s1, preparation for advancing: the vehicle carrier drives the jacking device to move in the jacking pipe and move to the tail part of the pre-jacking pipe; operating and controlling a hydraulic system, driving a telescopic frame to drive an oil cylinder, extending out a shear type telescopic frame, and driving a vibration jacking oil cylinder to be arranged between the tail part of the pre-jacking pipe jacking and the head part of the rear pipe jacking; operating and controlling the hydraulic system, and extending out a plunger of the oil cylinder to enable the vibration jacking oil cylinder to be tightly jacked between the tail part of the pre-jacking pipe and the head part of the rear pipe, wherein the jacking force is 20-40% of the maximum output thrust of the jacking oil cylinder;

s2, pre-jacking: starting a vibration head driving power supply, wherein the vibration head generates ultrasonic frequency vibration, the output power of the ultrasonic frequency vibration is 40% -60% of the maximum power of the ultrasonic frequency vibration, and the time lasts for 30-60 seconds; the supersonic frequency vibration is transmitted to the pre-jacking pipe through the vibration coupling head, the pipe generates supersonic frequency vibration which is transmitted along the axis direction, so that the grouting layer wrapped on the outer wall of the pipe is converted into colloidal liquid from gel, and the friction force between the pipe and the grouting layer is reduced.

S3, construction jacking: gradually increasing the output thrust of the jacking oil cylinder to 70-90% of the maximum thrust, and pushing the pre-jacking pipe to move forwards by the jacking oil cylinder until the pre-jacking pipe moves in place.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention discloses a vibrating pipe jacking machine for ultra-large section pipe jacking tunnel construction, which comprises a jacking device and a vehicle loader, wherein the jacking device is fixedly arranged on the vehicle loader and is driven by the vehicle loader to move in a pipe jacking process; the jacking device is provided with a vibration jacking oil cylinder which comprises a jacking oil cylinder and a vibration head, and the vibration head is fixedly arranged at the end part of an oil cylinder plunger of the jacking oil cylinder; in the jacking process of the vibrating pipe jacking machine, the vibrating head generates supersonic frequency vibration which is transmitted to the pipe jacking, so that the friction force between the pipe jacking and the stratum is reduced, and the jacking oil cylinder provides jacking thrust to move the pipe jacking; by adopting the vibrating pipe jacking machine, the friction force between the pipe jacking and the stratum can be greatly reduced, so that the existing pipe jacking construction process can be improved, the gap between the outer wall of the pipe jacking and the excavated tunnel is greatly reduced, the aim of greatly reducing the stratum loss is fulfilled, and the problem of surface subsidence caused by pipe jacking tunnel construction is solved; in addition, the friction force between the jacking pipe and the stratum is reduced, the stratum disturbance caused by shearing friction between the jacking pipe and the stratum is correspondingly reduced, and the problem of surface subsidence caused by the construction of a jacking pipe tunnel is further improved; the vibrating push bench solves the technical problem of the existing push bench tunnel construction, and ensures that the push bench tunnel construction is safer in more and more urban constructions of high-rise buildings.

The present invention will be explained in detail by the following examples, which are disclosed for the purpose of protecting all technical improvements within the scope of the present invention.

A vibrating pipe jacking machine for ultra-large section pipe jacking tunnel construction comprises a jacking device 1 and a vehicle carrier 2; the jacking device 1 comprises four groups of vibration jacking oil cylinder assemblies 1.1 and a supporting assembly 1.2, wherein the vibration jacking oil cylinder assemblies 1.1 are fixedly arranged on the supporting assembly 1.2 through bolts; the jacking device 1 is fixedly arranged on the vehicle carrier 2 through bolts; in the working process of the vibrating push bench, the vehicle carrier 2 drives the jacking device 1 to move in the push bench;

the vibrating jacking cylinder assembly 1.1 further comprises a scissor type telescopic frame 1.1.2, which comprises a telescopic frame base 1.1.2.1, a telescopic frame driving cylinder 1.1.2.2 and a jacking cylinder base 1.1.2.3; the telescopic frame driving oil cylinder 1.1.2.2 is fixedly arranged on the telescopic frame base 1.1.2.1, and the jacking oil cylinder base 1.1.2.3 is movably connected with the telescopic frame base 1.1.2.1 through a connecting rod and a rotating shaft; the scissor type telescopic frame 1.1.2 is fixedly connected with the vibration jacking oil cylinder 1.1.1 through a jacking oil cylinder seat 1.1.2.3; the scissor type telescopic frame 1.1.2 is fixedly connected with the supporting component 1.2 through a telescopic frame base 1.1.2.1;

the supporting component 1.2 comprises a supporting frame 1.2.1, a frame connecting plate 1.2.2 and a frame reinforcing rod 1.2.3; the supporting frame 1.2.1 is formed by fixedly connecting a plurality of channel steels; the frame reinforcing rod 1.2.3 is in a cross shape and is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the supporting frame 1.2.1; the frame connecting plate 1.2.2 is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the supporting frame 1.2.1;

the vehicle carrier 2 comprises a vehicle body 2.1, a walking mechanism 2.2 is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle carrier, an operation table 2.3 is arranged at the tail end of the upper part of the vehicle carrier, a hydraulic system 2.4 and a vibration head driving power supply 2.5 are arranged in parallel at the front part of the operation table 2.3, and an external power socket is arranged on the vibration head driving power supply 2.5; a through groove is formed in the front end of the vehicle body 2.1, the jacking device 1 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the upper part of the vehicle body 2.1, and a group of vibration jacking oil cylinder assemblies 1.1 are arranged in the through groove;

the jacking oil cylinders 1.1.1.1 and the telescopic frame driving oil cylinders 1.1.2.2 are in power connection with a hydraulic system 2.4 through oil pipes, and each jacking oil cylinder 1.1.1.1 and each telescopic frame driving oil cylinder 1.1.2.2 are provided with independent hydraulic operation devices; the vibrating heads 1.1.1.2 are connected with a vibrating head driving power supply 2.5 through cables, and each vibrating head 1.1.1.2 is connected with an independent driving power supply;

the running mechanism 2.2 is a crawler type.

A construction method of a vibrating push bench for ultra-large section push bench tunnel construction comprises the following three steps of preparation before jacking, pre-jacking and construction jacking:

s1, preparation for advancing: the vehicle carrier 2 drives the jacking device 1 to move in the jacking pipe 3 and move to the tail part of the pre-jacking pipe 3; the hydraulic system 2.4 is operated and controlled to drive the telescopic frame to drive the oil cylinder 1.1.2.2, the scissor type telescopic frame 1.1.2 extends out, and the vibration jacking oil cylinder 1.1.1 is driven to be arranged between the tail part of the pre-jacking pipe 3 and the head part of the rear jacking pipe 3; operating and controlling the hydraulic system 2.4, and extending an oil cylinder plunger 1.1.1.1.1 to enable the vibration jacking oil cylinder 1.1.1 to be tightly jacked between the tail part of the pre-jacking pipe 3 and the head part of the rear pipe 3, wherein the jacking force is 30% of the maximum output thrust of the jacking oil cylinder 1.1.1.1;

s2, pre-jacking: starting a vibration head driving power supply 2.5, enabling the vibration head 1.1.1.2 to generate ultrasonic frequency vibration, enabling the output power of the vibration head 1.1.1.2 generating the ultrasonic frequency vibration to be 50% of the maximum power, and lasting for 60 seconds; the supersonic frequency vibration is transmitted to the pre-jacking push pipe 3 through the vibration coupling head 1.1.1.2.10, the push pipe 3 generates supersonic frequency vibration which is transmitted along the axis direction, so that the grouting layer 4 wrapped on the outer wall of the push pipe 3 is converted into colloidal liquid from gel, and the friction force between the push pipe 3 and the grouting layer 4 is reduced.

S32, construction jacking: gradually increasing the output thrust of the jacking oil cylinder 1.1.1.1 to 80% of the maximum thrust, and pushing the pre-jacking pipe jacking 3 to move forwards by the jacking oil cylinder 1.1.1.1 until the pre-jacking pipe jacking 3 moves in place.

The vibrating pipe jacking machine is adopted to carry out the construction of the ultra-large section pipe jacking tunnel, the gap between the existing tunneling tunnel and the pipe jacking can be reduced to 10 mm from 40 mm, the construction of the ultra-large section pipe jacking tunnel with the diameter of 6 m is taken as an example, the stratum loss is reduced by about 75%, the ground surface settlement is reduced by about 75% in the corresponding construction, therefore, in the urban construction, the threat of the ground surface settlement to the high-rise building around the construction is greatly reduced, and the safety of the construction of the ultra-large section pipe jacking tunnel in the urban construction is improved.

The present invention is not described in detail in the prior art.
