Technical Field

The invention relates to a weeding composition, which consists of active ingredients of glyphosate, fluoroglycofen-ethyl and flumioxazin, and belongs to the technical field of compound pesticide compounding.

Background

Glyphosate, english common name glyphosate, chemical name: n- (phosphonomethyl) glycine structurally belongs to an organophosphorus herbicide, has an action mechanism of an enolpyruvylshikimate phosphate synthase inhibitor, is a systemic conduction type chronic broad-spectrum biocidal herbicide, and mainly inhibits the enolpyruvylshikimate phosphate synthase in organisms, thereby inhibiting the conversion of shikimate to phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan and leading the synthesis of protein to be interfered to cause plant death. Can prevent and kill monocotyledons and dicotyledons, annual and perennial plants, herbaceous plants, shrubs and other plants of more than 40 families. Can be used for preventing and removing weeds in apple gardens, peach gardens, grape gardens, pear gardens, tea gardens, mulberry gardens and farmland fallow fields.

Fluoroglycofen-ethyl, english generic name Fluoroglycofen, chemical name: ethyl 0- [5- (2-chloro-a, a, a-trifluoro-p-tolyloxy) -2-nitrobenzoyl ] glycolate, structurally belonging to a diphenyl ether herbicide and mechanism of action belonging to protoporphyrin oxidase inhibitor. The herbicide is used for preventing and killing most of broadleaf weeds in soybean fields, and although the herbicide has certain activity to sensitive dicotyledonous weeds when applied before emergence, the dosage of the herbicide is 2-10 times higher than that of the herbicide after emergence. The agent is not effective in controlling narrow-leaf or perennial weeds. Is suitable for weeding wheat, barley, peanut, soybean and paddy fields. Can prevent and kill off broad-leaved weeds, in particular weeds of cleavers, speedwell, viola, xanthium and sweet potatoes.

Flumioxazin, the english generic name flumioxazin, chemical name: 7-fluoro-6- (3,4,5, 6-tetrahydro) phthalimido-4- (2-propynyl) -1, 4-benzoxazine-3 (2H) -ketone, which belongs to a cyclic imine herbicide in structure. The flumioxazin is a herbicide absorbed by buds and leaves, can effectively prevent and kill 1-year-old broadleaf weeds and part of gramineous weeds when being used for soil treatment, is easy to degrade in the environment, and is safe for succeeding crops. The soybean and the peanut have good drug resistance. Maize, wheat, barley, rice have moderate tolerance.

The inventor of the invention finds that the glyphosate, the fluoroglycofen-ethyl and the flumioxazin are compounded, so that the herbicide composition has obvious control effect on orchard, vineyard, rubber garden, uncultivated land, paddy ridge and forest land weeds, can reduce the dosage, reduce the pollution to the environment, reduce the control cost and improve the safety to crops.

Detailed Description

The effect of weeding common in the orchard by ternary combination of glyphosate, fluoroglycofen-ethyl and flumioxazin is verified by combined action determination.

Indoor toxicity assay

The test method refers to part 4 of agricultural chemical indoor bioassay test criteria herbicide of agricultural industry standard NY/T1155.4-2006 of the people's republic of China: activity determination test stem leaf spray method and part 7 of agricultural chemical indoor bioassay test criteria herbicide standard NY/T1155.7-2006 of the people's republic of China: combined action assay of compounding. The test subjects were large crabgrass and purslane.

The original drug is prepared into the required test drug, and 6 different concentration gradients are set for each single drug and each compound drug (on the basis of the preliminary test result, the concentration gradients are set differently according to different drug proportions, and the control rate is set according to the geometric progression in the range of 5% -90%). Repeat 4 times with clear water control. The weeds are in the 4-6 leaf stage and are sprayed separately from low dose to high dose. After treatment, the mixture is placed in a greenhouse for culture and observation, and water is supplemented in a mode of infiltrating irrigation at the bottom of the pot.

Adopting DPS data processing software to process the test data, and converting according to the liquid spraying amount and the rotary disc area of the Prite spray tower to obtain ED of each medicament for different targets50The value (g/ha). Evaluating the combined action of the mixture by adopting a Sun Yunpei cotoxicity coefficient method, wherein when the CTC is more than 120, the mixture has a synergistic effect, antagonism is achieved when the CTC is less than 120, and addition effect is achieved between the CTC and the CTC.
