Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of accessories for assembling doors and windows, and particularly relates to a combined accessory applied to an outdoor cavity and an indoor cavity.

Background

When profile-assembled windows and doors are used, the connection between the profiles, such as the mullion-mullion connection or the frame-mullion connection, is usually included. The section bar for manufacturing the door and window generally comprises an indoor cavity and an outdoor cavity, and the middle parts of the section bar are connected into a whole through a heat insulation section bar. The stile-stile connection or the frame-stile connection is realized through the stile connecting piece.

The existing mullion connecting piece comprises an inner mullion connecting piece applied to an indoor cavity and an outer mullion connecting piece applied to an outdoor cavity.

The best stable state of the door and window is that the indoor cavity and the outdoor cavity are effectively connected, and the effective connection is that the bearing capacity of the connection part is good, the shearing resistance is good, the torsion resistance is good, and the tensile property is good.

The indoor chamber sets up usually and opens five metals and fixed glazing bead complex C type groove with door and window, and the contact jaw in corresponding interior muntin connecting piece and section bar C type groove sets up corresponding inboard recess and outside recess to be provided with from top to bottom the mounting hole, and realize fixedly interior muntin connecting piece and section bar through the jackscrew. The invention adopts the technical scheme that the section bar outdoor cavity connecting piece comprises a top connecting section, a rear side wall and a bottom connecting section, wherein the top connecting section is provided with a side connecting part, the top connecting section and the bottom connecting section are integrally connected and formed through the rear side wall, and an operating area is formed between the top connecting section and the bottom connecting section; the bottom connecting section is obliquely and upwardly extended from the front end below the bottom connecting section to the rear side wall to form an oblique mounting surface, and a mounting hole penetrating through the bottom connecting section is formed in the oblique mounting surface; and the rear side surface of the rear side wall is provided with a rear end clamping part.

The outdoor profile connecting piece is provided with the inclined mounting surface, the mounting hole and the operating area in advance, so that the mounting is convenient to realize, and the effective connection between the outdoor profile connecting piece and the connected profile is ensured.

And the front side of the bottom connecting section is provided with a front end clamping groove.

Through front end block groove can increase its block with the section bar and be connected, further guarantees effective connection and stability.

On the basis of the scheme, the invention is also suitable for arranging the left side wall and the right side wall on the rear side wall in an extending way towards the front end, and an operation area is formed among the top connecting section, the bottom connecting section, the left side wall, the rear side wall and the right side wall. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the connecting piece of the outdoor cavity and the sectional material outdoor cavity disclosed by the invention forms effective connection through the inclined mounting surface, the mounting hole and the operating area, and the jackscrew and the sectional material.

Detailed Description

The invention firstly discloses a profile chamber outer cavity connecting piece, as shown in fig. 1a to fig. 1c, the profile chamber outer cavity connecting piece 40 comprises a top connecting section 401, a rear side wall 402 and a bottom connecting section 403, the top connecting section 401 is provided with a side connecting part 409, the top connecting section 401 and the bottom connecting section 403 are integrally connected and formed through the rear side wall 402, and an operating area 406 is formed between the top connecting section 401 and the bottom connecting section 403. The bottom connecting section 403 is inclined upwards from the front end of the bottom connecting section towards the rear side wall 402 to form an inclined mounting surface 404, a mounting hole 405 penetrating through the bottom connecting section 403 is formed in the inclined mounting surface 404, a rear end clamping portion 407 is formed on the rear side surface of the rear side wall 402, and a front end clamping groove 415 is formed in the front side of the bottom connecting section 403.

The profile outdoor cavity connecting piece is used for being matched with the profile outdoor cavity to realize the transverse and longitudinal connection of the mullion and the mullion or the window frame and the mullion. As shown in fig. 1d, it is a schematic structural diagram of the outdoor cavity connector 40 and the profile outdoor cavity 12. The profile outdoor cavity 12 has an outer arm 121 and an inner arm 122, a platform surface 120 is provided between the outer arm 121 and the inner arm 122, the outer arm 121 extends upward and has a height higher than the inner arm 122, and an adhesive strip groove 1211 and a flat steel sheet groove 1212 are provided at an upper end thereof. In the present invention, in order to match the above-mentioned connecting member, the inner side arm 122 extends upwards to form a limiting arm 1221 higher than the platform surface 120, and the top end of the inner side arm 122 is provided with a limiting protrusion 1222 extending towards the outer side arm.

The connecting member 40 is a casting formed by casting integrally, the width between the front end and the rear side wall of the connecting member is matched with the width of the section platform surface 120, the top connecting section 401 is higher than the outer side arm 121, the side connecting part 409 arranged on the connecting member is a through hole 409 penetrating from the side surface, and the connecting member needs to be matched and fastened with a mounting hole reserved or formed on a longitudinal section.

The angle of the angled mounting surface 404 is the angle between the angled surface and the horizontal plane. The mounting hole 405 is formed to penetrate downward from the inclined surface, and the inclination angle of the mounting hole is preferably perpendicular to the inclined surface, so that the subsequent mounting operation is facilitated. Therefore, considering the inclination angle of the inclined surface and the angle of the mounting hole, it is preferable that the lower side of the mounting hole reaches the middle of the bottom wall or is inclined to the right. In use, the connector is pushed into the platform surface 120, the front end of the connector is clamped with the limit projection 1222 through the front end clamping groove 415, the rear end of the connector is clamped with the adhesive tape groove 1211 through the rear end clamping part 407, a basic clamping relation is formed, and then a fastener, such as a bolt or a common jackscrew 100, penetrates through the mounting hole 405 until penetrating through the section bar to form fastening.

The fastener used in the field of profile is a jackscrew 100, and please refer to fig. 4, based on the principle of jackscrew action, the stress relationship of the inclined mounting hole, when using the jackscrew, the overall stability needs to be considered. Correspondingly, this scheme is for strengthening the stability of connecting, and the front end block has profitably ensured effective connection with the rear end block for whole connection structure reaches firm effect, even receive external force, can not take place to drop yet.

Please refer to fig. 2a to 2c, which are schematic structural diagrams of a second profile chamber-outer cavity connecting piece according to the present invention, and the same structures in the present embodiment have the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment. The profile external chamber cavity connecting piece 50 comprises a top connecting section 501, a rear side wall 502 and a bottom connecting section 503, wherein the top connecting section 501 is provided with a side connecting part 509, the top connecting section 501 and the bottom connecting section 503 are integrally connected and formed through the rear side wall 502, and an operating area 506 is formed between the top connecting section 501 and the bottom connecting section 503. The bottom connecting section 503 extends from the lower front end thereof to the rear side wall 502 in an upward inclined manner, forming an inclined mounting surface 504, and the inclined mounting surface 504 is provided with a mounting hole 505 penetrating through the bottom connecting section 503. A rear end engaging portion 507 is provided on the rear side surface of the rear side wall 502. In this embodiment, a left sidewall 511 and a right sidewall 512 extend from the rear sidewall 502 to the front end, and the operation region 506 is formed between the top connecting section 501, the bottom connecting section 503, the left sidewall 511, the rear sidewall 502, and the right sidewall 512. The side connection part 509 is a through hole 509 penetrating through the side surface. The front side of the bottom connecting section 503 is provided with a front end engaging groove 515. The both sides of the connecting piece of the outer cavity of the section bar chamber in the embodiment are provided with firm side walls, and the connecting piece is formed by an integral casting, so that the integral structure is firm, and the stability is stronger.

In this embodiment, the top connecting section 501 is provided with a glue injection channel 510, which extends from two sides of the side connecting portion 409 to the lower portions of the left sidewall 511 and the right sidewall 512 at two sides, and extends to the rear sidewall 502 transversely, extends downward from the rear sidewall 502, and converges to a glue channel, and finally extends downward to the rear engaging portion 507. The glue injection channels 510a on the left sidewall 511 and the right sidewall 512 extend downward from two sides of the side connecting through hole 509, are collected together, and finally extend downward to the bottom end of the sidewalls. An overflow glue injection channel 513 is formed in the bottom connecting section 503, and the overflow glue injection channel 513 extends upwards to the rear side wall. The glue injection enters from the side connecting through hole 509, most of glue injection flow passes through the glue injection channel to overflow, glue injection is reserved at the bottom, the glue injection further overflows through the overflow glue injection channel 13, the glue injection effect is guaranteed to the maximum extent, and therefore the section bar connecting effect is guaranteed.

Please refer to fig. 2d, which is a schematic structural diagram of the outdoor cavity connector 50 and the profile outdoor cavity 12. The profile outdoor cavity 12 has an outer arm 121 and an inner arm 122, a platform surface 120 is provided between the outer arm 121 and the inner arm 122, the outer arm 121 extends upward, and a strip groove 1211 and a flat steel sheet groove are provided thereon. In the present invention, in order to fit the connector, the top end of the inner arm 122 is provided with a limit protrusion 1222 extending toward the outer arm. When the connecting piece is used, the connecting piece is pushed into the platform surface 120, the front end of the connecting piece is clamped with the limiting protrusion 1222 through the front end clamping groove 515, the rear end of the connecting piece is clamped with the rubber strip groove 1211 through the rear end clamping part 507 to form a basic clamping relation, and then a fastening piece, such as a bolt or a common jackscrew 100, penetrates through the mounting hole 505 until penetrating through the section bar to form fastening.

Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of a third embodiment, wherein the same structures in the present embodiment have the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment. The section bar outdoor cavity connecting piece 60 comprises a top connecting section 601, a rear side wall 602 and a bottom connecting section 603, wherein the top connecting section 601 is provided with a side connecting part 609, the top connecting section 601 and the bottom connecting section 603 are integrally connected and formed through the rear side wall 602, and an operating area 606 is formed between the top connecting section 601 and the bottom connecting section 603. The bottom connecting section 603 extends obliquely upward from the lower front end of the bottom connecting section towards the rear side wall 602 to form an inclined mounting surface 604, and a mounting hole 605 penetrating through the bottom connecting section 603 is formed in the inclined mounting surface 604. The rear side of the rear sidewall 602 is provided with a rear end engaging portion 607. The front side of the bottom connecting section 603 is provided with a front end engaging groove 615.

The difference between this embodiment and the above solution is that the top connecting section 601 includes a first top connecting section 601a and a second top connecting section 601b which are arranged at an interval, and the side connecting region 601c is formed between the first top connecting section 601a and the second top connecting section 601 b. When the transverse profile and the longitudinal profile are connected to each other, the fastening is achieved by means of a bolt through the profiles and the side connection area 601 c. This embodiment is convenient for the extrusion, guarantees that whole atress is firm.

Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic view of the overall structure of the connecting member for connecting the transverse profile and the longitudinal profile. The transverse profile component 1 and the longitudinal profile component 2 both comprise an inner profile chamber cavity 11 and an outer profile chamber cavity 12 which are connected in a separated manner through a heat insulation strip 13. The effective connection of the transverse mullion and the longitudinal mullion of the door and window or the longitudinal mullion and the transverse frame is realized by respectively connecting the transverse profile component 1 and the longitudinal profile component 2 with the profile indoor cavity 11 and the profile outdoor cavity 12 through the indoor cavity connecting piece 20 and the outdoor cavity connecting piece 50, and finally realizing the connection. The common use of the profile outdoor cavity in the prior art is free state connection with only a single-side hook, with the risk of falling off and failure to achieve effective connection. The front and back card in this scheme of adoption is solid, combines the mode of fastener again, can solve corresponding problem.
