection unit 61 is arranged in the atmosphere detection piece 4 and is used for detecting atmosphere electric field change data; when the change data of the atmospheric electric field is detected, outputting a detection signal;

a control processing unit 62 disposed in the power supply element 2 and connected to the atmospheric electric field detection unit 61 for receiving the detection signal; when the detection signal is received, outputting a thunder early warning signal;

the alarm unit 63 is arranged in the sound-light alarm piece 3, connected to the control processing unit 62 and used for receiving the lightning early warning signal; when receiving the lightning early warning signal, the warning unit 63 gives an alarm;

the power supply unit 64 is connected with the atmospheric electric field detection unit 61, the control processing unit 62 and the alarm unit 63, is positioned in the power supply part 2, and is used for supplying power to the atmospheric electric field detection unit 61, the control processing unit 62 and the alarm unit 63;

and a communication interface 65 connected to the control processing unit 62 and communicatively connected to the remote host.

When the atmospheric electric field detection unit 61 detects an atmospheric electric field, the atmospheric electric field detection unit 61 outputs a detection signal, and when the control processing unit 62 receives the detection signal, the control processing unit 62 analyzes and calculates the collected atmospheric electric field data and outputs a lightning early warning signal according to the analysis result; when the alarm unit 63 receives the lightning early warning signal, the alarm unit 63 performs sound-light alarm to make the users around the system make lightning protection measures in advance; meanwhile, the communication interface 65 transmits the atmospheric electric field change data to the remote host; wherein, the first-level alarm is carried out when the atmospheric electric field change is 2kV/m, the second-level alarm is carried out when the atmospheric electric field change is 4kV/m, and the third-level alarm is carried out when the atmospheric electric field change is 6 kV/m.

Referring to fig. 5, the alarm unit 63 includes at least four acousto-optic alarm circuits with the same structure, each of the acousto-optic alarm circuits includes a switching transistor Q5 whose base is coupled to the control processing unit 62 through a protection resistor R32, an optocoupler J1 coupled to the emitter of the switching transistor Q5, a MOS transistor Q9 whose gate is coupled to one output end of the optocoupler J1, and an LED lamp coupled to the drain of the MOS transistor Q9, and the source of the MOS transistor Q9 is grounded through a resistor; when a lightning early warning signal is received, the switching triode Q5 is conducted, so that the optocoupler J1 is conducted and outputs a high-level conducted signal, and then when the MOS transistor Q9 receives the conducted signal, the LED emits light; meanwhile, when the buzzer receives the thunder and lightning early warning signal through the acousto-optic warning circuit with the same structure, the buzzer gives an audible alarm, and therefore the acousto-optic warning function is achieved.

The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: the sliding ring 52 slides along the installation base 1, and the fixed ring 51 is fixedly connected with the installation base 1, so that the connecting rod 531 drives the tripod 53 to open or tighten along with the sliding of the sliding ring 52, and the support degree of the tripod 53 is adapted to the actual use environment; when the sliding ring 52 slides to a designated position, the jackscrew 521 is screwed to fixedly connect the sliding ring 52 with the mounting base 1;

then, when the atmospheric electric field detection unit 61 detects an atmospheric electric field, the atmospheric electric field detection unit 61 outputs a detection signal, and when the control processing unit 62 receives the detection signal, the control processing unit 62 analyzes and calculates the collected atmospheric electric field data and outputs a lightning early warning signal according to the analysis result; when the alarm unit 63 receives the lightning early warning signal, the alarm unit 63 performs sound-light alarm to make the users around the system make lightning protection measures in advance; and the communication interface 65 transmits the atmospheric electric field variation data to the remote host.

The early warning device is convenient to carry by arranging the early warning assembly and the supporting assembly, is suitable for various working environments, and expands application scenes; by arranging the connecting ring 12 and the connector 21, the early warning assembly can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the use is convenient; through setting up detection system 6, can realize improving early warning efficiency to high accuracy early warning.
