The insulative cap of claim 1 wherein said mounting block comprises a first ear block and a second ear block, said first ear block and said second ear block being disposed in parallel and spaced apart relation, said connecting portion being cylindrical, said second through hole extending through said connecting portion, said connecting portion being disposed between said first ear block and said second ear block.

The insulative cap of claim 1, wherein the elastic member is a spring, the elastic member includes a winding portion, a first extension portion and a second extension portion, the winding portion is cylindrical with both ends open, the connection shaft passes through the winding portion, one end of each of the first extension portion and the second extension portion is connected to the winding portion, the other end of each of the first extension portion and the second extension portion is a free end, and the elastic member is V-shaped.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric power operation, in particular to an insulating cap.

Background

In the secondary system of the power grid, part of operations need to disassemble and connect the secondary wiring, for example, when equipment is replaced, or secondary safety measures are carried out in real time, the wiring needs to be disassembled temporarily. In order to prevent short circuit and electric shock, the conductor of the wiring needs to be insulated and bound after the wiring is disassembled. The current method of use is to use an insulating tape for wrapping, which is then torn off when the connection is to be routed back to the device or terminal. There are several problems with this approach: 1. the adhesive tapes need to be cut, bound and torn, the operation time is long, and the efficiency is low; 2. when the insulated adhesive tape is bound, the situation that the electrified conductor is touched by mistake or the conductor pierces the adhesive tape is easy to occur, and the risk of personal electric shock exists; 3. after the adhesive tape is used, the adhesive tape cannot be recycled, cannot be reused, wastes materials, and needs to consume manpower to clean the site. Therefore, an insulation cap which can be repeatedly used, is convenient to disassemble and assemble and has high safety needs to be designed.

In the present invention, unless otherwise expressly stated or limited, "above" or "below" a first feature means that the first and second features are in direct contact, or that the first and second features are not in direct contact but are in contact with each other via another feature therebetween. When the end of the cable 100 is stripped of a portion of the jacket 110 to expose the conductors 120 for connection, the conductors 120 need to be wrapped or shielded to prevent inadvertent contact by personnel. Of course, the number of the clamping assemblies 2 can be two or more, and a better fixing effect can be achieved. Further, the length of clip tail 222 is greater than the length of second segment 2212. As can be seen from the lever principle, the longer clip tail 222 can reduce the pressing force required for pressing, and as can be seen from the moment balance, the longer the length of the second segment 2212, the smaller the pressure applied to the outer skin 110 by the first segment 2211, and the shorter the length of the second segment 2212 should be set in order to improve the fixing effect.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, preferably, an end of the first segment 2211 away from the second segment 2212 is provided with an arc-shaped notch, and the arc-shaped notch can abut against the outer skin 110 of the cable 100. By providing the arc-shaped notch, the first segment 2211 can have a larger contact area with the outer skin 110, and a limiting effect is provided, so that the first segment 2211 is not easy to displace on the outer skin 110, and the clamp head 221 can better clamp the cable 100.

As shown in fig. 6 to 9, it is preferable that the mounting seat 21 includes a first ear seat 211 and a second ear seat 212, the first ear seat 211 and the second ear seat 212 are disposed in parallel and spaced apart, the connecting portion 223 includes a third ear seat 2231 and a fourth ear seat 2232, the third ear seat 2231 and the fourth ear seat 2232 are disposed in parallel and spaced apart, the third ear seat 2231 is disposed on the outer side of the first ear seat 211, and the fourth ear seat 2232 is disposed on the outer side of the second ear seat 212. The connecting structure has good support performance on the clamp 22, and the clamp 22 can rotate quite stably. Of course, the third ear mount 2231 and the fourth ear mount 2232 may also be disposed between the first ear mount 211 and the second ear mount 212.

As shown in fig. 2, preferably, the elastic member 23 is a spring, the elastic member 23 includes a first extending portion 231, a second extending portion 232 and a winding portion 233, the winding portion 233 is cylindrical, both ends of the winding portion 233 are open, the connecting shaft 24 passes through the winding portion 233, both ends of the first extending portion 231 and the second extending portion 232 are connected to the winding portion 233, both ends of the first extending portion 231 and the second extending portion 232 are free ends, and the elastic member 23 is V-shaped. The first extension 231 is connected to the clip tail 222, the second extension 232 is connected to the outer wall of the sleeve 1, when the clip tail 222 is pressed, the elastic member 23 is deformed to store elastic potential energy, when one end of the cable 100 is inserted into the sleeve 1, the clip tail 222 is released, the elastic potential energy of the elastic member 23 is released, and the collet 221 rotates and presses the sheath 110 of the cable 100.

As shown in fig. 7 and 9, further, the outer wall of the sleeve 1 is provided with a first limiting groove 11, the clip tail 222 is provided with a second limiting groove 2221, the free end of the first extending portion 231 is disposed in the first limiting groove 11, and the free end of the second extending portion 232 is disposed in the second limiting groove 2221. Therefore, the elastic member 23 can be well positioned, the first extension 231 and the second extension 232 do not move around, and the elastic member 23 is always in a good working state to provide stable and reliable elastic force.

In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the elastic member 23 is a telescopic rod having elasticity, one end of the elastic member 23 is fixedly disposed on the outer wall of the sleeve 1, and the other end of the elastic member 23 selectively abuts against the clip tail 222. By arranging the telescopic rod with proper length, the telescopic rod can abut against the clip tail 222 and provide certain pressure for the clip tail 222 when the clip 221 is required to be connected with the cable 100.
