3) uniformly spraying the traditional Chinese medicine bacteriostatic microcapsule solution to the mask non-woven fabric material, and 3) uniformly spraying the traditional Chinese medicine bacteriostatic microcapsule solution to the mask material to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine bacteriostatic mask material.

Preferably, in the step 1), the mass ratio of the radix sophorae flavescentis to the cortex moutan to the dandelion is 3-10: 4-8: 18-25.

According to the preferable scheme, the mass of the peppermint oil accounts for 0.01-0.1% of the mass of the traditional Chinese medicine bacteriostatic concentrated solution.
