Utilize left guide roll 16 to make the smooth slope upward movement of wrapping paper work piece 6, utilize purifying agent shower nozzle 33 to realize carrying out the spraying purifying agent to wrapping paper work piece 6 of winding at the outer wall of sponge layer 34, thereby the realization carries out abundant absorption and purification to it, utilize squeeze roll 36 to the extrusion of sponge layer 34, thereby make the waste liquid after the absorption purification extrude the flow to the accumulator 35 in from sponge layer 34, the realization is unified to retrieve the waste liquid, purifier's feature of environmental protection has been improved, avoid causing secondary pollution to wrapping paper work piece 6 simultaneously.

Utilize turn roll 26 to make wrapping paper work piece 6 rise once more, realize the secondary purification to wrapping paper work piece 6, utilize the guide roll 16 on right side to make the parallel traversing of wrapping paper work piece 6 pass discharge gate 8, utilize hot-blast bellows 21 to realize drying wrapping paper work piece 6, utilize exhaust bellows 22 to realize exhausting to purifying inner chamber 27 simultaneously for volatile gas in time discharges, realizes the rapid cycle of inside and outside air.

The first electromagnetic valve 12 and the second electromagnetic valve 32 are both existing mature devices, and fans are disposed in the hot air bellow 21 and the exhaust air bellow 22, and the fans are common exhaust fan devices, which are not described in detail.
